Fine location. Good clean rooms. Thank you for the upgrade to coffeemashine and water. We had terrible internet in the room and the option of casting to the tv didn’t work. We contacted the reception on the first morning, and they told us they would send a colleague right away. No one showed up and we continued to have problems who never got fixed.

The staff at Ibis were lovely, the hotel was great, 15 minute walk to train station and 3 minutes to tram. Cleaning needs to be addressed, someone's knickers hanging in the shower, rubbish not emptied and one towel for 2 persons for 2 days until I asked reception to contact clears and sort it. Other than that our stay was good.

For a budget stay, it was good for value. Located outside the main city business district, it was significantly cheaper than hotels within the main CBD. Public transport easily accessible, and a 20-30 minute walk through a lovely park gets you to the main attractions. Staff were friendly enough, a decent spread for the breakfast buffet, and a small but clean room for my stay.
