Air conditioner never worked properly, telephone did not work ok the first day, Rudd employees from the night shift, no water machine and no microwave for guests on the entire hotel.

Only 2 lifts working during the busy time in the morning was a nightmare, wasting time to go up or down. The cleaning of the rooms was so basic, only make the bed and collect the rubbish, they don’t clean the mirror of the bathroom and sweep the room.

I enjoyed my experience at the Ibis Style, but some improvements could make it even more pleasant. The elevators frequently had problems. At breakfast, the buffet's location caused confusion due to the crowding of guests, and the kitchen exit door was occupied restocking the food My room should have had a light in the shower stall.

It was ok but everything you need you have to come down the elevator that takes ages to get to your floor. I'd rather pay more and have stuff delivered to me than keep constantly leaving my room. I didn't like that. The frigobar idea is ok but the rest, having to go to reception to get everything is tiresome

The hotel it is ok for me, basically I appreciate to be 5 blocks walking from my work place. What is really heavy is the elevator during the morning period. I stayed in 2nd floor and the elevator never stopped there. I use the stairs, but I needed the guidance of a person of the crew to find the exit, because I needed to go through the kitchen

Large hotel with basic and clean rooms. My only suggestion would be to include hand towels for drying your hands after washing them and face cloths in the washroom. We were only provided with a bath/shower towel. Great hotel. I’d recommend vacuuming the hallways carpets more frequently.
