Location was great in terms of how close to the airport it was, however we were not made aware of how difficult it would be to get to from the centre/airport to the hotel. Upon arriving, the "quickest route" (other than a taxi) was nearly 2 hours to get to the hotel from the airport, and we hadn't been made aware that there was a shuttle between the airport & the hotel (which was €25 for a 7 minute drive?), but otherwise an Uber was showing €120+ for the same drive, and a local taxi from the airport cost €20 too. Our room was on the ground floor facing the outside of the hotel. It was quite loud when trying to sleep due to people arriving/leaving throughout the night, not great for a stay where you have an early flight yourself. The on-site restaurant was being refurbished and we were told we could have a discount to the Novotel next door (we didn't as we had to leave early this morning). The room felt quite disappointing and a bit banged up/dirty compared to other Ibis hotels we'd stayed at (for example, the one we stayed in Zurich which was stunning, and one we stayed in a couple of days later in Prague which was perfect). If you're there for one night & you can get a cheap ride to the hotel/airport, then it's fine, but otherwise it's more out of the way than it was made out to be.

The receptionist was very polite and kind. They offer an airport transfer service at a super cheap price compared to a taxi. The rooms were clean and organized.
