Hello, I had issues with the AC on the last day which was not solved . I asked on the checkout for a gesture from your side but I am still for a response . The ventilation of the bathroom was also not working So I had to open the window . I slept with 27C inside the room, had to open the window and got a lot of mosquito bites . Moreover the invoice was not at my company address and the personnel told me there is nothing they can do, which is fair but I wish I was asked before the payment . Besides on Saturday , there was a drunk customer ramming his pipe on the floor on the floor, turning his laptop on without earplugs , falling asleep on the couch and leaving the place a dirty mess . Apparently he was a regular customer , but it doesn’t allow someone to be completely wasted and feel like home.

The reception and breakfast area is very nice. But our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. First we got room 202. When we came back at night the floor was flooded with water dropping from the ceiling. Luckily our luggage was not damaged and we got moved to room 303. But in room 303 we found a couple of problems: Air conditioning not working, with outside temperatures of 35 degrees. Bath room: hot water or warm water. Problem with cold water supply. Safe in the room did not work. Showing always an error message. Internet: It was only possible to connect once and afterwards always error messages showed up. This is not the standard we are used to from ACCOR. This is not a 4 star hotel.
