Beyond the usual basic Ibis Budget setup, we had several serious issues. The room was very cold, around 17°C. There was no heating available, and the reception could not offer a solution or provide a heater. At around 7:00 a.m., a fire alarm went off. It was brief, but enough to wake everyone up. Then, around 8:00 a.m., someone opened our room door and came in without knocking or any prior notice. We did not manage to identify who it was, but this was quite concerning. The room was also not properly cleaned: there was sand on the floor. Taken together, these issues made the stay much less comfortable than expected.

Dear Sirs, I should have put 9 on my stay but because of the lack of knowledge about the Platinum members concerning breakfast i put only an 8. Indeed, when I checked in, the staff in duty did not allow me free breakfast on week end. Hoppefully, on the saturday and sunday morning i found back Natali who was on duty, and she told the people in charge of breakfast that it was free for me. Thanks to Natali.
