From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a youthful but professional atmosphere, with a modern feel throughout. The reception area makes a great first impression, and our room was spacious and excellent — far better than we had expected. The bathroom was particularly impressive. The bar staff were cheerful and attentive, while the breakfast team worked incredibly hard but still took the time to greet guests and offer assistance whenever needed. The hotel is also very convenient for the historic Line 1 tram, making it easy to explore the city. A great choice for a visit to Milan, and somewhere we would happily stay again.
