The room was definitely outdated. We found several bugs, cleaning was poor.

Dear Dmitrii V., We regret to learn that the room did not meet your expectations regarding cleanliness and condition. As for your comment 'outdated', room is recently renovated and you can see the furniture's are new and still the smell of something new inside entire room. For someone who find bugs in his/her room, is unusual to leave just a comment after departure and not asking immediately a room change or a refund during his/her stay, especially when travelling with children. If we were informed of your observations during your stay, of course we would have provided on improving your stay but we find your informations not in line with what it is. I stayed for 4 nights. On my last visit in June, I brought up the poor WiFi in my review. I was promised that this would be improved. I have to say, well done to all involved. The WiFi is now much better. There are still some niggles with basic information at check-in and the bathroom light that is motion activated and switches off while you're in the shower, but overall, this Hotel very good. The Staff are friendly and helpful. The bedroom I stayed in was spacious and comfortable.

Good location with good pricing. Breakfast was good with a good selection of items. They turn off the A/C in October, and the rooms can get a bit stuffy. While you can open the windows, mesquites seem to appear and annoy you while sleeping.

1. The room had a strong food smell. 2. Beer from room service didn't come to the room. It was left at the front desk instead. 3. Clean room was hanged at the door but no housekeeping service provided.
