Food spread is decent, but very limited veg options. While i understand that the customer base is largely non vegetarian, but even the present veg options are very bland and seems less attention is given. May be keep a small made to order for those who want to eat veg will do.

Checked in for a 4 night stay - was assigned a room which had wc and bathroom separate ,however both were difficult to get into and get out + there was foul smell in the bathroom. I approached the reception requesting to change the room after one nights stay , but the person refused it saying all rooms are same & that if I preferred , I can pay more and take a suite - I declined to pay more and move to a suite. Second Fnb options are limited..however we enjoyed the McG...which had OktoberFest. All in all bathroom and WC is not good.

The Carpet, had a terrible smell, only 1 toilet on the family suite. No Privacy for adults, Window cleaners made noise early morning. Breaksfast had the same thing everyday.

We had the most fantastic experience, unlike any service experience I ever had! Every single member of staff made us feel welcome, we’re incredibly accommodating, and all went above and beyond. They allowed us to check in early and ensured we ate breakfast before they packed it away, and it truly changed the course of our whole travel day. We were all incredibly grateful, appreciative and shocked (sadly) that service like this with a smile still exists.

We stayed at Novotel Mall Avenue for one night with my friend and had a very pleasant experience. A special mention to Jacky from the Front Office, who made our check-in smooth and welcoming. She was friendly, professional, and very accommodating, which gave us a great first impression of the hotel. The room was comfortable, and we especially loved the beds—they were incredibly comfortable and gave us a really good night’s sleep.
