The room was clean and well kept, with the necessary amenities for a one-night-stop. Very courteous staff at check-in/check-out. Great location in walking distance of Allianz Parque if you are in town to catch a Palmeiras game or a concert.

Two of three elevators were broken and I have to wait in the queue of 15 minutes at 23:00 mid night to get back to room. The smell of toilet is not good in the room.
