Too crowded and dirty on breakfast

I had sevral problems: shower temperature, internet connection, A LOT OF NOISE upstairs (I called 3x to recepton to claim). Missing information about my breakfast was not included in the company invoice, I paid separately and even when the hotel recognized the misunderstanding they didn't give me back the amount.
