The parking place at the front is too small, the underground garage is closed (traffic light always red), the staff doesn't care if you booked the breakfast or not so everybody gets it... In my room, the shower head was damaged and didn't remain in place. The rooms are clean. My window didn't close completely: I could bend it open by hand... So the night was cold and noisy (remember: we are close to the airport...). I mentionned it to the staff at the reception the next morning and... nothing happened!

First of all, I sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the condition of your room and the follow-up after you reported the issue with the window. A window that does not close properly is absolutely unacceptable, especially given our proximity to the airport, and I am truly sorry for the discomfort caused by the cold and noise. It is also disappointing to read that no action was taken after you informed the reception team — this is not the level of responsiveness we aim to provide. Your comments regarding the shower head, parking access, and overall maintenance have been shared with the relevant departments for immediate review. We fully understand how important these aspects are, especially during a business trip where comfort and efficiency are essential. Regarding the TV screencast/broadcast function, please allow me to clarify that, for security and data protection reasons, it is not possible to connect personal devices directly to the TV system. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of our guests’ personal information and to protect the integrity of our network. We also take note of your feedback about the WiFi speed and the breakfast management, and we will review these points internally to improve consistency and service standards. Mulitiple issues with a key to the room which did not operate as required

Key did not work properly, Window-shade did not work. Connection to TV did not work, remote was missing. Cups in toilet put under the soap-> unable to use inspite of the cover.

I came late at night with 2 kids, but couldn't check in because 2 buses brought a cancelled flight and I was behind them. had to wait outside for 1 hour until I could get the front desk. Then I got the triple room, but it was the poorest room I ever had.
