Excellent location for exploring Milan. Bright modern entrance and public areas but thats where modern finishes. Poor welcome at reception . Room was clean and tidy but so outdated . Only charging points were in the bathroom and at the door. The sound proofing was non existent and you can actually here people going on the toilet. Breakfast was chaotic with very little room to move but food was ok. The cleaner of our room was the the bright note or our stay. Everyday our room was spotless.

Overall, the room was tiny and clean. I would say that getting in and out of the shower can be dangerous because of the height difference between the floor and the shower. Elderly people can fall and get seriously injured.
