well located, good reception, room that I had asked for, rapidity for check in and out, clean, room has everything needed, additional door between front door and bed, bathroom ideal (although space for WC limited :difficult to sit normally)

My stay at this hotel was very good. Check-in went smoothly and the staff is excellent. We enjoyed breakfast every morning, it was very good. Like most Paris hotels, the rooms were very tiny and there was barely any space to move about. This was the only negative point. I appreciated the availability of drinking water and free coffee/tea in the lobby. The hotel is well located near Gare du Nord.

Honestly the experience was not positive. Our booking was incorrect and no solution was given to us after multiple attempt of speaking to the hotel staff. They were super friendly and accommodating, but no solution was given to us.
