Wending machines new work with card payment, the staff always says it’s an external partner. Which I can understand, but now acting on this issue is surprising me. Breakfast is chaotic, no organisation.

I stayed for the Milano Maratona - was a good location, great service and well equipped room. Upgraded due to silver membership. Always book with Accor direct now - good benefits. No more air bnb always problematic! Great value hotel for Milan.

Stayed here with the family on the Easter weekend . Great team at reception or breakfast . Parking is very convenient too if there is space available.

I booked via Booking. Somehow - I really don't know how that happened because I searched explicitly for 11/12 of April - the booking was for the 11/12 of July instead of April. So I had to book again because the receptionists told me that they couldn't cancel the booking for July, it would be in the power of Booking, at the same time Booking wrote me it would be in power of Ibis. So I paid almost 300 Euros for one night for a normal room. That was definitely not worth the price. The room was small, had a bad view, didn't have air conditioning and the lifts of the hotel were horrible (extremely slow) too.
