The location was perfect for our needs. A short few steps to Paddington Station and the Heathrow express. So many great restaurants and pubs in the area. They allowed us to check out a couple hours late with no issues.

Great location and clean but room located next to the cleaners room which was very noisy.

Staff ignore you, you email them and they don’t respond even after multiple chasers. Rooms are dirty, breakfast is not even in the hotel. Worst stay at any of your Mercure hotels to date.

Firstly, the staff were very friendly, so kudos to them. However, the room was very small, and very noisy (immediately highlighted because they provide earplugs in the room!); noise from outside, regular noise from trains (along with a rumble), and a lot of noise in the corridor. Was also a bit of a pain (although I appreciate this it temporary) that you have to go to Bella for breakfast as they're having work done. Bella was very, very busy for breakfast, so not very relaxing, albeit, the food was good, and the service.
