Hello, Very good stay. Just one point : I was waiting my suitcase and the airline had to deliver it. I would have loved a message (mail, paper under my door) saying it has been delivered instead of asking the desk so many times. Communication is very important! Muito obrigado M.

My first Ibis experience. I made a mistake booking budget. Room clean enough but how you would fit a couple and a child in it I don’t know. Fortunately there was only two of us and it was cramped. Awful but I know you get what you pay for. I will not stay with Ibis again on principle.
