Comfortable stay and very relaxing. Close proximity to mall of the emirates is the best part. Breakfast was awesome. Bedding was perfect.

Happy I joined Accor and got Silver status through the app. The app does have glitches and bugs at random times, thus hindering booking. But overall happy with the app.

The cleaner man was very professional and friendly, however when I lost an item of mine I had to look for it, hence I took off the bedsheet where I noticed A BIG YELLOW SPOT on the mattress protecter on my last day, which made me feel very sick. I was glad that was my last night. However no complaint on the cleaner himself, the hotel should have changed the mattress protection due to that BIG YELLOW spot not cover it with bedsheet. Also the reception was good but not very good, when I have requested to printout a file (1 paper) she informed me that once it's ready she will call, after 15 minutes no one called the room, I called back another lady confirmed that I can wait in the room and she will call once its ready, another 20 minutes later no one called, so I went down and it was there printed, just forgot to call. (oh yes it is here for you) the response was. I lost my passport wasn't sure if it was in the hotel or outside, the security was very good came up to the room and helped me looking for it, I informed the reception I need to tell the police the time of the day before I left the hotel to look for my passport as requested by the police, who confirmed that she will check and get back to me on the exact time (NO ONE CALLED BACK) Eventually the police found my passport I called the hotel to inform them, another lady answered I informed her with the passport case which she wasn't aware off and she asked have I lost something, since she didn't understand me I asked to speak to the manger or head of security to inform them, she kept me on hold for long and didn't want to transfer the line and kept asking what is the reason, which I have explained, however she didn't understand, in the end I decided since they didn't care to call me back with the timing or keep a message to the team about my passport in case someone find it, why should I care, so I hanged up. the reason of the 6 score is the cleaner man and the security and 1 lady of the reception only she was good, otherwise it would be 2 only.
Ibis Mall at the Emirates has become worse

Hotel has become worse than in 2018 when it was 2 *. The shuttle to the beach was canceled, there was no access to the pool at the Suites Novotel, which was the main factor in the choice of the hotel. COVID 19 is not a reason for canceling these services. Moreover, there were ants in the room. I didn't change the room just because I came for only 5 days. But I am very disappointed. However, thanks for the free early check-in.
