Check my records and you will know that I had stayed at the hotel 4x in the past 9 months, including the recent visit. There must at least be some form of acknowledgment?! When I checked this time, its was 2.58pm and the front desk officer said that there wasn’t a room available because check-in time is 3pm. I then said it was just 2mins to 3pm and he sniggered and looked for a room for me. Totally unreal! And he did not even say “Welcome Back”.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the location was excellent, with a shopping centre and several convenience stores just a short walk away. We stayed for three nights and really appreciated the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options and changed daily. The lobster dinner buffet was another highlight—great value for money with high-quality food.

been staying this hotel for couple times and my travel to this city. Hotel is well located with clean and quiet rooms. Stay in room 0910 for 2 nights, mattress quite soft that feel back pains that hopefully you can consider this feedback.
