Rooms were a little small this time. Nowhere really to put suitcases. On the Saturday there was a very large party arrive. Breakfast became very disorganised meaning that there were not enough plates, breakfast foods were slow to be replenished. The breakfast food area became very untidy, and seating became scarce. Queues were as far out as reception. We also witnessed at least 3 groups of people over our 3 night stay making up sandwiches with breakfast foods, placing them in their baggage some more openly thank others - then eating breakfast! This was not challenged by staff and should be considered as stealing.

We stayed three nights at the hotel. It is in a much quieter and safer location that the hotels around Gare du Nord and is only a 15 minute walk away. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was plentiful and excellent.

It was good but there is many fly in the room .I killed them in 30 minutes .First time i have seen your hotel chain this problem.Maybe they kept window open during to cleaning.Apart from that all was ok.

Friendly reception staff on arrival & decorated for Halloween. Family Room was clean & spacious with two bathrooms. Very close to various train stations and walkable from gare du Nord.
