The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It is too expensive for what it offers. The breakfast is rather poor. There was not even a vendor machine for having some water. There was no "no disturb" label and when I asked reception noone to enter my room, I found out that someone entered my room to clean it. I know that Ibis are generally B&B hotels, but at €174 per night, you expect something different for sure.

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, not even a single bottle of water in the room in case you start coughing during the night. Not even a single glass in case you need to drink some water from the sink. Not to mention that toothbrush or any other item needs to be stored in your suitcase. What is exactly the point in having a minibar in the room when it is empty. Hangers broken. Breakfast is just a joke , minimum choices. Lift buttons that do not communicate with each other 2 lifts so everybody was pushing the buttons for both lifts

Comfy cozy rooms in a modern yet welcoming nice hotel at Milanos city limits with big free of charge on-site parking facilities and a supermarket next door. Just off the motorway, absolutely recommended if you have to be in this fairground area by car.

The hotel rooms were clean and value for money that is why I always stay with accor and will continue to do so despite suffering ptsd from this one stay. The staff at this particular hotel!!! They we less hospitable than wardens in Guantanamo bay.

The hotel rooms were lacking amenities and the climate control was terrible. Rooms did not come with facial tissues or a clothes iron. The only way for me to get the room's temperature below 25C was to open the window in the middle of January.

We enjoyed an excellent stay at this lovely hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. We especially enjoyed having interconnected rooms which was excellent for a family. Rooms are tastefully designed and very comfortable.

One of the best ibis I have ever seen. Bedroom was clean, very new and larger than expected and the batgbath was a proper one. Location is very convenient if you visit the Congress center. Lastly staff has been great.

-No air conditioning (technical problem apparently) -got access to another room, (north oriented and potentially cooler) , middle of the night after I complained, but discovered it was already occupied so I unfortunately woke the bedroom owner up... -in the morning, 6.30, went for breakfast, which was completely devastated by a group of Chinese tourists. Good location, nearby Malpensa airport. An unfortunate bad experience.

Hotel very nice, well located and maintained, staff in general helpful and professional. You should just replace the new chief of waitresses of the restaurant (ibis kitchen), treats customers very rudely and also gives bad treatment to his subordinates in front of customers. I am planning to come back to this hotel, but if that person stills is in the restaurant, I will never eat there.

The Hotel has location advantage and is very clean. Rooms are nice & clean with modern amenities. The staff was very helpful and professional. I appreciate the fact that Hotel provides 5 euro voucher to encourage guest to avoid cleaning if not required. The buffet breakfast is okay. It could be be improved to have more options and if menu can have some varieties. Daily having same offerings is boring if anyone is staying little longer.Supermarket and McDonalds is nearby which is helpful.
