I will never stay in this hotel again, despite the convenience of the location. In my opinion the non-cleaning of rooms during stays is no more or less than a cost cutting (and hence service reduction) exercise. I have stayed in a number of hotels over the past 3 months and none of them have offered a reduced level of room servicing due to COVID. I believe that COVID is simply a convenient excuse for you reducing your costs. The air conditioning didn’t work and the room was unbearably hot, the fan provided to resolve the issue was ineffective. And being told that only 2 bottles of water are provided for the duration of the stay and additional ones are £2.95 each is pure profiteering.

The hotel is well located in a decent, modern area. The rooms (since our last stay nearly 2 years ago) are starting showing their age and the cleanliness has declined. This has been most apparent in the swimming pool area, particularly steam room (with even some algae noticalbe). The breakfast was decent, but you have to make sure you avoid the peak time.

We truly enjoyed our stay,room was upgraded to a room with a view.Sauna and pool areas are great.Lovely breakfast Only issue was aircon was not working in our room but other than that everything else was excellent

Check in fine, room was missing some of the toiletries, there were no cups or glasses, very little tea, coffee or milk and there do not disturb sign etc were on the floor behind the sofa.

The overall experience was brilliant. We were told we were upgraded on check to executive room, however the room was very small and the pull out bed was very uncomfortable, also the spare pillow had mold on it. This is just a point but the overall experience with staff and reception requests etc was really good

Arrived at hotel early and appreciate no rooms ready, when arrived back at 2pm for check in but rooms still not available and had to wait until 3pm. Pool was cold, sauna wasn't heating up yet the steam room was stuck on constant. Pleasant staff with apologies for unavailable rooms

Superior room booking: The toilet is in its own room separate to the wash basin! Please put this on your website. Hygiene should be paramount. Fridge was not cold - all drinks in fridge room temperature including the milk for tea/coffee Remote control not working. Staff assumed I only booked one day - they called me while I was out in London to ask me to check out. This was resolved after I confirmed my original booking. General decor of room is just not 4 star - carpets worn out and had marks. To top it all off, I have been overcharged on my card for the booking. Staff were informed of this at the time - waiting for refund to show up on statement.

Comfortable bed, complementary bottles of water. Couldn’t get into the leisure room - member of staff had to let us in as the door wasn’t accepting a number of guests cards. Sauna didn’t seem to be working properly … not getting very hot. No shower curtain in the shower in my room. Very noisy toilet. Should’ve had option for late checkout on Sunday but we weren’t told.

Overnight stay. The place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities are good. Bed comfy, shower good. Nothing else needed.

We arrived very late due to flight delays but the check in process was quick as had already checked in online! Upgraded to Executive Room which was great as it was in the 11 floor, great city skyline view! Jessica, Somaya & Justina super great 😊 well done you , helpful at all times !

The best trip ever stayed their recently then stayed again had to go back as this place is stunning, great views, staff are very professional at what they do and the amazing service they provide not to mention how friendly they are. The pool area was beautiful and the breakfast was yummy

Everything went wrong: - reservation of 2 rooms for 3 nights was cancelled (despite I could show a confirmation of the reservation) - rooms were not cleaned ("Covid") - no cheese and cold meat at the breakfast ("Covid"), however the eggs and saucices were not suffering under covid .... - key room was constantly deactivated by the mobile phone - not working sink was not repaired despite notice
