It was great being in this hotel. The staff are nice and ready to solve any problem or helping for anything you need. The room is very comfortable and clean. Nice location next to subway, shops, cafeterias and Ibirapuera mall. I really have appreciated the stay. Te breakfast was great also. They also have a very good Allsafe program guaranteeing protection for all during the stay. I felt very safe in this pandemic time.

The experience was great but the breakfast has very few options for gluten free and lactose free food. Besides the variety is not great. Also, the rooms should have a microwave especially during the pandemic. Although those thins, the hotel is good and the location was safe and great for my trip.

The location is perfect, near everything you need. Great restaurants, bakeries, stores and pharmacies. Didn’t even need to drive around while there. Great staff and very kind. Would definitely stay there back again.

I had reserved a double room called premium or something but I invited my assistant in and asked for a double room. They said they UPGRADED it, but it was an ok room... She arrived the next day but, since she was unable to contact me and didn't know I had invited her, she had booked another room. WE WERE UNABLE TO CANCEL HER EXTRA RESERVATION!!! They said it could only be done by reservation pp, who were off for the weekend. AND PLUS: SHE WAS FORBID TO HAVE BREAKFAST, ALTHOUGH MY PAYING (I HAVE MANY PROOF); There's no lobby, just a filthy room with ONE SINGLE ATTENDANT who's always unable to take more than one request (THERE'S ALWAYS A LINE IN THE RECEPTION); THERE'S NO CLEAN BATHROOM IN THE RECEPTION FLOOR; THE SINK IS ALWAYS WET AS IT WAS BADLY PLANNED THE SHOWER WATER ALWAYS SINKS ALL OVER THE FLOOR BC IT'S GOT NO SEALING THE PILLOWS ARE OLD AND HARD AS A ROCK THE VANITY KIT IS RIDICULOUSLY SMALL, OF POOR QUALITY AND TOTALLY USELESS. AWFUL GUEST RECEPTION AND HOSPITALITY

Opening hours of the gym very short, must be from 5am to 10pm and the breakfast from 6am at least.

I had a great stay. Marcelo and the entire staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, delicious breakfast. Very safe neighborhood and walking distance to lots of good restaurants. The only downside was he Wi-Fi. It was not very strong in my room OR the conference room for what I needed (work and conference calls).

The room was spacious and the staff was nice overall - special mention to Rubens (I think that was his name), who showed even more hospitality. However, the king size bed turned out to be two single beds put together, the breakfast initially served was not according to my previous requests (I have dietary restrictions), the doors could get a little bit of maintenance and the room service fumbled one or two times in cleaning the room. Improving the communication process will solve both the breakfast and the room service, I think.

I had a good stay at the hotel. Observed the security people at all times to secure the entrance, however they look intimidated, serious and not a good welcoming experience.

I like this hotel, firstly because the location is perfect to me, I like the room service, the room and bathroom is clean. The only problem is the internet and TV. Internet is very very slow, mainly during night. And my TV always turn off and the soluciona the hotel give is hit the back tv to TV work. It is not a solution. But in general I'll back to this hotel.
