The hotel was adequate for our requirements, room was comfortable, quite large clean and tidy, the only issue was the air conditioning was just about able to cope to keep the room at about 25c which was fine to sleep. The location is excellent very close to 2 Metro lines and trams, with a short walk to canal area which is great for restaurants and bars. The metro gives you quick access to Linate airport and major railway stations

Starting with the good info: beds super comfortable, location not bad - especially if you plan to see The Last Supper and the castle. The Duomo also with (a bit longer but still) walking distance. But the air-condition was not working and - even when I requested the late check-out - the reception started to call me already at 10:30, although i have it granted to stay till 12:30. And the NEXT call was at 12:10 to hurry me up.

The hotel manager, chose not to validate the amount I paid for the booking. Upon arrival, he wanted to add the cost for breakfast though we had already paid for it. Therefore, we cancelled breakfast. Then he would not agree with the quote for our stay. He chose to change the quote for taxes on our stay from €42 to €60. While this is not an insurmountable figure, it was the dishonest approach exhibited. Happy to provide further details, if required.

Our room was fantastic with a kitchen, large living room, modern, 3 Air conditioning units. The front desk was very helpful. I suggest using the list of resturants they provide. The breakfast was generous and tasty.

We have very nice stay in Mercure Milano Solari . I would like to mention excellent service we have receive from staff , however special mention we would like to say for help we have received from Giancarlo . He help us to get another booking in Milano Solari when Accor life limitles system on wet site did not accept my booking . Giancarlo spend lot of time to get for me Accor staff on Call centre and I was able to get my booking through Call Centre . It was saturday and many phone where no responding to Giancarlo calls .

Our stay was just for one night on our way to Bologna and the apartment was just what we needed. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, a hot shower and helpful staff

A short walk from the train station, which gets you into Central station in around 20 minutes, this hotel leaves you perfectly placed to enjoy the the best of the city, Navigli and everything in between. With a 24-hour manned service desk, I found every staff member I interacted with to be warm, accommodating and hospitable. The hotel was always clean and well-maintained. I had to call maintenance one (which ended up being operator error, me, and not the fault of the hotel) and they tended to the room in less than 10 minutes. I couldn't have been happier with my stay.

As gold card members we were disappointed with the first room given as on the 1st floor, small and poorly arranged. However we asked for an upgrade and were offered a much better room on a higher floor

No functional 24 hrs restaurant, breakfast only for such a large Hotel. Some of the lifts are too tiny and in particular the lift on the apartments block has floor rug that is dirty. Finally my stuff in the refrigerator was trashed while moving rooms instead of making efforts to tranfer it to the new room.

The apartment was comfortable, however as a Platinum club member i was disappointed overall. Small things matter... The coffee was not replenished at all, the bar was closed so no drinks available, the shower soap dispenser was empty the whole time. I expect more of Accor to be honest.

We booked the hotel through Accor account - I am the diamond member actually , family of three - so we booked superior suite… smth like this . When we arrived the room was not ready and yes it was one hour before standart time for check in , but as a diamond member, we should get our rooms earlier and that was not the reason it was occupied by other people , they just started to clean it when we arrived . Anyway, that was not the main issue - warning everyone who is now choosing this hotel for summer time to stop by, don’t think - don’t book - AC there not working at all, that was a nightmare - ac are old and they just blow but not cooling at all . We reported about the problem immediately and then what was the worst - the receptionist told us that the temperature set to 22 and all works according to the settings which was not true at all . Their area downstairs was cool, but in the corridors and in the rooms it was very hot and unpleasant . Especially after you spent time outside and came to the room to chill . So at the end they told us this was the way it is here . So don’t like it - your problems . I found other reviews on booking.com that people already complained about this issue but it means that no one cares . We paid for this room more then 300 euros per night to stay in this sauna ! And I sent the complain the same night - no reply after two weeks . Not recommended at all

Woke up to a large number of bites on my body in addition to the mosquito ones on my arms noticed while out to dinner. There was no noise, and bites on body were linear x3 in the majority. Squashed what looked like a short legged spider between bed and wall while dressing, took it to reception with me. Complained on way to work, and was told the hotel has never had this before. Was told housekeeping would strip room and vacuum/spray. Spent 66€ on antihistamines and insecticide. Checked room, minimal housekeeping and same sheets, as one had a repair in it that was still there. Had to complain very hard to get a room swap. Fumigated that room myself, and luggage, and hot washed clothes this morning. I’m down on 2 nights of quality sleep, €66 and a load of extra laundry.to avoid mixing travel clothes with others. Used hotel many times and this is a first, fully aware that Milan in summer is riddled with mosquitos but not very happy with attitude of the manager to be honest.

Stayed 3 nights... clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Is situated in a quiet street but close to metro and tram and food options ( highly recommend Amuno for pizza!) Lots of local cafes nearby for coffe and croissant breakfast if you don't want the hotel buffet. Easy walking distance to Da Vinci's Last Supper, Navigli but on other side of town to Central station... which did not matter for me because everything I had planned was on the south side. Definitely would stay again!

Positive points 1. location , residential area close to Navalgia area and plenty of local supermarkets and cafes/restaurants 2. spacious apartments- 2 good sized rooms 3.kitchenette 4. aircon Negatives 1. bathroom in need of update , mould on walls because no extractor fan and unable to open windows .tiles missing . Shower gel just left empty . Shower leaked onto the floor . 2. quality of kitchen ware poor. Plastic/melamine crockery felt cheap and I was not convinced that it had been properly cleaned . 3. entry way scruffy - door to emergency exit propped open , unable to close . It was fine, but felt unloved and cheaply furnished

Asked for an earlier cjheck in as i could not wait till 15:00 from 12:30 and they were very rude and expliscit that they cannot do it and this is it! Thet were happy not to facilitate my request and they were getting a joy from not facilitating me while the receptionint was provocativelly showing his name on his tag ironically smilling at me like he did ot care. If you have such people working for you, then you should call your selves a brothel not a hotel! This was the most disapointing check in experience i have ever had in my life after handreds of trips the last 20 years! They also gave me the worst hotel room they could for special needs people which was like a drawer. This is the respect you have for special needs people? You are unacceptable!
