Stay, check-in, dinner and coffee perfect. Check-out procedures not so good I still having difficulties to obtain my stay invoice.

It was ok but everything you need you have to come down the elevator that takes ages to get to your floor. I'd rather pay more and have stuff delivered to me than keep constantly leaving my room. I didn't like that. The frigobar idea is ok but the rest, having to go to reception to get everything is tiresome
