My stay was very good. The room was clean and spacious, and the blackout curtains were excellent. The shower had strong water pressure, and despite the hotel being close to a busy avenue, it was very quiet inside. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options and delicious food. The staff were very pleasant and polite, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Despite the booking being made via an Agency, the hotel staff nevertheless gave me all of the perks of Gold Membership: early check-in, late check-up, some complimentary water. Given my travel circumstances I appreciated this very much.

it's the 2nd time I stayed at Mercure times square, and it was the 2nd time I had a great stay. Water pressure in the shower is perfect, room cleanliness and space are excellent, well stocked mini-bar, comfortable beds and good facilities, besides the great location.
