The hotel is really well located, 2 min away from the Metro station Lima. The staff at the reception, especially Adrian, was extremely friendly and helpful, he speaks many languages and is really willing to help the guests with all other issues. The rooms are clean and modern, the breakfast is substantial, on top of this this, there is a beautiful yard with a garden with lots of plants and flowers.

The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the breakfast experience Although the selection was relatively limited — comparable to many budget to mid-range hotels across Europe — the quality of the coffee was exceptional. The breakfast staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, contributing positively to the overall experience. Service at the front desk was inconsistent. While some staff members were courteous and helpful, one male staff member was noticeably dismissive and unwelcoming when responding to guest inquiries, which detracted from the hotel’s otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

Rood is not comfortable and we booked breakfast on the go and we did not get the items we pre select. It was very poor and does not worth the 15 Euro we paid.

i have to go down every morning from the 4 th floor for tea! during the arrival, the receptionist seemed very cold by saying like this: you are too much early, the check in is at 2 pm. Come back at 2 pm!...she did not offer me to stay! ... that's all... the nearby hotel is much more welcoming by saying: you can wait here and see what we can do if the room is available you may check in before 2 pm. And they delivered the promise... most of the time i could check in before 12 PM. I'm a foreign journalist from indonesia visiting Milan for Salone and Milan Design Week.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis Styles, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, but there are some mistakes inaccuracies about our hotel and the service we provided. You requested the early check in by email the 09/04/2026 at 06.13 UTC+1. we replied the same day at 6.25, so 12 minutes after your request, that the early check in is a request upon availability, you could leave the bgas in our storage and come back later or you could wait. It is a lobby of an hotel, of course it is at your disposal!! In the list of the amenities there isn't a kettle, you were aware from the beginning. We have a water station, that provides water and refreshments totally fro free, so we really don't understand the meaning of the complaint. The staff is young and happy all the time, because we do our jobs with satisfaction: sometimes a guest should come and see “the world” from our side of the reception. We have been very professional and to read all this comments, just to be mean or for revenge, it’s quite sad. We can notice you really didn’t mention the real reason of this bad review: you asked for a service we were not able to provide and you didn’t accept our reasons. Regards
