I stayed in the property for more than a month. The breakfast selections sis is great but the same everyday. Since I stayed longer, wish there’s a microwave in the room.

Was living there for 1.5 months, my first experience in Dubai. Main benefits are: the location (5 minutes walking distance from the Mall of Emirates and about 10 minutes within the mall to get to the metro station). Fair deals for long-term rent (flexible sales management). Eco-friendly approach towards waste and cleaning. Understanding stuff. A 24/7 stuff availability & gym. Also a huge fan of a loyalty system. Weak spots: quality of the room finishing is low. Laundry system is a living hell (you pay for each item individually + there're no alternative places around to wash the clothes for normal price). There're always queues on the reception, even though there're 2 of them.

I had a great 6-day stay at ibis and really enjoyed the experience. A special thanks to Najeeb from the Front Office, who was very friendly and welcoming. He made my check-in smooth and was also very helpful when I needed to extend my stay. I would also like to mention Bryan, the bartender at McGettigan’s. He was very humble and friendly, and his cocktail recommendations were excellent. The housekeeping team was also very friendly and did a great job. My room was clean, fresh, and well maintained every day. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and the friendly staff made the experience even better. I would definitely be happy to stay at ibis again!
