The Sofitel was a wonderful place to stay in K.L. Very helpful attentive staff. A great variety of foods for breakfast and the strawberry cake was a little artwork. Loved the wooden sculptures in the lobby. I highly recommend this hitel which also has a pool and restaurants.

Room setup is good, but outdoor view from room window is bad. The breakfast buffet selection and quality seriously need improvement for a premium 5star hotel. Tv channels are limited too, doesn't give me the impression and value I am staying in a premium 5 star hotel. Thanks.

My first time in this Damansara Heights location and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel breakfast was above average. Rooms were clean and bright. I would come back again in a heartbeat.
