We recently stayed at the Mercure Milano Agrate Brianza for a youth football tournament, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly professional and patient, even with a group of energetic 9 and 10-year-olds. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide selection that kept the players fueled. They even offered kid-friendly buffet options considering several intolerances and handled our large group dinner flawlessly. The location was perfect for our busy schedule: Tournament: Only a 5-minute drive to the Brugherio stadium area. Sightseeing: Quick access to the Monza Autodrome (10-15 mins) and an easy trip into Milan for San Siro. The rooms were spacious and modern and provided ample space for the kids and their gear without feeling cramped. Free on-site parking made managing our team vans effortless. Highly recommended for youth sports trips in the Monza/Milan region!

Very quiet room and comfortable bed. Huge thank you to the staff who made an upgrade for my reservation. We really enjoyed the time at Mercure Agrate Brianza! Nice gym facilities and very good pastries for breakfast.

Ordered a room for 4 people. The Sofa-turned bed was awful and completely uncomfortable. After just 5 min. It was decided it was impossible to sleep like that, so we eventually folded the sofa, placed the mattress on the floo,r and slept on it like that. Not what you expect from a 4-star hotel that advertises a 4-person room...

Dear Mr.B., Is surprising receiving your feedback after 7months of your stay at our hotel since it doesn't help you to have a better experience or us to improve a service considering the time gap. For sure we cant verify why and how you put the mattress in the floor to sleep, since this would be the first case where a guest proceed in this way instead of asking for a solution. If we had this unsatisfaction report from your side during the stay, you would have received an immediately solution in order to improve your stay. There is always a solution provided by us if guest is not happy with the room of with a specific detail during his stay, but as you can imagine, there can't be a solution 7months post stay. Guest satisfaction is our priority and we are characterized from flexibility on assisting each guest for anything that doesn't make him feel fully comfortable.
