I booked my room via the All accor webApp. I had of course a confirmation number as usual via e-mail. 45' before arriving by car to the hotel, they called me stating that the hotel is full and there's no room for me. Therefore there's no need to come and should look for a solution where to sleep that night. Of course I remained calm, and stated that it's not my problem where to sleep that night and rather the hotel's problem that they should solve. The guy over the phone insisted and said that the booking system somehow forced the reservation while the hotel is fully booked ! Which is a lie of course. About half an hour after, I get to the reception : Hello, hello. Here's your room, breakfast starts at 7:00, have a good stay.. So, I'm not sure what happened there, I get my room, but the call 45' before was stressful and if I was not aware about my rights, I would have gone elsewhere ! So, Bad experience in that regard.

Rooms were to hot. The air-con in the room was only able to reduce the room temperature by two degrees. Not adequite when the room is 26 degrees. Receptionists were not very service minded. Lack of staff of poor management - the receptionist should not handle both the bar and the reception when customers arrive. Nice with a free car-park.

My Stay was great in ibis Milano Fiera, location is nice , nearby Lidl superstore , McDonald's 24/7 + small shopping centre and bus stop less than 100 meters. Hotels seem new building , room were nice and spacious I assure you very spacious in comparison to even other ibis. Highly recommend to stay there.
