HI Mercure Milano Solari, We are visiting you in September (from the 16th to the 19th of September), and have tried to get a confirmation from you, regarding changes in our booking. Despite many attempts the last two weeks I have not head anything back, so now I hope I can get in contact with you this way. We have important changes to our reservation for DGI Nordsjælland and would like to get dem confirmed. I have e-mailed with an Amanda, but she has not replied to any e-mails the last two weeks which is very frustrating. I hope alle the changes can be done, even though we are that much closer now. hotel very well located near the naviglii district. there are tram lines and also the metro which drops you directly at Cadorna FS or Milano Centrale station in a few minutes. A night bus also connects the city center to Naviglii (stop near the hotel). The hotel is pleasant and the staff very friendly. I have no hesitation in going back!

Hotel well located however, renovation on going started à 9am and making some noise. Bar closed most of the time even during the afternoon. No necessity to give a welcome drink if it is impossible to use the voucher. Room quite small but good. Only thing is the desk is quite small with no possibility to plug computer battery charger and the desktop lamp... and as I do not travel with my multiplug I had to to do choice. One bottle of water was given free of charge but not daily replenish. Overall stay was good but need for some improvement.

Stayed for a friends birthday weekend in Milan. The apartment is spacious having a twin bedroom and a double bedroom which was perfect for the 4 of us. The rooms were large. There was only one bathroom which was a bit tricky with 4 ladies getting ready but we managed. There is a kitchen with fridge, coffee machine and kettle which was handy for morning drinks. However there were no cups provided. Some of the decor is a bit tired (damp patches). Overall, it suited us as it comfortably put us all up for the weekend. It’s less than 10 min walk to Navigli and about 30 mins to Duomo so easy to walk everywhere.

We liked the apartment, very clean, reception staff were very friendly,had a couple of issues with door alarm and hot water with the hotel dealt with. More bowls are needed in the apartment as there we're 3 of us staying, and only 1 bowl and only 2 spoons.
