with the exception to the checking process, the customer service have been so bad and not expected from an Accor chain to a Platinum member. i requested a bottle opener and was told by reception to go downstairs and pick one from reception!! no comment. our kitchen facilities in our apartment was so poor. they would not even replenish the coffee capsules for our 4 night stay. a real poor service.

Overall, well located for transport links and quiet hotel. Generally comfortable with blackout curtains and Aircon but some may find the beds and pillows hard. This hotel ticked many of the little consideration boxes that many often don't - skirt hangers, full length mirror, plug point near a mirror, shelf in shower for toiletries, fridge and a proper hairdryer (not an awful hose one). Overall, it was totally suitable for a no frills, weekend base.
