this is my 2nd time at your hotel. Over all room was not up to standard. Requested to change room but due to non availability.

We had an amazing stay supervised and uplifted by Ms Maryam Salib ( that did a great job at providing us with a personalized welcome and made sure that everything was going well during our stay). The family room was perfect for 2 adults and 3 children with 2 bathrooms and separate sleeping spaces. The pool is small but nice for children. The breakfast was good but not particularly amazing. The location is perfect with free parking on site (walking distance to mall of the emirates and several restaurants like Filli cafe, Mr Crab and Baskin Robbins). Overall we had a great stay and would book again.

I had a great time at Novotel Suites. Having lost my luggages, upon my arrival I was given all the amenities needed for the first days (shaving kits, dental kits, plenty of water) without hesitation. Room was big enough for 6 people (two sofas, two bathrooms), clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, busy late in the morning, but still no complains. Staff was incredible: helpful and very kind, for all my needs. I had a postponed flight, and I was given a late check out to be able not to wait hours at the airport. Manager was very kind in supporting me in this. Hotel position is perfect: 5 minutes walking from metro station, 4 minutes from Mall of Emirates (shortcut through another hotel), Carrefour just nearby, many drivers waiting for you in front of the hotel.. but still in a quite area. Pool on the roof, small, but clean. Definitely a good choice for my business trip, for a fair price and very good services.

Nice service, some friendly staff. Kids loved the play area. I hope the path to the Mall of Emirates will be more accessible in the near future. Currently have to risk through traffic and unfriendly walkways though it’s supposed to be a few minutes away.
