Overall i will not stay in the hotel anymore.Main issue was AC.Rooms were clean but it was not enough.

26 minute walk to the nearest bus station which also has the last bus around 8 pm AC was broken, not usable. for all 3 night 4 days

Dear Mr.K., There's no need to walk 26 minutes for the nearest bus station, you have 3 buses station closer than the one you went ( which we don't understand to which bus you walked 26 minutes). The first one which brings you at metro station is just in front of hotel, 5 meters, last bus at 18:45 and free of charge. The second one, less than 150 meters, Z307/Z314, last bus around 20:00. The others buses, 10 minutes walk, Z314 or Z323/ Z321. Also, there is our shuttle service free of charge available until 19:30 for destinations within 10km from hotel. Air condition is off at moment due to temperatures, as you may have noticed these days have been cold rainy days. We thank you for your time and Hope to welcome you again for a better experience. The hotel is located near the motorway and convenient to Milan if you have a car. However we found that in the bathroom there were no sign of any amenities, only liquid soap, not even the shower cup. Also only 1 set of towel was provided although I booked for two. We had to go down to the reception desk as the employee didnt't agree to take it upstairs. The light in the bathroom is operated by a motion sensor but it was defective and we had to skip the shower. The room was very hot when we checked in and throughout the night. Only heating was possible, no aircon operational in March. We were asked to open the window, but it was blocked for security reasons, and it could not be opened even a few inches to allow the room cooling down. No compensation or discount was provided at the checkout for such discomforts after mentioning it at the checkout.

Our Hotel is a sustainable hotel, as sustainable hotel, we strive the respectful use of resources, such as energy, and eliminating all the mono use amenities and plastic products, as in all Accor hotels. Liquid soap from dispensers and shampoo are Nuxe product and we consider them enough for the minimum stay of our guest, there's no shower cup since is a mono use plastic amenitie. Room temperature can be set independently from the display in the wall of your room, the black one. For security reasons, yes the windows cannot be open totally by default from guest, is necessary to sign a release where you take full responsibility of any issues by opening the total window. We apologies for the absence of the second towel, we will take that as a valued observations in order to improve this aspect. We hope to welcome you in future for a better experience.
