The marks you noticed are not in keeping with the standard of experience we aim to offer our guests, particularly given the level of our establishment. I would nevertheless like to reassure you that this is an issue we are already addressing. A renovation programme for all the carpets throughout the hotel is currently underway, with the replacement being carried out progressively and scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
