There have been some huge communication issues between the hôtel Adagio Access Colombes La Défense and me as a customer. And has been all along during my stay there. The service was very bad and the hotel staff not professional. I formation was wrongly given and no one at the hôtel seems to know what they are doing. There is no one I charge and they are understaffed resulting to hire young intern who do not know their job. I have made a complaint regarding the way I was treated there and also the non professionalism of the staff which I find appalling.

The rooms were decent, with a great balcony. The kitchen was small and limited pans were provided but we managed. Paris was very hot and there was no AC but a small fan was given. The sofa turns into bed but the design is bad and will hurt your legs, so be careful.

Please review in detail what went wrong with my booking. I am waiting for my reimbursement of 274.08 euros paid on 12.06. According to chef de reception, Mohamed Guedidi, I am supposed to get it latest today. I paid this amount on 12th of June when I reserved. When I showed up at hotel I was asked to paid full amount of 761.72 I’d appreciate if Mrs Alexandra Belkacem General Manager could contact me to clarify and speed up my reimbursement. Thanks
