Very satisfied with stay, and means this hotel is one of my options now when staying in the area. Aircon worked thank goodness in the heatwave, and the free drinks in the fridge were an added bonus. Friendly staff and a good location.

Location is excellent, right outside Paddington station. The room was unfortunately quite dated. Old worn carpets, a bit of a foisty smell, and uncomfortable bed (two singles together, and I could feel ridges where they were connected). Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth.

Reception were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Complimentary drinks in the minifridge, including a small bottle of fresh milk, were especially welcome on a hot day. The bathroom was a bit cramped with no real room to dry yourself after a shower. Breakfast and dinner were at a restaurant across the street, which was less than convenient so I didn't use it.

The hotel was perfectly located, just adjacent to Paddington Station. Breakfast was offered at the nearby Bella Italia restaurant and was decent. The small gym room on 2nd floor was pleasant.
