I had booked an early check-in and was in my room at 7 am, which was amazing after a long-haul flight. The half-board option was great. The proximity to the Mall of the Emirates is convenient. It's a 7-min.walk to the metro station (Insurance Market), but there are construction works next to it, so it's best to go round with a luggage, which will take 12 minutes. You can also walk to the Madinat where Burj Al Arab is, it takes 25 minutes from the metro station (Mall of the Emirates). Overall, a very good location, service and food.

The receptionist was very nice. She checked me in very quickly and offered me a free breakfast. The hotel itself is very well-appointed and has excellent parking. It is within walking distance to the mall. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.
