The hotel itself is lovely, conveniently located, modern feel, though the room is a bit tired. The reason for the poor review is the breakfast experience. Having paid £20 each, my wife, a vegetarian who is therefore in limited in what she can eat from the hit selection asked for poached eggs. That’ll be an extra £5 please! Are you honestly having a laugh? Thankfully the girl looking after the breakfast area gave in and waived the bill when I persisted with telling her how disappointing that was!

The location of the hotel is great. Really liked that. The facilities were also good and the rooms were pretty decent as well. The thing that really bothered me was the temperature. The temperature was too warm and I tried to lower it using the controls. I was however unable to do so. The warm temperature prevented me from sleeping properly, which is a shame, because other than that, it was totally fine.

Enjoyed the location of the hotel and the rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The reception staff and the restaurant bar staff were all very welcoming, professional, friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay.

At checkin I allowed my credit card to be used for hotel restaurant expenses , but the restaurant was unable to add the expenses on my room bill. At checkout I requested to get the paid restaurant bills included in my Accor account in order to receive status and reward points. Though the receptionist promised so, it never happened. In conclusion, poor and untrustworthy service and I did not receive the loyalty status and rewards points I am entitled too.
