As usual, our first choice Hotel when we drive to Dubai from Abu Dhabi for a short break. They never disappoint. Staff were helpful & courtesy as usual & room was comfy & very clean. Only comment this time around, is the underground carpark which have never happen to us before.. which was full, to our surprise when we came back to the hotel after dinner on Saturday night. Noticed many parking lots were taken up by unregistered cars, probably belonging to a used or rental car dealer. This was a big surprise to us, however the staff was very quick to our help by letting us park on the hotel's curbside parking lot. Other than that, we had a good stay & will keep coming to our favorite hotel in Dubai.

We arrived after a long 12 hour flight and commute, hoping to sleep. We were unpacking when we realized the room had no air con.They sent a technician who couldn’t rectify the problem and suggested we change the room. We had to change rooms again. We had checked in at noon. And with the hotel being almost empty the room could’ve been checked!! Also, showering was a challenge with the water pressire being set at very low. These issues can easily be circumvented with good management.
