The hotel is in a good location and staff were pleasant, we had apparently been upgraded for our room, but unsure what the upgrade was as the room was so tiny that you couldn't open your bag anywhere except on the bed. The bed was average and pillows were terrible. There was no tea/coffee in the room, however you could purchase from the bar downstairs; the bar was simple but good and had some decent food options.

Whether it's communicating with the front desk staff or the housekeeper, the interaction is very smooth. The location is also very good. However, there might be a need to wait for check-in procedures.
