Disgusting bathroom condition and horrible shower: the worst ibis i've stayed in. Extremely dirty and small shower for a single woman to use. Heavy rust on bathroom fixtures, peeling paint, and a ventilation cover that was literally falling off the wall.

Arriving at the Ibis was straight forward and walkable from the central station …or even closer taking the underground where there is a station just a few hundred yards away. Overall feel of the hotel is classic and airy , if a little tired in places. Opening up the door ( the battery door for security lock was missing on all the first floor rooms ?!?) to our first floor room was pleasantly surprising , consisted of a nice open room with a nice sized bed, with a mezzanine floor with a single bed ! The bathroom had a slightly damp smell but not overly concerning. The fridge was stocked with cold fresh water which is very nice and welcoming. There is a large window which was a slight reach to open but provided a nice air flow.. Room temperature was nice .. The overall noise up until about 9pm was fairly loud though as the first floor room are not well insulated and directly below the stairs. I slept well though , possibly due to walking 10 miles around Milan that day.. The breakfast was nice , fresh and the staff were friendly and approachable. Checking out at 12 is nice as gave us a good few hours exploring again.

Ideally situated for the Metro and 15 mins walk from Milano Centrale. The rooms are adequately sized and spotlessly clean. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. If you are not a big breakfast eater you may find a coffee and brioche better value at Silos, the bar/cafe next door.

Conveniently located from attractions. Just a corner from shopping street. Staff are helpful and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel added value to my visit to the Milano Cortina 2026 Games.
