The stay itself was OK, however the hotel took 1 cent additional payment (using the pre-payment ?) on top of the actual bill payment. The amount is actually low, but no request/notification/justification received for it

Lately, we always choose Mercure when in Agrate. We like it because of its location, clean rooms, friendly staff. The free big parking is a plus. We appreciated that at check in was offered us a superior room compared to the one we booked. We hope to come back soon!
