The hotel is beautiful and well located with easy tram access. However the management is awful. With no prior information, during check-in, while paying, the receptionist says our lift is not working, and our room is on the 4th floor, to be climbed by spiral staircase. The lift remained non functional for all 3 days of our stay, over a weekend that too. Despite escalating, no form of compensation was offered to use .

Have stayed here many times before. Staff are very friendly. Score has gone down because the EV chargers in the car park have been removed. As I have to drive a significant distance to get home, this is an issue. Also, the elevator was out of service but I was uograded to a suite on a lower floor and they carried my luggage so that was well handled.

Good location close to tram stop and the studio was nice; however, the combined hot air/microwave oven was difficult to operate without instructions in the room. We managed, but heard other guest ask about advice without getting help. There should be an operating instruction in the studio when installing a combination oven requiring some programming to start it. Before arriving, we had sent an e-mail with some wishes as to room allocation, which was confirmed by mail. When arriving, no such knowledge existed or had been catered for so check in took quite a while and we did not get our wishes fulfilled. Don't reply and confirm if you do not implement! Good parking garage below the property although at cost of 15 Euro, but the access to the hotel from garage did not work. It required to press a code to call the elevator and it only worked on the arrival day and not the next 3 days, so you had to walk up the stairs to a terrasse and know on the window for someone to open that terrasse door to enter. Breakfast was OK for this type of hotel.
