The bed was so hard I managed about 2 hours of sleep. There was consistent beeping down the hall. There was no point in referring this to reception as clearly they already know about the rock hard mattresses and pillows that are far too soft.

I've requested to have a quiet room and late check-out. According to the information provided during reservation, it was saying that the late check-out time is 5pm. However, when checking in, the front desk said due to capacity, the late check-out time has been changed to 4pm. Also, for the "a quiet room" request as I had an online meeting, and they gave me a room just right next to the room which is under construction, and the construction started from 9am to 5pm.............Such a wonderful experience to my exact request.

Bathroom amenities are a bit worn out, need renovate and touch up. The door of the shower cubicle cannot close properly. Water leaked out when showering. Prefer to change from carpet to wooden floor for cleanliness.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It's location was excellent - close to Paddington station, but in a lovely new office 'estate', away from the hustle and bustle of the streets. It was close to the canals with a lovely outdoor area close by.
