Service & Cleanliness has always been the reason I am drawn back to Sofitel. Firstly, I have always loved Sofitel brand. But this stay, is something else. It is really heart warming to see the same faces at Front Office, it goes to show that your leaders are doing a fantastic job at retaining their team members. FO as usual, always doing their best to accommodate to our preferences/requests. Kudos to the lady (cute size) with glasses, she assisted me months ago too! She went out of her way to get my twin bedded room combined. Any requests you have is never impossible. Concierge/Porters/Doormen - always greeting, smile and ready to assist. We even joke and laughed around with your friendly and kind doormen. Housekeeping - your rooms are extremely clean. The maintenance of the room is superb. Despite staying here for multiple times and until today I never had any issues with the cleanliness or maintenance. Bravo! Last but not least, breakfast. Our schedule were tight and only managed to dine for breakfast on the last day. Your 2 hostess (indian & malay lady) apologies as I am not good with names. They were very friendly and kind. Especially when they know we are fellow heartist as well. Oh & shoutout to the 2 malay in suits (gentlemen) were incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite being the rush hour, they assisted me with no hesitation. Thank you. Despite the location being so far away from Bukit Bintang, but the service is the reason I’d always choose to come back home(here). I am a Guest Experience, Quality & Brand Manager of Pullman myself, I’d say hats off to the management and the ground team. You truly take the Sofitel brand standards with pride. See you soon!
