First time I stayed (family trip) was awesome, great staff, well located, nice bedroom. But, this time (business trip), the bedroom was not ok, specially the bathroom. Mold on the walls and ceiling, stained towels, broken power plug (exposing wires), one light out. The bedroom didn't fit with the rest of the hotel (awesome). If had experienced that on the first time, I would have chosen another hotel for the next time. But, luckily the first time was awesome. So, I will try again soon. Hopefully it was just that bedroom/bathroom.

Stay and surrounding are ok, however when I left reception promised to send me the invoice by e-mail within 48 hours. Unfortunately not received yet, no reaction on e-mail request.

I booked a room which upon booking looked modern and freshly renovated. But upon check-in I got a shameful dump; nothing to do with the pictures on the All.com website. This hotel should not be able to carry the Mercure brand, not even any of the Accor brands hotels. I had a 3-night reservation, and paid for these 3 nights, but I stayed only the first night
