Not clean and poor drainage

The drain in shower overflowed and water takes a long time to go down. The room floor is also not very clean, and there is no kettle in the room. Unable to provide any amenities like slippers and tooth brush. The mattress is also not wrapped by linen, only the mattress topper is wrapped in linen. Disgusting.
