Comfortable Stay, Good Facilities but Lacking Service Recognition I stayed at Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara for two nights. Overall, the stay was fine. The room was spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated. The hotel facilities are the main reason I chose to stay here, and they did meet my expectations. However, the service felt lacking, and there was no recognition throughout my stay, which was a bit disappointing. While everything functioned well, the experience could have been improved with more attentive and personalized service. That said, the hotel is suitable if you are looking for a large room and good facilities, but there is definitely room for improvement in service and guest engagement.

Convenient - reachable via mrt. Next to shopping mall. Reasonable choice of breakfast. Good room service. During check in I had to wait 15 mins to be attended to - a little too long.

Great location for a few days of shopping and relaxation, beautiful hotel well appointed and extremely comfortable. The most impressive feature of the Sofitel Kuala Lumpur is the staff from the moment we arrived we were made to feel most welcome.
