I had to change four rooms before finding a good one with the window completely closed. In the other four the windows didn't close.

I was left in the cold for 1 hour waiting for the driver. Met the drivers from all the other hotels but the driver from Ibis never came. Driver claimed she was there, but I can confirm she never arrived as I could make friends with the driver from best western who did 3 trips.

The hotel is located in short driving distance from Milano airport. The rooms are clean and very typical of Ibis. The check in and check out process was smooth. The breakfast was well laid out. Overall excellent stay.
