Disappointing experience

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The property itself is in poor condition, and once inside the room, things didn’t improve. The room was dirty, giving an overall sense of neglect. The pillow cover had visible stains, and the strong smell of smoke made the stay unpleasant. The general impression is of a place that is poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even a basic level of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.

Common area is good but not the room. Fleas bite. Towels aged.

No evidence of bedbugs or fleas was found, and we did not receive similar reports from other guests afterward. We stayed only one night and it was already too long. Cigarette’s smell l over the place (room included) windows not closing properly, noisy and not friendly staff on arrival. Not a Accord experience I’m used to
