The hotel is well located next to Paddington station which makes travel to and from the airport convenient whether it is the underground or express train. Subjected to space availability - being able to store luggage after checkout and before travelling to the airport, especially if you have a tight schedule is another convenience. Staff were very helpful is that is definitely another plus point

The fact that a part of the hotel is under renovation, that there are scaffolds and there is zero privacy unless the curtains are drawn at all times, should have been clearly communicated at the stage of booking and or assigning a hotel room. This was not the case, so a rather nasty surprise

A shower that drizzles and even this is a benevolent description. A breakfast served not in loco but around the corner. It happens not often that I enter a hotel and one of my first thoughts is "never again".
