The room was simple and comfortable, the view from the room is not bad. The bed is OK and the room is smell good. The staff are amazing, friendly and approachable. Accessable going to the mall. Lots of restaurant.

It’s really good facility and staff, but one time it was happen two mistakes in the same day!!! They give the vacancy room when I check in but I back to the recitation to change this room !! Unfortunately they give me another busy one?! Finally it solved but take time.

1- Soap should be in the washrooms instead of liquid body wash 2- No Tooth Brush and Tooth Paste 3- No Comb Kindly provide these things as they are everyday utensils

So I had some complaints at a first about cleaning but the management follow up with me and they really improve the service, overall I had a great stay at Ibis, management really care about how comfortable the guests are in the hotel the location is really good as well the reception workers are super nice these are good points but the negative points is the walls are so thin you can hear the sounds if you want to relax you might be uncomfortable, the breakfast it’s not that good the quality of breakfast it’s weak and some of the workers are not nice to you in the breakfast area they seems like lazy or they show you the attitude so that’s unacceptable but in overall thanks to the manger she was so nice and kind hopefully they can improve the defections for future.

Not a first time but I love staying here, it’s easy access near to MOE and staff are accommodating especially the one in the restaurant.. thanks to the receptionist who assisted us as well and give us late check out due to my meetings finished late at 3pm. I’ll be back again soon..I stayed last 5/07/21

Uran was very helpful to Dr. B. He took her to see other rooms. This was the only bright moment during her stay. She really appreciate his efforts. Here are areas of improvement: while housekeeping is cleaning the rooms, two things needs to checked: the tv remote and the telephone. During her online meeting Dr. B got hungry. She was able to call the front desk, but no one picked the first two times she called. The third time she called, she asked for the number for room service. She got the number. When she tried to dial it, something was wrong with her phone. The person at reception, should’ve transferred her. She left our online meeting to talk to housekeeping. They weren’t helpful. They were busy cleaning, but they also seemed upset. She asked them to call a technician for the phone. We know they didn’t because he never came. Check you cameras to see this conversation. She was instructed to go down and order her food. The telephone should always be working in every room. During this pandemic, it’s a must. If she had be a person who were exhibited COVID-19 symptoms, they would’ve spread the virus because they couldn’t call for food. This may sound far fetched, but it’s not. We knew this stay was going to be a disaster when we booked the room. We knew Novotel would be booked. We thought we were making things easier for everyone, but… She wasn’t able to get any work done. She needed to watch the BBC and CNN for her reports. When she left to go order her food, we canceled the meeting. We also wondered why no one from the restaurant told someone in charge that a guests phone isn’t working. Dr. B. never complained to us about it. She just gave up on having a great experience. She didn’t receive any fruit or chocolates that she received the last time that stayed at Novotel. Every Ibis has given that except you. She didn’t even complain about that.

This was the first time stay at ibis Dubai Mall of the Emirates and will repeat it again because it’s one of the best hotel situated in Al Barsha – it is close proximity to Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai and of course close to the metro! I liked very much the comfort of the bed (however as you know ibis rooms are always small) and great breakfast extended to me. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed here for 3 nights and house-keeping missed to replenish the shower gel and the shampoo despite of reminding them two times. Everything else was excellent and I would definitely return and recommend.

When we arrive in the hotel, the lobby is so clean and it has good ambiance. We are upgraded to Novotel Hotel for some sort of reasons. The receptionist named Mary Ann assist us with a smile on her face. My partner said that he is very feel welcomed upon arriving in the hotel. We definitely come back again soon. Kudos to the staff who assists us in checking in and upon checkout. 👏👏👏

Nice and quiet stay, location is 5 min walk to Mall of the Emirates and variety of restaurants with Carrefour on walk-able distance from the hotel which was convenient, friendly staff, breakfast relatively ok but could've been better.
