Room was good other than safe did not work. Breakfast was good other than the one coffee machine was limiting given the volume of people and that most people could not work it first time they used it. Its was Nespresso (I think) which felt like the brand was the point rather than functionality

Overall it was a good stay. A few feedbacks gor improvement considerstion: 1. Consider opening hotel restaurant on Sundays. 2. Offer gold member room sandals and snacks. (I wasn’t offered). 3. Proactively check and reflll body shampoo and toilet rolls. Mine ran out and I had to leave a written note.

We appreciate your suggestions about the hotel restaurant's hours and the availability of room amenities for gold members. However, as all restaurants, we do have our closure and opening time and days and for internally reason we do not open the restaurant on Sundays but our Bar is open 24h with options for dinner. Please note that slippers and snacks are available in our highest room categories for the Gold members. We also take note of your comment regarding the replenishment of toiletries and will ensure this feedback is shared with our housekeeping team to enhance our service.
