This hotel was perfectly located but most importantly the staff was superb and the rooms spotless. The amenities in the room were appreciated, Nuxe products, fluffy towels and free drinks in the fridge. The staff was superb helpful and kind. We plan to stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised about both the location of the hotel and the standard of my refurbished room, and particularly the bath room. Also the staff were very attentive and friendly. Minor deduction from a perfect 10 score for the scary (crooked) staircase, the tiny breakfast room that was very busy in the mornings and the overall price.

Well located but not good Wifi

The hotel is very well located and the staff is really nice and polite. However,n the internet (Wifi) service is terrible, for the firts few days of my stay it didn't work at all, and afterwards it seemed to be working, but I never managed to log in and create the user on their provider page - too complicated and slow! For that amount of money, they should really fix this issue. Also, it was not really clean when I arrived, I saw a few hairs in the shower and some small plastic trash on the floors.

No hot water, very slow internet and lack of customer service

The title says it all. I had only mildly warm water in the shower (which had no pressure at all) and despite me telling to three different people at the reception, it was not fixed for 5 days. The internet did not work 2 out of 5 days and other days, it was quite slow.

Great staff, poor wifi

You can not advertise a 4star hotel with such a poor connection. Most of the customers are probably traveling for work and need to get calls and access to their company servers. It's 2024. Don't blame the employees who were very helpful, it's the cheapness of the managers.
