I had a satisfactory stay. The hotel and my room were very clean, and breakfast at a nearby restaurant was good. I did feel the room shake when trains went under the building to Paddington Station, which woke me up a few times.

Room was small, cramped and very hot. The air conditioning was set to central control. The shower was either hot or very hot and there were only two brackets on the wall for holding the shower head. These were set at heights for what appeared to be for a small child or someone around 7ft tall, completely useless. The breakfast that is advertised on the website is actually served just down the road at Bella Italia, where only one hot item can be selected from the menu. Very inconvenient and extremely poor value for money.
