Very nice stay in the hotel about 10 min walk from Paddington station, and a 15 Heathrow Express to LHR. While the hotel was hard to find, a lack of obvious signposts, it was very nice, welcoming front desk staff, a lovely quiet room with a great bed and a nice restaurant where a light late dinner was enjoyed.

Good location, nice breakfast/food, but rooms need attention. My room (and my fellow travellers had same experience) had an awful smell, like if sprayed with some chemical or not properly deep cleaned. Also the shower curtain was in need of a wash and smelled like mould

We only heard about the on going renovation when we arrived the hotel. Since drilling was happening just above us, it was impossible to rest. I checked the Accor app, my confirmation and check in mail, but there was not a word about renovation. Otherwise staff was very helpfull.

Hotel booked as member of Accor and for location. Google Maps sent to delivery entrance which also happened when ordering an Uber which was annoying. Room was very comfortable although daily cleaning could be improved. Friendly and helpful staff on front desk and also at the bar in the evening.

I would like to start this review with the excellent service extended to me by Jas at the front desk. Jas did everything to make my early check-in experience truly wonderful. Room was big, had good lighting and had the outlets at the right places. Bathroom was clean with a good layout. The buffet breakfast was ample. And the hotel bar is open until 1am - yay! The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Paddington Station.
