I stayed at Novotel London Paddington and found the surroundings very pleasant and comfortable. The location is excellent, being very close to the train station, which made getting around extremely convenient. However, the carpet in the room had an ugly stain and not refill for breakfast coffee which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, a nice hotel with a great location, but some attention to cleanliness would improve the experience.

I have stayed here several times because of its proximity to the office however there is nothing special about this hotel. The staff are ok at best, the rooms are small, the amenities hit and miss and the food is occasionally ok. Have started using Hilton and Hotel Indigo more where attention to detail and staff attitude far exceeds the Novotel.
