A convenient short walk from Paddington, nice room, our 8 yr old loved the pool which was never too busy. WiFi kinda sucked but everything else made up for that.

This is a hotel on my favorites list for London trips, its a lovely location with plenty within walking distance, tubes, shops, restaurants. Rooms have always been a good size & clean. Have stayed for business but planning on a family stay next year!

We had a wonderful experience at Novotel. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and all the facilities were top-notch. What really stood out was when we accidentally left my daughter's camera behind – the team went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. Their kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit to the area. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Novotel London Paddington and found the surroundings very pleasant and comfortable. The location is excellent, being very close to the train station, which made getting around extremely convenient. However, the carpet in the room had an ugly stain and not refill for breakfast coffee which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, a nice hotel with a great location, but some attention to cleanliness would improve the experience.
