My stay at Ibis Milano Centrale was extremely disappointing. The hotel is in desperate need of maintenance and better customer service. Here are the major issues I faced: 1. Poor Room Condition – The towels provided had holes in them, which is unacceptable for a paid stay. It felt cheap and unhygienic. 2. Faulty Toilet – The bathroom door couldn’t even lock properly, leaving zero privacy. 3. Unreliable Hot Water – The shower kept switching between scalding hot and freezing cold, making it impossible to bathe comfortably. 4. No Luggage Storage – Even though I was returning to the same hotel in 3 days, they refused to let me leave my luggage after checkout. Very inconvenient! 5. Rude Front Desk Staff – The receptionists were unhelpful and impolite, making an already bad experience even worse. For the price paid, I expected much better from an Ibis hotel Milano Centrale.
