Hotel was less than 10 minutes from Paddington. Rooms are clean and a good size. Breakfast was varied and buffet style. Plenty of gluten free options and a dedicated section away from the main area so as to avoid cross contamination. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the noise during working hours was unbearable. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating and offered to move our room and even hotel. Luckily we were out for most of the time we were there.

This is a well located and comfortable hotel, less than 10 minutes easy, step free walk from Paddington station. We had an issue with the suitability of our original room, and after quietly mentioning it to the reception staff, we were immediately offered the option of a different room which was more suitable to our needs. We can’t praise the staff highly enough for being so courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the ample breakfast where all tastes were catered for.
