Staff were very welcoming on arrival, room was clean and comfortable. Perfectly located near Paddington station, yet there was no noise at night and we slept well. Breakfast great.

The place is very nice and well located. Near to business area and a lot of good restaurants nearby. The breakfast is excellent: always a great fruit choice in addition to quality bread, eggs, etc.

Not satisfactory, unfortunately.

The toiletries were not replenished daily. We also had to ask for body cleanser and conditioner. On two out of our nine-day stay, we were not given toilet rolls! The breakfast was identical on each of the nine days. That was disappointing especially as it cost £18 per head. I'm sure that can cover a better spread and variety across days, please. The quilt/duvet cover was larger than the duvet.

After a long flight from Bodo and battling Heathrow, we arrived to be greeted by a wonderful gift in the room for Fathers Day. Totally unexpected and very warmly received! Staff were excellent and very helpful. I will definitely stay again!
