The TV reception was very poor. Picture and sound were distorted. You could hear toilets flushed in rooms above. The water echoed in the pipes. The breakfast buffet was poor in certain areas. The bacon was very streaky and undercooked. The scrambled eggs were very stodgy. They Should be more fluffy. My grandson loved the pancake making machine.

Great hotel. I had to inform the reception that we were unable to empty the bath as the turning button the plug was broke resulting in myself not being able to have a fresh bath after my child before going out. I just had a shower on our return back to the hotel later that evening but I do prefer a bath to a shower. I was unable to park in the hotel car park so I had to park 20 minutes away which cost me £30 for 24 hours

First time staying in a Novotel and was very impressed, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, room was a god size, clean and what we needed it for and a great view over looking Wembley way. great location.

Well located. There were two disappointing issues during my stay. First, there was inconsistent communication regarding breakfast benefits. I was initially told breakfast was included, but upon check-in later, I was informed otherwise and asked to “prove” what I had been told earlier, which felt like I was being accused of lying rather than being treated with understanding or professionalism. Although breakfast was eventually offered, the handling of the situation was uncomfortable and no apology was given. Second, after entering the room, I found yellow water in the toilet. Since the hotel only communicated via WhatsApp, guests unable to use WhatsApp had to walk all the way back to the front desk. I was simply told it was cleaning residue and asked to flush it myself, again without any apology. While the toilet was properly cleaned the next day, the overall experience felt strange and poorly handled.
