Generally, was ok. One of the lifts was broken when we were there so it made the trip to our room a bit slower. Rooms were nice but pretty tiny shower but again was ok. Reception was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was very chaotic, and we couldn't get alot of the food and drink on offer had run out. Really nice and spacious foyer and conveniently located hotel.

The front desk staff was professional and friendly. My Silver membership upgrade was smooth and very generous (5pm late checkout): thanks! The only glitch was a bit reluctant service at the downstairs bar.
