Always felt Welcome at Sofitel Damansara, from check in to departure. Door men and front office staff were always warm and pleasant. Rooms well lit (which is important to me) and clean. Location was good, with plenty of dining options around the area. As an Accor member, I appreciated the welcome extended to me, as well as the room upgrade. Thank you

Awesome stay to R&R. You know that Bond movie scene in Die Another Day - when Pierce Brosnan walks into the hotel in his dishevelled pyjamas after escaping? And the Front Office manager recognises him and gives him his usual suite? Then sends us the lobster and Bollinger? They should have filmed it at this hotel because that's what service is like here, and we always choose to come back. Thank you to Chloe, Hana, Ekbar and the Front Office team; and Faizul, Hanafi, Eddie, Taju and the Kweezeen team; and even Sorgol and Thibedeau in the Nizza poolside dining team! Exceptional service and Bond like experience!
