Good location however very surprised that per the promotion email it states book direct but on checking out we were informed that we did not book direct and therefore did not qualify for Accor points OFFERS Book Direct Discount, Winter Sale, Stay 3 nights and save -£260.01 Book Direct and Save 12% In addition the booking reference is in the same format as all other Accor bookings Plus we could not use points to reduce the bill when checking out which the Accor web site says is now an option Please could you review
