We are sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding in-room amenities and the vending facilities. We fully understand how important comfort and convenience are, especially after a long international journey. As an ibis budget / ibis-style property, we do not provide in-room kettles or tea and coffee facilities as part of the standard brand concept. However, refreshments are available in the hotel bar and vending machines for guest convenience. Regarding your comment about payment methods, we appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it into consideration for future improvements, as we understand that contactless payment options are increasingly important for international travellers. We are also sorry to hear that the food item purchased did not meet your expectations. For guests seeking additional dining options or more extensive facilities, the Novotel across the road does offer a wider selection, including hot meal options.
