My room ground not cleaned well. I cn see the many hairs after i back to the room in the evening. Bad sheet is not so clean for the first night. Ded sheet not fullly prepared for the first night. Room is noise , can hear the car passby each time clearly.

Nice stay overall, but my bed was made with the top sheet placed over the blanket, rather than between the bottom sheet and the blanket as one would normally do.

First time I stayed (family trip) was awesome, great staff, well located, nice bedroom. But, this time (business trip), the bedroom was not ok, specially the bathroom. Mold on the walls and ceiling, stained towels, broken power plug (exposing wires), one light out. The bedroom didn't fit with the rest of the hotel (awesome). If had experienced that on the first time, I would have chosen another hotel for the next time. But, luckily the first time was awesome. So, I will try again soon. Hopefully it was just that bedroom/bathroom.

However, this is not an excuse for the situation you experienced, and we deeply regret that you were allocated to a room that did not meet our quality expectations.
