Dear, As we previously replied to you, we sincerely apologize for the unfortunate experience you had during your stay. This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain. Errors may happen but defining it as \'shockingly bad\'\' we think is a little exaggerate since If you really felt so shocked, you would have discussed it with us to find a good compensation before leaving. Dear, We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for bringing this detail to our attention. Cups are cleaned in dishwasher and housekeeper is bringing them to the rooms but in this case process failed since it was not verified if was cleaned properly or not. We apologies!
