I booked a Junior Suite room, I understand thing is not normal because of Covid-19 but the alternative given to me for Club Access surely did not feel like I am a Club Access customer. The receptionist was cold, but I have to command and give good review to the Le Bar staffs who were very attentive and helpful. The room was dirty. I realized a used tissue in the toilet drawer upon checking in. The next day, during my room work out, I realized under the bed was also dirty and messy with used can and slipper. Disgusting. I keep all the evidence so that this can be a living testament to how poor my experience was and will surely bring this matter to Accor. Also, breakfast was horrible.

It's comfortable. And 1 of your staff is quite friendly; if not mistaken his name is Raj. Abit dissapointed during cmco we are not allowed to have a look for the swimming pool view. we actually excited about the view but too bad we cant go up at least have alook of it.

Beautiful property, clean and well maintained. Staff was attentive, friendly and restaurants - top notch. My stay would have been perfect had not there been a complete inability of the AccorPlus membership team to honor their promotion. The promo promised a discount AND a complimentary breakfast for all AccorPlus members. I booked a luxury room at a great rate and expected a complimentary breakfast as promised. Front desk did not honor this as they said I should have booked the option with breakfast included. This is flawed for 2 reasons: 1) if I have to book that option, why would it be promoted as "complimentary"? The room with breakfast is more expensive than the booking I made, it wouldn't be complimentary if I have paid for it. 2) the front desk was completely unaware of the promotion. Upon showing them the email, they were puzzled and uninformed. How is this disconnection between two critical arms of the operation exists? I submitted this matter to the web form and received no reply. I wrote in to AccorPlus Malaysia for clarification and that too did not trigger a response. I would very much love to return to Sofitel, it's such a wonderful hotel, but this to me is just unacceptable.

Hotel room was clean and nice besides the pillows being too soft. My overall stay was enjoyable. Staff at Kwee Zeen was excellent for dinner the night before and breakfast during my stay. Would definitely recommend.

During our stay, im request a box of chocolate. The chocolate was not in the room when i checked-in and it already expired when they sent it to our room. But the restaurant manager quickly made up for it and replaced a new box. We also were very pleased that the manager personally came to us to apologise on that matter. Keep up the good service and i will the best for Sofitel during this tough time.

Everything is good but only the service and management are slow . I need to wait 20 minutes for my welcome drink and also i ask about wine opener it tooks 10-15 minute to come over my room .

Loved the little luxuries. Coffee machine, bath salts, luxurious toiletries, thick but soft bathrobe. Check-in and restaurant staff excellent. Pool was beautiful. I had the set asian breakfast which was fairly tasty, but I truly love the bread basket that came with it, the pastries were served warm. Fantastic. Unfortunately my stay did have a little fault... the switch for the bedside lamp didn't work, so I couldn't turn the light off. I was already all ready for bed and didn't feel like calling maintenance. So I slept with that one light on. But all in all, it was a good stay.

Plush and cosy retreat

It started with a room upgrade and the friendly staff at the check-in. I stayed for two nights, mostly for work at a nearby location. The view from the 22nd floor was typical of any city, but you can catch a lovely sunrise in the morning. The room is spacious, which consist of three areas; walk-in closet, bathroom with separate shower and bathtub and the main bedroom with a sofa and work desk. Colour scheme and the plushness of the bed makes the room very cosy and provides a good rest after a hard day's work. Little luxuries include an in-room Nespresso machine, toilet seat bidet, bath salt and scrub for the tub. The only fault with the room was the soundproofing with connecting doors, where I could hear muffled conversations from the next room. Improvement during this pandemic times is to seal in plastic the glasses, cups and spoons to ensure it is clean. In-room dining was prompt, had the club sandwich and cheese platter. Both were delicious; however, the accompanying grapes with the cheese platter are a bit squish and wrinkly. I.e. I wouldn't serve them to guests if I had them at home. Breakfast at the restaurant was enjoyable. Food was typical American breakfast, but the staffs were cheerful and friendly that energise the morning. Fast check-out was no fuss, drop the key, and you are on your way less than 2 minutes. Parking is manageable if you are coming back late to sleep as it is a common basement lot with other tenants. Overall a pleasant stay, I paid on my own for this stay and would pay again for a short staycation.

Overall it was a great experience. I love the room its spacious, clean and comfy. But since the pandemic, breakfast has been change to ala carte (no buffet) and only have 2 options - malay breakfast and american breakfast. It was enough but I was hoping for more selections. Anyway I enjoyed the stay :)

I have book two room for my family in total 3 person. The reception in fact tell me they could only provide breakfast to 2 person because booking.com confirmation is only showing 1 persons each in a room. However, for the room type its actually capable for 3 person in each room. In fact i have book two room for 3 persons, doesn't its kinda standard that hotel will provide 2 breakfast to the room if breakfast provided in the package? Your hotel come to argue with me because of the booking confirmation and u guys couldn't do anything. In the end. I have to pay for additional breakfast of which its supposed to be included. I feel i been scams, its nt because of money issue but i feel i get scams. I will never ever recommend my friends to your hotel.
