Stayed for 1 night on business. Hotel is located close to Paddington Station. Very clean, modern and well presented. Check in service was quick and efficient, room very comfortable and a good selection at breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was spot on. The new room was super cozy and giving a different vibe. Probably one of the best Novotel Breakfast. The selection is extensive, and as a person who has dairy allergy, it really did help that everything was marked clearly.

My 13 year old daughter and I stayed for one night (25/5/26) as part of a two day visit to London. We both thought our room (404) was very comfortable, although we didn't think the air-con was working properly. We used the leisure facilities and the breakfast was lovely, we left our bags in a separate room after checkout. The only thing which would have helped, would have been to check-in at 12 noon ... otherwise, everything was perfect, thank you.

Said here for my 50th birthday we checked in on 23/05/26,From upon arrival I thought this hotel was excellent, The woman who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly I didn't get her name but she was very helpful, The room was very clean beds were comfy the only issue was air con which I should have asked about at reception and imagined they would have helped, The breakfast was very good not normally a fan of buffet breakfast but this was a very good on. location was great few restaurants with a Sainsbury's near by and 5 minutes from tube,I would stay again in this hotel if I visit London in future and would recommend it ,
