Overall experience staying in this hotel was Good. Just little area which can further enhance as i'm staying in Prestige Suite. There is nothing much different as compare to a ordinary luxury room expect the room layout. This is my own personal opinion, it should have a little different for instance since it has a bath tub, perhaps the hotel management can prepare Bubble Bath Boom for guest that staying in Suite as compare to ordinary luxury room. Or may be can add in aroma fragrance in Prestige Suite and above. Hope my feedback may be useful to the Hotel Management.

Stayed at the hotel for an event and am thoroughly impressed with the service levels, friendliness and thoughtfulness of staff. Fantastic stay, will be back if I visit KL again. Kwee Zeen, chinese restaurant and spa staff provided top notch service. Very customer oriented, 5 stars! Keep up the good work!

Air cond cant function well, hot especially at night No water supply

Very disappointed, that you do not inform guests prior to arriving that your executive floor is closed. On check-in I was told breakfast was in the cafe and drinks as per usual would be served from the cafe, I accepted this but the mistakes made on my billing were terrible. First of all, I had prepaid but my credit card was charged for the rooms. In addition to that breakfasts and coffee from the cafe were also charged this took a number of emails to sort out and I am still waiting for my card to be credited. Apart from that the staff were attentive and the room was clean and well appointed.

Requested a room with nice view and was given exactly that, thank you. Shower water pressure is poor (hot water) cant even have enough pressure to use the ceiling shower. Other than that the stay was splendid.

I've always wanted to stay at Sofitel and finally got the chance to. The experience definitely did not disappoint! The room was really comfortable, complete with amenities. The staff was really friendly too. Khairul was attentive to requests and even insisted to help carry my luggage to the room even though it was just a hand carry so really appreciated the help!

Tannker TripAdvisor review

Very new and nice hotel. Rooms are big and cosy. Overall outlook is grand and elegant. Swimming pool and gym is great. Hotel restaurant and bar is nice too. Only drawback is nearby mall is small, limited food choices.

Check in was fast. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. As the hotel was busy, room service was slower than our previous visits. No turndown service for this visit as well. Dinner in Kwee Zeen was excellent as Hassan took good care of us. We will definitely return.

I had a very noisy room throughout my stay. They are not at full service and a lots of Accor membership benefits are not enjoyed at this hotel . It’s been over 2 weeks and my points has not been reflected in my Accor account

As a returning guest of Sofitel Damansara I had a lovely night's stay at Sofitel. The guest relations was excellent. The room was comfortable and spacious. The parking fee arrangement has improvewd tremandously. I hope that the Room Service for meals will be extended to a 24-hour system, or at the least till 12 midnight.
