Breakfast good but needs speedier replenishment and daily variety would be welcome. Room comfortable, good lighting, coffee machine and fridge. Housekeeping poor. The absolute minimum provided of everything and top-ups not given daily or willingly. Told we had to pay for water when it was included free and a man tried to inspect the bathroom when we asked for a toilet roll! We were there 10 days! Reception staff good and provided replenishments on request.

I was upgraded to an apartment though I booked a french bed room . However the AC in the bedroom didn't cool. The elevator stopped working during checkout and I had to handle my heavy luggage manually. Overall , the apartment and the lobby gave an old house feeling.

something never happen to me also if i travel 50% of my business life. I have a reservation confirmation with breakfast included but the receptionist without any desire to solve the issue do not had any kind of check on my indication and continue to tell me i do not have breakfast. after some discussion they let me start my breakfast but than again the employee interrupt me eating to tell me i should pay for it..... it is not a matter of money, of course, but i think they should go back to basic on politeness. i feel like they are addressing me as a liar and they are like not listening the ease solution to a discussion (that could happen) that i gave them: checking their e-mail!!! The argument that could be solved in 1 minute take definitely so much more time than needed to be solved, with a lot of uncomfortable feeling.

From check-in where I was told platinum status has no bearing here. And for complementary breakfast only available on weekends for platinum. As per the photos the queen bed was simply two singles pushed together with no mattress topper.. Complementary welcome drink offered But when trying to use was told The restaurant doesn't open The night I was there.. After check-in room attended came with two bottles water and no welcome essentials 3 coffee pods for two people for two days so no common sense with stock levels and nicities Then a random $43 charge on departure. Very underwhelming for an Accord Hotel If staying with kids be careful of the hot water as it does not Regulate properly burnt myself a couple of times and location of faucet makes it difficult and

Overall, our stay was disappointing. We appreciated the cooperation of some members of staff, especially Gigi, but several issues significantly affected our experience. Initially, the room did not have the requested king-size bed and the two separate beds were simply pushed together. On a day when we explicitly did not request room service, the sign was ignored and we returned to find our room door open. Unfortunately, the staff did not take any meaningful action regarding this security concern. We also found it disappointing that the bar is closed on Sundays. Finally, the room, and particularly the bathroom, showed visible signs of mould and rust, which is not acceptable for this standard of hotel.

The room we booked had no air-conditioning working, we stated this & the staff said it was, so we went out for a few hours to come back & find the room as stifling as we left it. They changed our room, an upgrade which was nice but we still had trouble with the air-conditioning & after another night they realised that rooms air-con was not working either. They did offer to change rooms again but what a hassle, so we opted for a fan. The original room had a table with the T.V. at the end of the bed, my husband is over 6 foot so this would have ended up on the floor had we stayed in that room. We also asked for milk as they do not offer this on arrival, it was to be delivered & this never happened. As a Gold Accor member we found service & quality was lacking. On a plus side the welcome gift of beer & soft drinks were generous. Unfortunately we would not stay there again.

The hotel was adequate for our requirements, room was comfortable, quite large clean and tidy, the only issue was the air conditioning was just about able to cope to keep the room at about 25c which was fine to sleep. The location is excellent very close to 2 Metro lines and trams, with a short walk to canal area which is great for restaurants and bars. The metro gives you quick access to Linate airport and major railway stations

Starting with the good info: beds super comfortable, location not bad - especially if you plan to see The Last Supper and the castle. The Duomo also with (a bit longer but still) walking distance. But the air-condition was not working and - even when I requested the late check-out - the reception started to call me already at 10:30, although i have it granted to stay till 12:30. And the NEXT call was at 12:10 to hurry me up.

The hotel manager, chose not to validate the amount I paid for the booking. Upon arrival, he wanted to add the cost for breakfast though we had already paid for it. Therefore, we cancelled breakfast. Then he would not agree with the quote for our stay. He chose to change the quote for taxes on our stay from €42 to €60. While this is not an insurmountable figure, it was the dishonest approach exhibited. Happy to provide further details, if required.

We have very nice stay in Mercure Milano Solari . I would like to mention excellent service we have receive from staff , however special mention we would like to say for help we have received from Giancarlo . He help us to get another booking in Milano Solari when Accor life limitles system on wet site did not accept my booking . Giancarlo spend lot of time to get for me Accor staff on Call centre and I was able to get my booking through Call Centre . It was saturday and many phone where no responding to Giancarlo calls .

A short walk from the train station, which gets you into Central station in around 20 minutes, this hotel leaves you perfectly placed to enjoy the the best of the city, Navigli and everything in between. With a 24-hour manned service desk, I found every staff member I interacted with to be warm, accommodating and hospitable. The hotel was always clean and well-maintained. I had to call maintenance one (which ended up being operator error, me, and not the fault of the hotel) and they tended to the room in less than 10 minutes. I couldn't have been happier with my stay.
