Service rated average, not satisfied with the service offered. I did not understand the reason with which this establishment is managed !!! If it is a unit under Accorhotels, it should apply the regulations and service of the mother company. Arrived the first day, a manager called John refused explicitly to upgrade us as a gold member and said he cannot do it because we reserved a stay of 4 nights !!! Bizarre !!! Then he came back and told me that he can do it but we already use the room given before !!! One time, the same person, John, refused to give water bottle as per customer loyalty and fidelity gesture. Regarding the breakfast, I never saw that before, the lady there starts closing the restaurant 30 minutes before the mentioned closing time. And when the food finishes, she refused many times and many days to refill it because she said we are 30 minutes from closing !!! Really bad!!!

From Charles Degaule airport we tought it was far, then after that we realised it was just next to tramway, easy to get transport and go to many places we planed to visit. The room services was nickel, and good breakfast was offered. Staff are friendly, give good orientation if you need something.I contactected Delft for my staying as weel in Ibis because i was satisfy in Paris. I recommend Ibiss everywhere, Paris, Bruxelles, Delft, Rome, Madrid, etc...for your good stay!
