Service is good, staff is friendly and helpful where needed. It is just that unfortunately the sound of the metro lines vibrates throughout the building. So, definitely needed my ear plugs.

The hotel is fine without being great. Clearly not been updated. Room was cramped and uninspiring. The breakfast was not of the best quality. It’s premier inn level at a higher price for the most part.

We’ve stayed here several times. Every time, including the most recent one, we’ve had a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, well-furnished and temperature controlled, and it’s great that we are literally two minutes from Paddington station. The price is reasonable for the location, and there are several good places to eat in the neighborhood.

The room was small which in itself was fine but it felt claustrophobic. You could hear and feel tube trains regularly and the breakfast was in Bella Italia around the corner and it was shockingly bad.
