We had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a good location close to a metro station. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was enjoyable.

It was a pleasant stay, room was comfortable enough for a single person. Check-in was quick and efficient, friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location was great, a 30 min walk to the centre of Milan and 10 min walk to the bars and restaurants. The room itself was nice, bit cold on arrival but easy to change the air conditioning level and it warmed up quickly. The walls were a bit thin and I could hear other guests at night when they got back to the hotel. The fridge was noisy but I turned it off to sleep. The shower was really good - very powerful water pressure and very hot. The safe I didn't know how to use properly and accidentally locked it on first attempt without anything in it thankfully! Perhaps need better instructions. I also liked the sustainability features of the hotel including the wooden key card, the filtered reusable glass bottle of water in the fridge and the toilet paper, and so on.

As a silver member I want to thank the staff for making an effort to give us a nice room and for making our stay a very pleasant one. The location of the hotel is very good, close to many shops, supermarkets and metro station. A very good choice in Milan
