We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Ibis Styles Milano Centro. Twin bed room with ensuite was comfortable and clean. Friendly and knowledgeable reception staff. They helpfully called us a taxi for our morning Milan Linate Airport transfer (£23.50). Only downside was that there was no air-conditioning available in the bedroom as were told it had been switched off on 15 October (2 weeks before our visit). It was very hot in our room as the weather was sunny and warm. Thankfully we could open the windows and close the curtains to cool the room whilst inside. Otherwise a good stay that we both enjoyed. The restaurant opposite was a great choice for lunch too.

Very rude manager. The staff even raised their voice to my wife because we were asking for a solution to the very hot room we had. We were sweating and they say in that case we should open the window. The bathroom was DIRTY and when we told the manager this they said we were liars and this man had a very rude attitude to my wife and I. I will never stay in one of your hotels again.
