Summer time day temperature was about 30-33 deg C but aircon was down for servicing throughout the whole stay from Friday to Sunday, making the stay very uncomfortable. Sweating during the sleep even with the fan provided. The hotel or Accor should have offered something in compensation or discount etc for the unpleasant stay experience. Disappointed with how their maintenance is planned / scheduled. Hotel staff were just okay and not very warm in hospitality. Rooms size is fine and location is not bad; other than that, could consider other non-accor hotels for this price point.

Very small Not allowed to extend one hours after check out Over priced

Good morning, I'm sorry you didn't like the assigned room, which is an Executive of about 23 square meters anyway. As for the late check out, it is granted, but in case of availability and in any case the secretary had allowed her to keep the room until 11:30. The check out time normally scheduled for 10:00 am. So more than an hour. Best regards,

This is a great spot to base your stay in Milan. A short walk to the train and across the road from good tram connections and walking distance from the Da Vinci Science museum and tram to Castello Sforzesco and Parco Sempione. Quick train trip to Duomo area. Lovely restaurants and cafes in street adjacent, especially Panificio Sophia. There is also a supermarket a few doors away. Lovely park across the road, and huge weekly fashion and fresh food street markets (vintage and new, including shoes and handbags) 3 minutes walk, on Tuesdays. The hotel itself is very clean and spacious and the staff are extremely helpful and very friendly.

The location is really good, not too far from Milano Cadorna (train station to where you arrive from the Malpensa airport) and really close to the Navigli region. The rooms are showing their age a bit, but everything seemed pretty clean and looked after. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the two collaborators who assisted me during my stay, but they were really kind and helped me to find the best transport options when I had to leave before the sunrise for the airport. I stayed there for the Stramilano and there are good transport connections to get to the Piazza del Duomo or anywhere else in the city.
