Couldn’t have asked for a better location and rooms were spacious for our family of 4. However the entrance is easily missed and the toilets are old and in need of an upgrade (rusty fittings, pop up waste didn’t work). Staff also were not very knowledgeable - couldn’t tell me where the closest supermarket was (there’s a Sainsbury’s just behind) so overall, a bit disappointing for a Mercure.

Great location for Paddington. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Comfortable bed. Noisy outside on Saturday night. Had an early flight to catch.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. My room was compact but had everything I needed including robe and slippers which was a surprise. Considering it is in a busy area, outside noise was minimal. Staff were polite and efficient. A no-hassle stay.
