The hotel was a 1 minute walk from Paddington station. Very nice area. Lovely reception team. Our room was on the 11th floor, such a nice view!

The aircondition was not so good, and in the gym one of the threadmills did not work. Perhaps someone should visit the gym at least once a day and check all the equipments

This is not the level of comfort or convenience we want for our guests. Your suggestion about daily equipment checks is greatly appreciated. Overpriced, uncomfortable and poorly maintain

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When I arrived, the hand wash, shower gel, and tissue box were all empty. Only one side of the bathroom vanity lighting worked, and the floor had multiple black marks and dirty spots. The sofa bed for the third guest was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs, and even adding extra duvets didn’t help. The room was extremely hot in the middle of winter, and whatever cooling system they had simply didn’t work. I called for assistance but nothing improved, so we had to keep the window open all night. For a hotel carrying the Novotel name and charging four-star prices, the quality felt closer to one star. I stayed for four nights and honestly regret it. Stay away from this hotel.
