Our stay was wonderful overall. The personal attention to the matters that arose, by those in management who really mattered and were present and available (namely Rengga and Jennifer) all of which were resolved to our complete satisfaction, meant a great deal to my wife and I. Specifically, Front Office Manager Rengga’s availability at every turn, day in and day out, was truly exceptional. The fact that he was attending to every request and need, even while on occasion not being on the premises, speaks volumes about his dedication and outstanding customer service. Management who were not present or responsive, should commend Rengga, and we genuinely believe he is an asset to the brand. The club team led by Egma and Rachana, along with Vino and Anishma and Ratha and of course Hanafi, Harini, and chefs Iman and Zan with a special mention to CK for his personal attention for wife’s birthdat celebration, all deserve accolades for their meticulous, thoughtful, and consistently excellent work. The entire housekeeping team, together with Kajal, were also superb. A big thanks to Jennifer, Director of Finance and acting General Manager was in a word, outstanding! A big thank you to Jennifer for stepping in so graciously in the absence of those who did not. Her support and availability was invaluable. The lovely departure gift from both Rengga and Jennifer was truly memorable and a very thoughtful gesture.
