It was alright. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room needs some work. The shower hose detached itself from the shower head. The mirror was mounted very high and I could barely see myself in it. The bathroom doesnt have real doors, obly frosted glass. Also, the desk wasn't completely clean. The bathroom light is very aggressive

Great hotel, its car park very handy as we drove from Devon, so no searching for a parking spot. Staff just really friendly, wonderful service and good food.

Car park was my first experience, the access button isn’t signed, once in the car park it is fine. Unfortunately the hotel need to be clear when booking that the hotel is third party and not payable with your hotel bill. The hotel itself is tired and cleaning of communal areas lacking. Hotel staff were keen to justify rather than correct. Overall the location is good.

Twin room on the 9th floor, beautifully clean room, amazing views for my parents visiting from abroad. They were amazed by the little anniversary gift placed for arrival, I could not be happier to know they were in best hands possible. Thank you team for being so attentive and welcoming!!

Let’s start with a good stuff: the hotel is well located for Wembley Stadium, and the bed was very comfortable. However, I was disappointed that there were dirty stains on the tiles in the bathroom, which ought to have been washed away; the shelf in the bathroom was also hanging off the wall; and worst of all, there was building work being done on the building, which meant there was very loud hammering happening, basically outside my bedroom window from early in the morning. I was hoping for a relaxing morning sleeping in bed, instead, I was woken up very early by the noise, and couldn’t relax. I really think management need to insist that building work does not begin until 9:30 am or 10 am at the earliest.
