The hotel staff is attentive and polite. The breakfast is complete and quite satisfying. I only have a few suggestions regarding the room: The pillows are very thin and may be uncomfortable. It would be helpful to have a dish towel or something similar in the kitchen so we can dry the washed dishes. A hand towel in the bathroom would be great!

No shuttle to the mall. No water available at gym (no water fountain found at the entire hotel, you MUST buy canned water). Street noise is noticeable. No soap at the refillable soap station inside the shower.

I was surprised that the bed was a murphy bed but it comfortable. The AC worked well and the shower was good. The room was clean and comfortable. I would make sure that you lock the balcony door as mine was not locked when I arrived. The lobby could use a bit of help but its clean and the people were helpful and friendly. Not back for them money..
