Really bad experience, no hot water and the bathroom tap is broken. Make complaint no action taken . The worst Airbnb I have ever stayed

1) The room was a really really odd shape with the beds on the LHS and the TV way way over to the rhs of the bed. It was near on impossible to see it from one of the beds!! 2) The bathroom was a joke. If you had any mobility issues, it would be impossible to use. Unless you had 6 ft arms, you had to get into the bath to get to the shower controls. 3) There were no bathrobes as there should have been. 4) Staff let us down on staying another day. Having just come out of surgery, we had to find another hotel. My poor wife dragging two sets of luggage across london. 5) They also dont tell you you have to go to Bella Italia for breakfast and elsewhere for an evening meal. There are no on-site food options. So I think this is suspect advertising? 6) They said if needed we would be able to stay another night to accomodate me not knowing when I would come out of hospital. I was re-admitted and we needed the extra night but we were told the hotel was fully booked. In conclusion: The week before, I stayed in an IBIS/Mecure hotel. The bit we were in was IBIS. This was good. When we had to move we went to the premier in and this was 100% better. I would not use this hotel again.

We had an early flight so we stayed overnight after taking the train from Bath. The hotel is very close to the train station and had several shopping and meal options within walking distance. This is a great location and the staff were excellent. They even helped us carry our bags and stored them until check-in so that we could explore the city.
