Hotel was in an excellent location, room was comfy and clean The only downside was our room was right next to the lifts so we were woken by other guests and staff, so didn’t get good sleep

The windows are absolutely not soundproof; my room faced the street, and the constant traffic noise made it difficult to rest. Additionally, the shower was absurdly small. During check-out, I simply wanted to share some constructive feedback about these issues. However, the receptionist’s only response was a cold "it meets the standards." She was incredibly rude and dismissive. On a positive note, I must highlight two younger staff members whose excellent service and great attitude were remarkable. Sadly, their effort was ruined by the checkout experience. Ibis should train all its staff to listen to guests instead of being defensive.

Check-in was efficient, most of the staff were friendly. The room was clean, and the filtered water provided was appreciated. The location was great, just a quick walk to the Metro, restaurants, and shopping. When I reported to the front desk that our shower head was not working properly, I was dismissed by the man on duty. While he said he would have someone check it, that obviously didn’t happen. It was very difficult to get a shower. While our room was immaculately cleaned, the hallway carpets were quite filthy.

Really enjoyed our 3 nights here, well appointed rooms, friendly staff, really pleasant bar area and an outdoor terrace to enjoy a coffee on in the morning.
