The room and staff were nice. Unfortunately the noise of concrete drilling on your work there during Friday and Monday made it impossible to stay in the building for most of the day. i have stayed in Ibis hotels before and that is why I chose you.

The hotel is well located, easy to reach from the train station. Staff is helpful and rooms were clean. Towels however didn't smell fresh. Mattress didn't have a bed sheet and on top of it was a smaller mattress topper, with bed cover, which was smaller than the mattress, and allowed to show body hair on the mattress. Duvet cover had a large hole.

Hotel itself is fine and good breakfast. My problem is that I was subjected to continuous deafening construction work from the moment I arrived after a 20 hour journey from the Far East
