Conveniently situated Hotel with all the necessary comforts you would expect. We had a very, very small double room which was far too cramped for the comfort of two people - I'm guessing it would have been a single room, but will make more money as a double - Larger guests would have had to move. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was fine. Staff lovely.

Dear Karen, Thank you for your feedback, we are glad you enjoyed some aspects of your stay such as the comfortable bed and we will take your feedback into consideration to improve the hotel, we hope to welcome you back again in the near future for a better and more relaxed stay. Kind Regards Abdul Rahimi

Perfect for Transit via Elizabeth Line, but Cramped and Costly

bondiau TripAdvisor review

We chose this hotel for a one-night stopover specifically to use the Elizabeth Line back to Heathrow. On that front, it was perfect. However, the physical constraints of the hotel were a bit frustrating. The reception is very small, and navigating the lifts with suitcases was surprisingly difficult. While the room was clean and remarkably quiet, the lack of a view and the high price point made it feel like poor value for money. It's a solid choice for a quick, quiet transit stay, but be prepared for a bit of a squeeze.

Dear Bondiau, thank you for your feedback, we are glad that you enjoyed the central location and the cleanliness, regarding the space in the hotel please note this is a historic building right next to the station and space can be limited in such a unique building however we do have alternative options for the room sizes please do speak with staff in the future as we are more then happy to assist with a upgrade for a small fee. we hope to welcome you back again in the near future for a more relaxed and comfortable stay. Kind Regards Abdul Rahimi

Lindsay F. Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

It was my husband’s 60th birthday celebration and we had chosen this hotel as our base and all 18 guests were staying there too . Quite chaotic at times with lots of people in a small foyer ,lots of luggage and noise . The staff were very obliging ,nothing was too much trouble . Once they knew it was a birthday celebration, they put a big bottle of Prosecco in our room and decorated it with kissing swan towels . The hotel was small ,tiny bar and small rooms . However,it was an inexpensive hotel and the rooms were perfectly comfortable and stocked with everything you need including water ,cokes and biscuits along with proper milk . Even robes and slippers . We had a great stay . No complaints at all and I would 100% stay again . Good value for money

Dear F., Thank you for your wonderful review of the hotel, we are pleased that you enjoyed most aspects of your stay such as the service of the staff the cosey rooms and the kissing swans as a birthday decoration, happy 60th birthday and we hope to welcome you back again in the near future for a better stay. Kind Regards Abdul Rahimi
