The hotel is well located and it’s easy to access with public transport and even by walk from city center (there was a strike of public transport during my stay). The room is simple but functional. The staff is friendly.

Water was not going down the tap for 1 whole day, had to brush the teeth in the shower No bidé in the room (in Italy!?!) Many TV channels would not work and nobody came to fix them The cappuccino, the coffee and the croissants are not good quality for italian standards Parking was always full, it took ages to find another parking space The staff is kind and helpful
