Encountered potentially the worst person I’ve ever met being the hotel manager Mr Leopaldo. Horrible attitude and lives to talk down to people in a nasty tone when asking simple questions about the room not being up to standard. Blackmailed us to reply to Accor on email to tell them he was a “lovely person” before he would even think about fixing the issues of toilet leaking and shower head spitting water.

The problem is that my stay was not so good in manaus aspects yet I was to busy I just came to sleep .. yet on my check out I had a problem with the owner and his dad they were so rude and refused to give me my receipts for my stay and when I insisted the kept on kicking me out and shouting and called me And my husband ‘animals ‘ they even pushed me when I tried to drink some water and Andrea the owner and the manager at the same time kept on calling us names and I managed to record this and I called the police for them who then came and forced them to give me my receipts which I needed to give to my work … Yet they are sending me mails full of lies they say they called the police for me during my stay ??? Well this didn’t happen .. The thing is that on my check out when they acted with extreme rudeness I threat to call the police which I already did and they came and this is all recorded with me then Andrea the owner pushed me with his hands while I was drinking and said that I am no more a guest for I checked out and he took all the glasses and mugs out and his dad kept on shouting at him that this is not right .. They are both so rude and keep on lying and even all people there told us that they are very aggressive .. now they say they called police on my stay ??? never happened !! also they said they own the hotel and they are free to do all what they want !!! They are so racist and very dangerous and rude !! anyways I had to record all that to proof my words and if they called the police why they never came ???

The sensor light in the bathroom was not working. Informed the reception but same. Even the other lights in the makeup table and side table right, not working. The location is good though.

The toilet of Ibis Style Milan Centro hotel is really not acceptable! Every time when flushing the toilet, water spills out through its hole located at the front. Really disgusting. The bathroom sink is poorly designed that water easily splashes on you. Our room is a triple room of two floors but there is only one rubbish bin! Not up to the standard. We have conveyed our request to the staff but our request was not entertained. The only merit is the speed of the shower head of the bathroom is good enough. This room costs €431 for 2 nights and we think it is completely unworthy! Be aware that it is better not to reach the hotel along the street Via Alessandro Tadino as it is extremely dirty.
