Everything you need from a hotel...Gigi so customer oriented. The whole team for the checkout was so good too... perfect stay and let's vibe for the Milano Cortina 26 games :)

We were initially assigned a Superior Suite on a floor under construction, with dust, residues and unsafe conditions in the corridor. This triggered a severe sinusitis episode for me and caused allergic reactions and eye complications for my young daughter. Although we were later moved to another apartment for safety reasons, the experience caused significant stress and inconvenience. I contacted the hotel to request compensation for the impact on our health and stay, but unfortunately I did not receive any response. Overall, the situation did not meet the standards expected for this category or for an Accor property.

This property is truly a hidden gem in Milan. It offers a serene, private sanctuary for those looking to escape the city’s typical hustle and bustle. By trading the crowded tourist centers for this well-maintained retreat, I enjoyed a perfectly comfortable stay complemented by a professional and polite staff. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway. I would not hesitate to choose this property for my future visits to Milan. As I plan to return regularly, I would love to see a loyalty program or preferred rates introduced for returning guests. To further enhance the guest experience, I would love to see the management expand the library selection and provide international titles like UK and US newspapers. Additionally, adding recreational facilities, such as a pool or ping pong table, and a fitness center equipped with a treadmill, free weights, and multi-functional machines would be a fantastic addition to this property.

Very noisy with the renovations going on on all floors from early morning

A little warm on top floor, needed to turn off the fan units to get below 20c for a decent sleep. Also skytv sports was just a blank screen when I needed it.
