I booked a room for 2 persons, There was only one slippers in the room. There was only one bottle of water in the room ( I paid the room for 2 persons). When I asked the front desk, the gentleman told me that I can get another bottle of water for free in the bar, but when I went to the bar, the lady over ther charged me 3.5 Euro. I would be better for your front desk to tell me exactly that I need to pay instead of told me it would be "free of charge". I stayed in the same hotel in 2024, the experience at that time was much better. The service was going down in this stay. Your staffs needs further training.
