My 1st time in this hotel. Nice hotel overall. Booked Junior Suite, thank you for the upgrade to prestige suite, however I wasn't offered club access that comes with the prestige suite. Also, the air conditioning was quite noisy. Nevertheless, overall service was good and prompt.

Excellent service by Sofitel Damansara Club Millesime staff, Lachana, Vino, Kalla and Ram and other staff not of their names. All guests at the Club are well served by the team and the food and drinks was great for us to enjoy in this cosy environment.

Service at the lounge by Lachana, Vino, Ram & Kak Lok was superb. It was our first time in this hotel. The food that was served during afternoon tea and cocktails also really good and so many varieties. Our check in process really smooth and everything was in order.
