The temperature is the room is not controlled. Despite trying to put the air conditionning at 20, it barely went down to 24. We had to open the window to get a bit of cool air when we entered the room initially. The room was clean, matress was a bit hard (no topper)

It was A. 3 min walk to the train station. In front of the main bus station so it only took 10-12 min to go to city center. Breakfast was very good.

Everything you need from a hotel...Gigi so customer oriented. The whole team for the checkout was so good too... perfect stay and let's vibe for the Milano Cortina 26 games :)

We were initially assigned a Superior Suite on a floor under construction, with dust, residues and unsafe conditions in the corridor. This triggered a severe sinusitis episode for me and caused allergic reactions and eye complications for my young daughter. Although we were later moved to another apartment for safety reasons, the experience caused significant stress and inconvenience. I contacted the hotel to request compensation for the impact on our health and stay, but unfortunately I did not receive any response. Overall, the situation did not meet the standards expected for this category or for an Accor property.
