Should not charge for parking spot and water. Food is expensive and not that good, I had a salmon dish for R$100 that was past well done

Old, uncomfortable room.

Charged twice fro the room, never more!!!

I was charged twice for the room, asked for the cancelation of the credit card transaction... It was said that it will be fixed and so far nothong has chabged! Still double charged!
