We’ve stayed here several times. Every time, including the most recent one, we’ve had a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, well-furnished and temperature controlled, and it’s great that we are literally two minutes from Paddington station. The price is reasonable for the location, and there are several good places to eat in the neighborhood.

The room was small which in itself was fine but it felt claustrophobic. You could hear and feel tube trains regularly and the breakfast was in Bella Italia around the corner and it was shockingly bad.

The room wasn’t clean, the shower gel recipient was not working (broken), the breakfast is ‘miles away’ and you can pay much less directly in the coffee shop. I paid 3 nights, stayed in only two, and they only provided reward points for the stay (2 nights
