Location is ideal - close to the central station and surrounded by good vibes. For this reason I have come back to this hotel for the past few years, but this time I have to say the room condition was not good. Toilet was not fixed properly as requested and it seems that the bed was with ticks. I had got an itch on my arms so I could not sleep well for 2 nights

We stayed for two nights at the Ibis Styles Milano Centro. It was easy to find and well located near to Lima metro station and about a 10min walk from Milano Central Station and near to other amenities . We had a very clean and comfortable room. No kettle but access to hot water (tea/coffee) in lobby. Staff were very pleasant. All public areas were very clean. We didn't eat here but there is a little cafe next door which was very nice, a pizzeria across the road and a little super market just around the corner.

Check in older man was unwelcoming and rudely unpleasant. We had requested a balcony on booking - we were told we could not have unless requested and dismissed.

The quality of the room not at all matching a 3 star standard of All Accor. And the price paid was for a 4 star hotel. Totally dissatisfied
