A little warm on top floor, needed to turn off the fan units to get below 20c for a decent sleep. Also skytv sports was just a blank screen when I needed it.

This was a two night stay for our group of 6 in two rooms. In one room (506) the basin leaked causing flooding in the bathroom. This was reported to staff but not repaired. There was a smell from the drain in our bathroom (room 504). The screen on the shower cabinet in our room did not close properly. Only one socket in our room could be used to boil the kettle and there were no USB points. Fruit juice in the breakfast room was heavily diluted. The reception staff were friendly and helpful but did not manage to have the leaking basin problem fixed.

Check in was easy and pleasant. There is no curtains in either room which meant I couldn't block out light. It mentioned two beds and given I was staying with my son I was under the illusion it had two beds. It had a sofa bed but no bed clothes/pillows.

Location was good (very close to metro and tram stations). Building was very old. Service was poor; bar was closed until 6:00pm (no place to drink a coffee or tea), there was no shower gel or shampoo (although I reminded 3 times in 3 days).
