Was staying there when the US/Israel attack started and was stranded for 2 days. The staff in general was quite helpful and nice despite the pressure due to practically ALL guests not knowing if they would be able to leave Dubaï since the airspace was closed. The staff were quite helpful despite having to face stresses guests all the time. The hotel is also well located within a 5 minutes walk from the Mall of the Emirates (MOE), the MoE Bus Terminal & MOE Metro station.

Dear Management, I'm filing a complaint: the hallways stink, the carpeting in the hallways is dirty, and all floors reek of cigarettes. The carpet in the room is filthy with vomit. The fridge didn't work. The service/staff was mean; my father took ONE BUN AND ONLY A BUN. The waiter snatched it from his hands. He muttered some harsh words under his breath. The Sheikh of Dubai, Emir of Dubai, Prime Minister and Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, also Dubai authorities and the UAE government made statements to feed and accommodate tourists during the attacks. I would also like to emphasize that Your pool is closed. I specifically went to five other hotels around here – all were open. So you're cheating people. On the folder during the reservation you wrote that the swimming pool is open and available to hotel guests. I demand a refund. And I'll send a complaint to the UAE Government regarding the service, because a hotel guest shouldn't be treated like this, especially for one bread roll. Respectfully

Shower cubical is too small, vanity sink is leaking water and water spilling on the floor, we had to use toilet sink. Or else everything was very good.
