Dear Stefan G., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We have carefully reviewed your comments. As an ALL Gold member, your benefits are clearly outlined within the programme and some of these benefits, including room upgrades and late check-out, are subject to hotel availability. We cannot reallocate rooms that have been booked by other guests who have reserved and paid for higher room categories. Having reviewed your reservation, you booked our smallest room category and were in fact upgraded free of charge to a Cosy Double Room upon arrival. Your welcome drink was provided through your ALL Accor membership in the app. To redeem this benefit, the voucher must be presented at the bar, which is the standard redemption process across participating Accor hotels. Regarding the payment, we followed the instructions received with your reservation. The booking indicated that payment was to be collected from the guest. If your company intended to prepay the reservation, the correct payment instructions should have been sent to the hotel before your arrival. Breakfast is currently served at our nearby partner restaurant, and our reception team provides directions to all guests upon check-in. Thank you once again for your feedback.
