The staff are lovely but hardly speak any English. The rooms are very tired and run down and mine not very clean. The hotel is currently being renovated, so maybe other rooms are better. The location is good but one is stuck in traffic surrounding it at any time of the day. I would not stay here again.

Front desk team truly friendly, helpful, attentive and accommodating. Kudos to Mateus, Felipe, Isa, Guilherme and reservations manager Ricardo for their outstanding customer service. Convenient location, comfortable room. The only minus here is the hotel is/was undergoing extensive renovations, both on the inside and outside. There was noise, dust and paint smell on my floor. Having to enter and exit the building via the steep garage ramp was an incovenience. I wish the Accor site would have had an alert about the ongoing renovation, so guests would be aware what to expect and be prepared to endure the inconveniences. However, overall my experience was positive, mostly thanks to the front desk team effort, care and dedication.

The room was not clean. The hotel was under construction without a convenient way to access it. The front desk was unprepared for guests and check in took forever. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

Hotel staff was not aware we were arriving due to United flight cancellation and at first refused check in. Check in took long to start and the. very long to be completed. The night snack described in the information sheet was not offered. During check in, I was informed snacks in the room would be charged to the airline company, but I was actually required to pay during check out. Room and bathroom need some maintenance, too many signs of wear and tear.

Nice hotel, but no coffee machine in the room. In addition, the hotel staff gave the same room number and key to another guest. So I was sitting in the room when someone opened the door. When I approached the front desk, I did not get a real apology, just sorry, it was my mistake.

The hotel is under renovation but besides that everything is in bad shape. The bathroom in my room was in terrible conditions, broken parts, moldy etc. General facilities like the pool, sauna and gym are outdated and inconvenient to use.

Rebuild in front of the hotel. Parking service is terrible, lost my car inside the parking. Long time waiting for the car. Washer was plug. TV control was not working. Breakfast missed a lot of stuff (food, juice, milk, etc).

Stayed in the Mercure Alamedas previously and that one was a much better experience - better location and better quality room. This one had many issues, knob on shower's tap falling off, mold in shower cabin, water leaking under the sink, damaged floorboards, dirt on towels and bedding, fridge falling apart - overall it felt very outdated, not 4 star standards whatsoever. I always prioritise Mercure hotels for my stays wherever I go but this one is likely not one I'd return to.

they treat you really well, nice rooms and pool, awesome breakfast, theres a guy called Guilherme made everything possible realy nice guy made an effort for everything to be perfect, coming back more because of him made my stay really special. Only thing i would change are the pillows, but everything else is 10/10

My room ground not cleaned well. I cn see the many hairs after i back to the room in the evening. Bad sheet is not so clean for the first night. Ded sheet not fullly prepared for the first night. Room is noise , can hear the car passby each time clearly.

Nice stay overall, but my bed was made with the top sheet placed over the blanket, rather than between the bottom sheet and the blanket as one would normally do.
