Before I booked I saw information about checking in time was 12:00. I did online check in. I arrived at the hotel the reception informed me that check in time is 14:00? They should change hotel information both on All Accor apps and booking.com. So I had to pay for storage for my luggage. When I got into the room about 15:00, the room was fine but the toilet seem not to be completely ready as the hand soap is outside of the position and had some soap left very low…. Water in shower room is not drained properly…

Small, congested rooms compared to price. Rooms do not have kettles, tea/ coffee . You have to go to lobby to get hot water/ drink. Cups may not be available always. Good thing was drinking water tap was available in the lobby to fill up bottles. Located near shops and restaurants, otherwise not a good value for money.

The hotel is easily found close to both Gare de Nord and Gare le est. Also within walking distance of the Metro. Rooms are small with nothing else, no fridge no water or coffee but you can get those at the reception.

I booked late checkout online. Was told when I got there this was not available and I needed to phone to get a refund! Then had to pay to store bags. Also there was an evacuation due to a fire alarm in the night and no communication from the staff about what was happening. Children crying in the street until 1am.

We stayed at ibis Gare du Nord during a very hot summer, and unfortunately the air conditioning in the family room did not work very well, which made the room quite uncomfortable at times. The hotel itself is a bit older and could use some updating. We noticed a few mold spots in the bathroom, although overall the room was clean and well maintained. I especially appreciated that the room was cleaned and made up every day during our stay. The staff were excellent:very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Their service was definitely one of the highlights of our experience. Breakfast was okay: not great, but not bad either. Overall, it was a decent stay with a great team of staff. With some improvements to the facilities and better air conditioning during hot weather, the experience would be significantly improved.

Overall a positive and pleasant stay. The hotel is perfectly located for Gare du Nord and the metro, and no changes required for many of the main attractions. Close to sone nice cafes and restaurants. Area generally safe though I would avoid Stalingrad metro station at night if travelling solo or with kids. Some communication issues prior to arrival resulted in my booking being cancelled initially which was quite stressful but other than that I would recommend and would stay again.

A good location from the Eurostar train station. Quiet enough not to be in the thick of the busy high street. Easy to get around in an Uber as hotel location was central from all places we visited. Good breakfast, clean and tidy. Would prefer hot drink facilities in the room though and not in a communal area. An extra pillow was needed for myself & partner as the pillows were too soft for our liking. We overall enjoyed our 4 night stay.
