All the services and staff, including those 2 gentlemans Junior and William they have been amazing with us , very helpful with our little son and us ! I highly recommend this amazing hotel ! The breakfast was so good, the location was great ! Thank you for everything ❤️

Overall, the hotel is pleasant, clean, and well-maintained. The restaurant food is very good, and the staff is very attentive. The only drawback I had was that upon checkout, a staff member offered to send a detailed debit note by mail, but I haven't received it. Since this was a work trip, I'll have to find a way to obtain it to complete my expense report.

I would give a 10 for the staff that was absolutely amazing ! I only gave an 8 because the first 2 nights we were placed in a non smoking room between 2 smoking rooms and that was awful. But once we requested, they changed us fast and we had a lovely stay. Location is great, gym, swimming pool and restaurant are awesome, but the superstars are definitely the staff.

The hotel is clean and convenient. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk where William and Junior went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and had a room that would work for me. Thank you for a great stay!
