As instalações são ótimas, a localização para quem vai no Memorial da América Latina é perfeita mas o serviço deixa a desejar. Deu a impressão de que a gestão estava de férias e a equipe perdida. Todos muito gentis mas despreparados. Não tivemos serviço de quarto, reclamamos no segundo dia e ainda assim não foram nos atender. Pedimos algum atendimento na recepção que ficaram por passar para a pessoa responsável e nada. E ainda, menos importante mas que passa uma má imagem para a empresa, os prestadores de serviço estava todos sem uniforme, o que eu achei estranho para uma rede Mercure de hospedagem.
