This incident spoiled the entire experience: Went for a early morning run on 27th Nov, returning to have breakfast, wash up before heading to the exhibition hall. Tried synchronising my Garmin to my handphone. So how, it refused to connect thus I left my Garmin watch on the side reading table before heading out. Upon return, realised the watch was missing so i called the front desk. Front desk says they will check but did not update. Did another check on 28th Nov morning and the reply was "our staff has been told not to take guest's belonging." However my Garmin watch is still missing and I remember seeing it on the side table before leaving.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff like Jefferson, I needed a charger and they found me one. Food Nice restaurant down stairs. Food is to die FOR! breakfast is worth the 55aed for a very healthy buffet.waiter rainiel very fast service .

This is the second time that we have stayed at the Dubai We like the location as it is fairly central.the staff welcoming upon check in and check out Jefferson assisted us most of the time. The rooms are nice and we like the restaurant. We would recommend the dubai to others.

The service was helpful. The relatively early check in was very welcome. I was surprised by 2 aspects of the breakfast: what you called "juice" was in fact some watered down drink; and the coffee machine served tasteless "coffee" one day, was completely broken down the next day. and back to sub-standard stuff the next. Fortunately, I was able to get into the Novotel through the open door; the coffee there was a little better.

Very helpful staff was giving enough information, such a big plus for daily cleaning service, quite too expensive hotel restaurant and hotel room itself should be refurbished time by time. Better quality towels required.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. I understand that you present yourself as a budget hotel but there were several things that bothered me about my stay: 1. Your lobby and lifts smell of smoke. I realise that the bar is close to the lobby but the whole idea of creating a smoking zone is to isolate it from areas that the rest of your customers normally frequent. 2. Your staff are quite aloof and make no real attempt to connect with your customers/residents 3. I arrive at about 11pm and could not get the wifi to work. Your receptionist told be to come downstairs to have it addressed and after at least 20 minutes it was sorted out. I then received a mail requesting feedback on the problem, to which I responded immediately but to this day have not had any response from you in this regard 4. Some guests, including myself, had to walk around the restaurant looking for cutlery so that we could eat out breakfast. 5. The one thing that you did well was to arrange for my early morning transportation to the airport.

1. I asked questions with the cleaning boy, he can only answer me: no, I do not know. Never give me a solution. Maybe he is good at cleaning, but he should also know how to find the correct person for customers and solve his issue; 2. I called and asked for one bowl, I have waited for 2 hours. I finally got the bowl after I send feedback online. Maybe you should hire more guys?

It was very bad . For example from the first day the reception told us that u have 2 piece for laundry daily for free. But nobody come to collect our clothes even we follow up the instructions of the hotel
