We left this hotel in São Paulo feeling genuinely disappointed. We chose it for a family trip and expected a single, connected setup. Instead, we were forced to split into two separate rooms because there was no internal connecting door. Managing kids, belongings, and bedtime routines across two rooms was inconvenient and stressful, and it absolutely undermined the purpose of booking as a family. The cleanliness of our room was also unacceptable. The curtain had visible mold, which raises serious concerns about housekeeping standards and air quality. Mold isn’t just unsightly—it’s a health risk, especially for children or anyone with allergies. This alone would have prompted us to consider moving rooms if the hotel had been able to meet our original room configuration needs. The bathroom was outdated and clearly overdue for refurbishment. Worn finishes and aging fixtures created a tired, unpleasant feel that didn’t match the price or the expectations set by the hotel’s photos. Overall, the property looked like it needs significant TLC—from basic maintenance and deep cleaning to a broader refresh of guest areas.

We regret the inconvenience caused by the room configuration. We understand how important connecting rooms are for families traveling with children, and we are sorry that we were unable to accommodate this preference. Regarding your concern about the curtains, we would like to clarify that what appeared to be mold is, in fact, discoloration caused by prolonged sun exposure on the blackout material. That said, we fully understand how this could raise concerns, and we agree that the current condition is not ideal. This item is already included in our upcoming apartment renovation plan and will be replaced as part of the refurbishment. We also acknowledge your comments about the bathroom and overall condition of the room. The hotel is undergoing a phased renovation program, and feedback like yours reinforces the importance and urgency of these improvements. Comfortable apartment with separate living room and bedroom, very good shower. Upscale São Paulo neighborhood close to shops, restaurants and a few blocks away from the subway station.

There was construction going and noisy even at night. It stopped when I called the front desk though.

It was a nice stay, however the hotel was under a reconstruction, we had a massive smell of paint coming into our room. No warning was provided related to it when we made the reservation neither during the stay we received warnings to keep the AC off or whatsoever that could impact our sleep.
