Have stayed here many times,great hotel,great location and services. Only complaint is our 2 rooms were not serviced after 1st night. Was disappointed not be be able to use the bar on our return to the hotel due to bar looking like it had been ransacked,fully understand that was out of hotels hands.The night staff were brilliant in handling the situation. Wouldn’t put me off from using this hotel in the future

Made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Good explanation of restrictions due to Covid. Bar staff welcoming and efficient. Good variety of food on menu, which was served quickly.

Gym needed maintenance

The room was fine and quiet but several of the gym items required maintenance. The bike foot strap was broken and the recumbent bike seat was stuck resulting in these pieces of kit effectively being out of order

Friendly reception staff, clean room and if you needed anything for the room you ordered on the app and staff brought it quickly to the room. Drinks in the bar were expensive Half the Staff and 50% of customers didn't wear masks and were never approached on this, the one way system was not adhered too either.

Hotel was nice, good location, very clean (except windows), bed was very uncomfortable though and pillows were difficult to sleep with. So even though the hotel was nice, neither of us slept very well, which kind of ruined our experience.

The shower is terrible. Even when the shower door closed, water leaked and we were constantly mopping up the excess water. The room was way too hot without air con. Paper cups for the coffee was not ideal and no glass cups for water. The bed was uncomfortable and the trundle beds were not great to sleep in for the kids either.Could not recommend my friends or family to stay here. We definitely would not stay again. Much better value and newer rooms staying in a premier inn and its half the price.

All was good I was only missing the variety of the breakfast buffet you had before. I understand that due to covid you can’t have buffet but the chef didn’t have the variety of food available before for the same price. Rather than that all was good as usual.

The hotel was nice and there wasn’t a problem with any of the rooms apart from the toilet light not working in one of the rooms but it was ok. The pool,sauna,and steam room were all amazing,we really enjoyed it in there.

Had a one night stay at this hotel for leisure purposes and found it to be great. Modern design and had a pool, sauna and steam room which the wife and I had all to ourselves for an hour before getting ready to go out. Great 241 offer on cocktails in the bar also!

Well located with great facilities but poor internet access

I came with my children for a birth stay for 2 nights. I had brought my laptop with me to skype my friends on my brithday only to find that the room internet was insufficient and I had to use my phone as a mobile hotspot to make a 'poor' connection. Was disappointed and also would have expected most modern hotels to have some USB charge plugs fitted as are so ubiquitous. Further no special effort was mode on my birthday despite mention in my booking and at front desk and room was uncleaned - it was not clear if further supply of tea/coffee for second day was possible. Pool was good and kids enjoyed the breakfast.

The Paddington hotel is just formdable, so start with it offers a level of SPA and Relaxation that is very rare in London. The rooms are not huge but are very comfotable and well set, and the hotel is clean. The location is where I could see that my younger members could have access easily but it is more challanging with its connectivity for the elders.
