We had a terrible experience, mainly because of the power issue in the floor/building we were in. During our stay, the power would go out multiple times in succession. Sometimes within minutes of the previous power loss. We were afraid that it would go out while we were in the elevator. We brought the issue to the front desk, that said they were aware of the issue but there was nothing they could do. This is not what we expect from a Mercure hotel. It’s a safety concern to your guests. Other than that, we had issues with our names not being updated on the Wi-Fi and breakfast lists, which was an issue to other guests too. For breakfast specifically, staff apologised and showed us a list of all the apartment numbers whose names were incorrect on the list and let us have breakfast. But for Wi-Fi, we had to resort to using our mobile Internet. Thankfully we were staying for only a few days. Else we would have moved hotels.

The only problem, I had with this hotel is that to get any services you have to send them WhatsApp messages. This was frustrating, especially considering that they had a phone in the room but you could not use it to call room service. Also when you did send a message, the response was literally non existent. I have previously stayed in this hotel when it was under the brand Adagio. Anyway, Once I had highlighted my concerns the service improved immensely. Mariana in reception was excellent.

We required a night in a centrally located hotel and this was perfect. Great service from Bruno and Larissa, good breakfast and nice vibes. Good pool and small effective gym. Everything worked and friendly and safe.
