Very nice staff at desk, welcoming and helpful. Upgraded room, late checkout given. Had our welcome drink prior to leaving, unfortunately the mature barman was not friendly. Made an Aperol spritz - half Aperol, fizzante water then a small finishing with Prosecco. Not the typical recipe !!!He was distracted and we felt like we were an inconvenience. We do respect everyone has a hard day from time to time but it was a “bittersweet” (pun intended ) end to the lovely stay which dampened the previous efforts of the staff we experienced . In saying that this would not stop us from returning! Just an honest account for your info 🙏
