Basic hotel, nice staff, good food, and great location. Terrible bed and pillows. You seriously need to improve your pillows at least, it's the worst I had and I sleep in hotels quite often. Comfort is number 1 priority and you lose to any premier inn. No body lotion or conditioner. For the price I was expecting more.

Despite the fantastic location to businesses next door and promising lobby, the rooms are the reason to never return. The furniture is dated, the carpets have multiple stains (I was grateful for the provided slippers), but the worst part was the lack of cleaniness of the bedding and bathroom. Upon pulling the bed sheets open, there were many hairs. Same for the bathroom. I was accomodated a different room. The bathroom in the new room also showed multiple hairs, in the sink and in the bath. I don’t believe I will return to this hotel again, which is really a shame as the location is perfect

I chose this hotel as it was conveniently located near Paddington station. Check in was fuss free and efficient. My only criticism was the design of the room. The toilet is located on the entrance to the room a distance from the bathroom making the washing of your hands inconvenient. The cupboard was only able to hold a couple of winter coats. One drawer was provided. We now understand what the phrase living out of a suitcase meant. I understand that a renovation will be undertaken please take into account that guest that stay like us for seven days need more storage space. Also I do understand the concept of sustainability but having to request your room to be cleaned each day is something I have never experienced in years of traveling. Also rooms can only be cleaned in the afternoon. We go out in the morning returning after sightseeing tired to return to a messy room only to have to leave the room to enable the maid to clean. After staying here I believe that if you are on business it would be an excellent hotel to stay but if on a holiday would choose another hotel.
