Perfect business hotel, well situated, free parking, basic but comfortable rooms. However unfriendly staff, did not feel welcome as Accor Gold, no welcome drink offered, wifi not working during 2 hours, though restaurant open from 19 i was asked to come later due to big group. So accomadition good, but staff not client friendly.. pity...

Room was too hot, temperature was 26.3 degree, and control is disabled from the room!! I don't know which of your smart guys decided to keep the room temperature that high and not adjustable! I could not fall asleep because of the heat. At 2 am I finally had to head down to reception for help. The receptionist said they can lower the temperature for 2 degrees, I requested they turn off the heating completely, room was still very hot when I was back, I was too tired and basically slept with the curtain and window opened. In the morning. the temperature was still 25 degrees!

I feel like the bar area was not staffed correctly on an evening. We would have spent more time in the hotel if someone was there to look after us 🤔👍

Due to unfortunate circumstances, we left Italy early. The hotel has a no cancellation policy. We never stayed there.

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Lainate witha 10 Minute walk to the center. The Hotel is clean, breakfast is ok. But overall there was a lack of amendities i expect from a hotel that suppose to have 4 stars. also Accor Status advantages werent at all provided.
