Not much sleep on the first of a two night stay due to fire alarm at 2ish pm then couldn't get back to sleep ( was told first that it was due windy weather, so dont stay if it is going to be stormy), not even a pack of peanuts as compensation ( I did ask :) ). Plus side: good beds, good shower and next to exhibition hall where i was working. Rooms are getting a bit tired. Many hotels and apartments in the location, believe i will try them next time.

We’ve stayed at this hotel every 6 months for the past few years for Liverpool Comic Con. The rooms are lovely, huge bed and great facilities. All staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is fantastic (although we only have breakfast). We plan to have many more stays here in the future!

Recent changes to the breakfast setup not as good. The coffee/tea is now self service. This in not a major issue if managed correctly and the pots are kept stocked. On this occasion the coffee pot ran and there was quite a queue waiting for it to be refilled. Eventually had to leave and get a coffee else where. When the breakfast area is full these pots need to be kept stocked.

Ideally situated right next to M&S Bank Arena. Within a short walking distance to the Albert Dock and Liverpool One Shopping Centre. Discounted parking at the Kings Dock multi-storey for anyone staying at the hotel.

Perfectly located hotel for the Housing Summit Conference, we arrived early on Saturday and were very well looked after by Danny, (F&B Shift leader) who then looked out for us our whole stay. As the hotel got busier on Tuesday and Wednesday it was clear that there wasn't enough staff, and staff who were there were under pressure (this was the same as last year) Also have to say that the housekeeping service we experienced was not to the standard i would have expected.

Stayed at the Pullman 12/09/2026 as we were attending a show at the M&S arena. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was delicious ( a little bit of a wait for main course but they were very busy. The breakfast selection was very good ( although from a personal view some veggie sausages and bacon would have been appreciated) , but the real treasure of this hotel is their staff, they were all, without exception, friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Your staff really are a credit to you, can't wait to return

The hotel itself is perfectly situated and really lovely. I had an issue with the shower leaking and shooting water everywhere. Reported to reception and assured it would be fixed but it remained the same for out entire 2 day stay.
