The sensor light in the bathroom was not working. Informed the reception but same. Even the other lights in the makeup table and side table right, not working. The location is good though.

The toilet of Ibis Style Milan Centro hotel is really not acceptable! Every time when flushing the toilet, water spills out through its hole located at the front. Really disgusting. The bathroom sink is poorly designed that water easily splashes on you. Our room is a triple room of two floors but there is only one rubbish bin! Not up to the standard. We have conveyed our request to the staff but our request was not entertained. The only merit is the speed of the shower head of the bathroom is good enough. This room costs €431 for 2 nights and we think it is completely unworthy! Be aware that it is better not to reach the hotel along the street Via Alessandro Tadino as it is extremely dirty.

After staying at this hotel with my family I was slightly disappointed , our room was rather dated and it felt a big mix match off styles. The door lock did not lock from the inside although no one could get in from the outside if still felt a little exposed. The safe didn't work at all and this is a must for travelling people passports etc. The most annoying thing tho was the lighting , very moody lighting in the room and the bathroom the light was so sporadic it kept going on and off , so you would go in and after 1 min the light would go off and you would be in darkness and have to come out and switch the light on again sometimes this worked and other times it didnt , I ended up having a shower in the dark. The staff weren't overly friendly and the person who checked us is seemed rather snooty, when leaving the manager who I only saw on this occasion said good bye and he seemed very friendly so maybe a few more customer services skill for his staff might help. I wouldn't choose to stay in this hotel again.
