No winter blues at The Pullman.

We stayed at The Pullman for two nights as it is the nearest to the M&S Arena. We have stayed at several hotels in Liverpool before but this was our first time at The Pullman. We found it to be modern, very-well staffed and spotlessly clean. It was not dowdy, 'used' looking and in need of refurbishment at all. We stayed in a Superior room and it was spacious, well-equipped, easily accessed and exactly what we needed. The views were great both by night and day. We ate in the bar and the food was hot, tasty, extremely well-presented and plentiful. The meals were served quickly.This was also true of breakfast. Our visit was made special by the staff. The staff in the bar and breakfast area were very friendly, helpful, quick and efficent. The staff on Reception were also welcoming, helpful and efficient. When I asked a lady who was servicing the rooms for something she immediately stopped what she was doing and went to fetch it, returning quickly. My wife and I had a wonderful stay, everything was just as we hoped. We will definitely be returning to The Pullman again.

Went with my mum to watch Strictly. So impressed with the Pullman. Staff are so friendly and professional, special mention to Paul in the restaurant for being so helpful and amazingly friendly. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Can't wait to return.

Room was dirty, had mould, poorly designed, with bad lighting. My partner said designed by a male as the lighting was difficult to see in your bag and no chance of doing make up. Poor storage

I stayed here for an event and the room was so spacious, comfortable and very clean . The staff were nice and welcoming, they made conversation with me so made checking in a very welcoming process. We had a drink at the bar and the bar tender was very professional and quick with our drinks. The price is amazing for where it is.
