Hello Paul, It seems your stay at MAMA Rennes really made an impression, as you've left us the same review twice! So, we'll take the liberty of giving you the same reply: We are sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the parking, we would like to clarify that it is a public parking facility and is not owned or managed by the hotel. Therefore, we have no control over its pricing or policies. This information is clearly stated on all of our booking platforms prior to confirmation. As for the swimming pool, access is reserved for registered hotel guests. Like the vast majority of hotels, we do not allow outside visitors to use the facilities free of charge. It is also clearly specified on our website that access for external guests is subject to an additional fee. Finally, while we appreciate your comments, we were surprised by the 10/100 rating. In your review, you mention that the overall experience was "generally alright" and that the hotel's location was "very good." Given these positive remarks, such a low score does not appear to reflect the overall experience you described.
