Two bedrooms and a kitchen, but areas with water access like the bathroom was not very well maintained; the door was blocked as water deformed the wood at the bottom, lack of some tiles as well.

It was a pretty pleasant experience, the location is a 25-30 minute walk to the old city center, but the bathroom was not very clean, it was dusty and the door card device didn't work very well. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious!

The hotel is close to restaurants, tram and subway station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Some of them don't speak English, but they are passionate to help non-Italian speaking tourists like us. We are grateful for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

The temperature is the room is not controlled. Despite trying to put the air conditionning at 20, it barely went down to 24. We had to open the window to get a bit of cool air when we entered the room initially. The room was clean, matress was a bit hard (no topper)
