The bed was very comfortable, room was spacious, only the shower room water will spill out to the basin area as the rubber below the glass door was spoiled, and the rain shower water keeps dropping while I use shower head to shower.

I had a comfortable stay overall. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very cozy, which made my stay enjoyable. However, one thing I would like to highlight is the room assignment. It would be great if families with young children could be assigned a little farther away from solo travelers or couples, especially since the soundproofing isn’t the best. I was frequently disturbed by children screaming early in the morning and banging on the walls at night. The noise could get quite loud, which made it difficult to fully relax. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.

This is my first stay and experience with Mercure Selangor Selayang. The hotel is fairly new in Selayang and close approximate to the government hospital- Hospital Selayang (approx. 10-15 mins walk from the hotel). This was quite a last-minute booking stay due to some errands to run to and forth the Hospital. Checked in to the hotel at around 10pm with most of the service is closed (no room service after 10pm, convenient store at the hotel closed, etc.). As a Diamond member, I did not get complementary room upgrades nor welcome amenities in the room. The hotel lobby, corridors and rooms have a musky and dampness odour. The television and refrigerator in the room are broken (TV no channels despite switching to other mode etc., the refrigerator is hot not cold despite is switched on). As its only 1-night stay and its quite late, i could not be bothered to ring the front desk to get it sorted. The shower gels and shampoo have Elemental Herbalogy bottles, but the content is not what it is. It's some cheap body wash liquid and shampoo and its definitely not the Elemental Herbalogy amenities. This is quite disappointed as the Mercure hotels usually has genuine bathroom amenities. Breakfast has a quite limited selection but is adequate for a meal. Taste is perfect and good. Breakfast staffs are friendly and welcoming especially the Chef on the Tosai stand. I didn't managed to get her name but she is professional. authentic and friendly in providing her service. Overall, i would give a 4 or 5 star out of 10. There is plenty of room for improvements as i can see the location of this hotel is good for tourists and local to stay given its near to Batu Caves.

我是由於雅高集團服務優雅細緻而選擇入住Mercure Selangor Selayang，從這裡前往黑風洞、FRIM及皇家山看銀葉猴都非常方便，步行不到200公尺就有Eco-shop及Ninso，在同一棟也有Kundang Laundry [24 Hours]，生活機能可以說是非常良好👍 我跟我的兩位孩子非常享受在Mercure Selangor Selayang的一週住宿，飯店的設施完備，有頂樓無邊際泳池、健身房、兒童室、全日服務餐廳及lounge，早餐每一天品項多變化，而且非常好吃，咖哩及現做餐點美味又營養，太推薦了👍 我特別感謝Mr. Arief，我的兒子腳底破皮時，我跟櫃檯借剪刀及Ok蹦簡單處理，但Mr. Arief特別前來關心，並且提供了藥膏讓我的兒子復原的更好！隔兩日再次遇見Mr. Arief時，也是細緻的關心我們，我衷心的感恩！ 另外由於我是遊客，櫃檯Ms.Najwa也是非常貼心的協助我們聯繫清真寺洽問導覽時段，由此可見，Mercure Selangor Selayang不只是旅館，更是旅人的貼心家園，照顧身心更使旅遊平安順暢❤️ I chose to stay at Mercure Selangor Selayang because of the Accor Group's reputation for elegant and meticulous service. From here, it is incredibly convenient to visit Batu Caves, FRIM, and Bukit Melawati to see the silvered leaf monkeys. Within a short walk of less than 200 meters, you can find Eco-shop and Ninso, and there is even a 24-hour laundry (Kundang Laundry [24 Hours]) in the exact same building. The convenience and local amenities here are top-notch! 👍 My two children and I absolutely loved our one-week stay at Mercure Selangor Selayang. The hotel has excellent facilities, including a rooftop infinity pool, a gym, a kids' room, an all-day dining restaurant, and a lounge. The breakfast variety changed every single day and was incredibly delicious—the curry and freshly prepared dishes were both tasty and nutritious. Highly recommended! 👍 I would like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Arief. When my son got a scrape on the bottom of his foot, I initially just asked the front desk for scissors and a Band-Aid for a quick fix. However, Mr. Arief personally came over to show his concern and even provided a healing ointment that helped my son recover much better! When we crossed paths again two days later, he genuinely cared enough to follow up on how we were doing. I am sincerely grateful for his kindness! Also, since I am a tourist, Ms. Najwa at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful in calling the mosque to double-check their guided tour hours for us. It is clear that Mercure Selangor Selayang is more than just a hotel; it is a true home away from home for travelers, looking after our well-being and making our journey smooth and safe. ❤️

When checked in the hotel, the tourist at 5th Floor made a lot of noise. I decided to change the room, operator gave me 2nd Floor. Room 202. When I went in, the hotel room seems a little dusty. There is missing table at bed side. When took bath, the bathroom was flooded which the water downflow very slow.

Had such a lovely and comfortable stay here. From the moment we walked in, everything just felt easy and welcoming. The room was super clean, cozy, and honestly comfortable. What made it extra special was how friendly and genuine the staff were. They really made us feel taken care of without being over the top. It’s those little things that make a big difference. The vibe of the place was calm and peaceful — perfect for recharging. Everything we needed was there, and it just felt like a little escape from the usual routine. Definitely one of those stays that will be remembered for a long time. Would 100% come back again!

It is an enjoyable stay. My family and I, wanted a short getaway, some play time with the hotel facility and enjoyed a nice dinner in the hotel as well. Everything is great, nice, yummy and we had fun.
