Benjamin was in the nightshift he was the best thats someone you want to meet if your going to a hotel. Best service and was very helpful wish him the best and deserves all the recognition qll of them! I checked in on the 17 before Benjamin was another member im sorry to him because I forgot his name but the same he was also the best and very helpfull I wish him all the best!At check out was a little bit older man same story very nice and helpfull wish him all the best!All and all you have a great group at the front office dont lose them!

The hotel, its surroundings and the room were dirty. The front-desk service was inefficient and not very welcoming. And the room had no AC.

I did not notice until the second night that the bed sheets had not been properly cleaned. There was a stain or the remaining residue of what can. Only be described as a biohazard. I reported this to the front desk while at breakfast on day 3. Upon arrival that evening, imagine how disappointed at it not having been addressed. The experience has totally change my willingness to book Adagio in any location again. Disappointing especially at the lack of any feedback from management.

The apartment was comfortable. close to the Louis Mourier hospital (15mins walk) and from Nanterre Mont-Valérien. We are extremely grateful for all the support that the team provided us, very charming staff.

Lifts not working until top floor where room was allocated. We have to bring all our suitcases from 10th floor to 9th floor via staircase. One morning lift was not working i have to go up 10 floor from stairs. Some of staff not friendly/customer oriented.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews overtime to back in 2023/4/5 concerning this aparthotel and there seems to be nothing done to improve, so what’s the essence of these reviews? Anyways, just to fulfil all righteousness. I speak for myself and friends because I made the booking for all of us. Our stay was okay, nothing spectacular. I loved the idea of being able to have a Aparthotel kinda feeling. The only downside is that you don’t get your rooms cleaned, some of the staff didn’t come out as nice while others were sweet. Parking was secured, hallway was clean, I loved the microwave in the room. Breakfast was lame and I could cook better than that, no English program on tv, which was very irritating. I’ll stop here and let others give their opinion

Personnels très gentils, Chambre très bien et très propre et bien agrémentée. Seule critique : en pleine période de canicule, la climatisation dans notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas !!! Insoutenable pour des personnes ayant des problèmes de cœur !! le petit ventilateur mis à notre disposition était malheureusement peu suffisant !

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The design of the double beds was great. Negative points—the elevator wasn’t working for a whole day and we were on floor 10. Not fun. Also, the room list in the website said it had a coffee machine but I had to ask for it. The rooms are not air conditioned. We asked for another floor fan and that was sufficient but Paris was not too hot. I imagine that would become a big problem. The staff was friendly and helpful but they need two people staffing the desk at a time, instead of just one.
