There is one improvement needed: the odor of the carpet..it is old and catching germs and viruses from shoes..either you remove carpets or you provide free sleepers / desinfection of the carpet

The hotel is well located and the staff are very helpful. However, the hot water pressure was extremely low, making it difficult to take a proper shower. Washing hands was also challenging, as the sink would fill up and the drainage was not working well. I reported the issue to the reception three times. They said they would send a maintenance worker, but after the third attempt, I stopped asking since it became clear the problem was not really in their control. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I would not stay at this hotel again.
