Clean. comfortable hotel. Good rooms, friendly staff. Good breakfast. An ideal stay if between flights or arriving late or departing early. A little way from the airport so quite quiet. The hotel runs frequent shuttles to both terminals. Pickup is easily arranged by phoning the hotel on arrival. I was arriving late at Malpensa, stayed overnight and then used thje hotel shuttle to return to the airport to catch a train into Milano Centrale station for my ongoing journey. Simples!

I came late at night with 2 kids, but couldn't check in because 2 buses brought a cancelled flight and I was behind them. had to wait outside for 1 hour until I could get the front desk. Then I got the triple room, but it was the poorest room I ever had.

Very helpful reception staff, arranging shuttle pick-up quickly and easily when I arrived, friendly service in the hotel, and efficient transfer in the morning. Good clean room, and good breakfast.
