I had a pretty disappointing stay. And I wanted to provide some constructive feedback. But it is impossible to find anyone to complain to. So here it is. Subject: Feedback on recent stay at Novotel Wembley – 26 January Dear Customer Relations Team, I am writing to share feedback on my stay at Novotel Wembley on Monday 26 January, in room 213. I do not have the booking reference to hand. While the staff were consistently courteous, professional, and helpful, there were a number of issues relating to cleanliness and facilities that were disappointing and fell below the standard I would normally associate with Novotel. Specifically: - I found a long black hair in the sink on arrival, and a further long black hair in the shower, which raised concerns about the room’s cleanliness. - The seating in the restaurant area was visibly dirty and unhygienic, which was particularly off-putting in a dining environment. - The television in my room was unable to hold a signal and was unusable during the stay. Taken together, these issues detracted from the comfort and quality of what was otherwise a well-located and professionally staffed hotel. I would stress that my feedback relates to housekeeping and maintenance rather than the performance of front-line staff, who were attentive throughout. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that it can be reviewed and addressed. I would welcome a response outlining your observations following that review. Yours sincerely,
