We had arrived early morning Saturday and spoke with staff if we can pay an additional amount to check-in early. They said they will see what to do but to keep checking in. That required constantly standing in line and getting the same answer of it's not ready and that they will call us. No call. It is 3 pm and check in time. We approach the desk again and it is not ready. It was disappointing because all we wanted to do was rest and the service made it so hard. We all felt uncomfortable after that and we received a late check-out on our last day but that wasn't enough the change our minds about the service because we were pretty disappointed.

the hotel is simply too old for accommodating people. It is so old that it feels like the building will collapse anytime soon.
