Spacious apartment, clean and well mantained. Staff is very cordial. I taught a workshop at the venue. Marcelo, who is the coordinator, took care of all details. I recommend the place if you are looking for a venue for teaching/presenting , this is the ideal one. By the way, the buffet has exquisite choices.
