We were very disappointed. We would never have booked this hotel if it was not an Accor hotel. All the cups and glasses in the restaurant are 100% plastic. Coffee served at the breakfast is awful. Food quality is terrible. Rooms are old and the feeling is bad. The staff at the breakfast restaurant is rude and no smiling faces at the hotel. I would never go back.

I left with a lot of luggages. I reported that 2 cars were blocking the entrance without enabling me to go through without you Ching them. The person at the reception just said “I’m sorry” and did not even offer some help to go through or even to contact the car owners. I’m lucky I was not handicapped, so I would have been stuck in the hotel.

I noticed from my credit card record that an amount of €605.15 was charged to my account. However, after checking with my colleague Mr. René Delonge, who stayed at the hotel on my behalf, he confirmed that he had already paid €564.75 for the rooms upon check-out. It seems there might have been a double payment, and I have emailed and tried to call, no further actions yet! This is totally unacceptable! I have been staying in Accor hotel chain many years and pretty enjoyed it since this time! Very poor, very disappointed!
