Service and location was great, however tiny details on the room furniture and the hotel elevator, like how some open and close button was different from one elevator than the other and also how some of the furniture looks unmaintained inside the room. I hope those part can be much more taken care of. Overall it was great stay

Overall an OK stay, but few places for improvements compared to our previous staycation stays: 1) Didn't receive a welcome gift for this stay, as compared to the other stays previously 2) The bathtub in 606 was flooding the half the toilet when the bath water was being drained 3) Water from the shower stall was leaking outside and into the sitting toilet cubicle and toilet floor 4) Food variety at the lounge could be improved. Sometimes it is ok, sometimes it is a big miss. Overall the staff at the front desk and lounge were the highlight of the stay, as always, especially the lounge crew :)

This is my 4th stay in 5 months as I play pickleball at PxP at Damansara Pavillion. This pickleball trip, my group of friends booked 8 rooms at Sofitel n enjoyed the convenience of walking to PxP. Will be great if the hotel had a jacuzzi to soothe aching muscles!
