This was our third stay at this hotel, which makes this review particularly disappointing to write. Unfortunately, our recent experience was far below the standards we had come to expect. The room was in a very poor condition regarding cleanliness, dead insects, a significant amount of dust throughout the room. As someone who suffers from dust allergies, this triggered a flare-up and forced me to take medication during my stay. An even bigger issue was the large number of mosquitoes in the room. It genuinely felt as though we had checked in to participate in a “kill all the mosquitoes” challenge rather than enjoy a comfortable night’s stay. My children have severe reactions to mosquito bites, and they ended up covered in bites, which caused considerable discomfort and concern. We arrived late at night, and since the children had already fallen asleep, changing rooms was simply not a realistic option. What disappointed me the most was the way the situation was handled afterward. When I raised these concerns with the front desk and discussed compensation, I was offered 1,000 loyalty points, equivalent to approximately €20. Considering the circumstances, this response felt both inadequate and unprofessional. As an All Accor Diamond member and a returning guest who has chosen this hotel on multiple occasions, I expected a significantly higher standard of service and a more appropriate response to the issues encountered during this stay. Unfortunately, neither the condition of the room nor the handling of the complaint reflected the level of hospitality one would expect from the brand. Having stayed at this hotel three times, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness, comfort, and customer care. Sadly, this stay did not meet even basic expectations and has significantly affected our confidence in returning in the future.

Mr.Maxim, We take all guest comments seriously, as they help us monitor our service and property conditions. Our Housekeeping Manager personally inspected the room. Our records show that the room had been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and verified also after your departure to see what you're referring to. Furthermore, our property undergoes regular, professional pest control treatments. Because our hotel is located next to a large park, seasonal insects can occasionally enter the building when doors or windows are opened, but we maintain strict monitoring to ensure our rooms remain comfortable. When you raised your concerns late at night, our front desk team immediately offered a room change to resolve the issue on the spot, which was the most immediate solution available at that hour. Regarding the loyalty points, these were offered as a goodwill gesture by our receptionist in an effort to provide a hospitable solution, despite the room change being declined. We regret that our staff was unable to fully conclude the conversation with you before your departure, as we always prefer to find a constructive resolution together.
