From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I felt comfortable. Fatima provides excellent customer service — she is quick, efficient, and always ready to help. She pays attention to detail and ensures that guests have everything they need. Her friendly attitude and dedication truly make the dining experience enjoyable. well located, good reception, room that I had asked for, rapidity for check in and out, clean, room has everything needed, additional door between front door and bed, bathroom ideal (although space for WC limited :difficult to sit normally)

My stay at this hotel was very good. Check-in went smoothly and the staff is excellent. We enjoyed breakfast every morning, it was very good. Like most Paris hotels, the rooms were very tiny and there was barely any space to move about. This was the only negative point. I appreciated the availability of drinking water and free coffee/tea in the lobby. The hotel is well located near Gare du Nord.

Honestly the experience was not positive. Our booking was incorrect and no solution was given to us after multiple attempt of speaking to the hotel staff. They were super friendly and accommodating, but no solution was given to us.

The hotel is very overpriced for what you get. In terms of location, it’s OK, but not great. It’s fairly close to Gare du Nord & Gare de l’Est, but you have to walk about 1km through a pretty seedy neighbourhood to get to the hotel. As for the room itself, I was pretty disappointed. I have no problem with small hotel rooms, but it is important that they be furnished in a thoughtful manner to make the most of the small space (e.g. hooks by the door for coats, underbed storage for luggage, fold-away desk, etc), which this room was not. The closet was on the other side of the room from the door (inconvenient for coats & shoes); there was no spot to place our suitcases (small carry-ons, not even big checked bags!); and instead of just adhering the full-length mirror to the wall, for some reason it was stuck to a 3cm thick piece of wood, which was then attached to the wall. So much wasted space! Also, the bathroom was in serious need of repair. The shelf in the shower & the toilet paper roll were both coming off the wall, there was a rotting piece of wood peeling away from the base of the shower, the ceiling tiles weren’t laid right, and the vent was falling out. The staff were all very friendly, but when we checked in they tried to double-charge us the pet fee, even though we had pre-paid it when we booked online.
