Basic hotel room. Lack of a kettle and bar fridge, small shower, limited provision of towels. But good price, surprisingly quiet. Would stay there again.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom, thougt it would be fixed when the cleaning people cleaned the room, but it smell bad all four days the stay last. It should not be necessary to complaned about the smell, the staff should fix it or offer a new room

Loca location, clean, nice breakfast. Room very very small for 3people ( but that's paris for you). Really handy for station, nice bars about the area. I would stay again

I was stayed with a double bed room with a sofa bed which can fit for four people. The room is spacious and with two bathrooms and toilet. The room is clean, with clean lady tidy up the bedding every day and provide a clean bath mat. To improve, the hair dryer is difficult does not function well, it take long time to get the long hair dried. In addition, the handle get very hot as the time goes by. On the check out day, when we request for coin exchange for the locker, there wasn't enough coins for exchange. Please provide a coin exchange machine, or ready sufficient coins at the cashier for the customers. In addition, mine is a big luggage, I asked the staff whether I can leave my luggage in their back office if the locker can't fit it in. The receptionist replied "'no". They should provide a helpful advise instead of leave the customer without no where.
