Well located BUT the sound proof is non-existent and I heard my neighbor's and the street noises all night long, very complicated to sleep.

I would like to make a complaint and request a new, corrected invoice. Your staff at frontdesk were not professional nor helpful during my check-in and check-out experience. The check-in staff didn't ask for my personal information, but randomly filled in data just to simplify the procedures and reduce processing time. He put my post code as "123456", Tax ID as "99…", and wrong nationality of "China" while I am a Taiwanese living in Germany. When I requested him to rectify, he replied "the check-out staff will do that for you". During checking-out, again the front staff refused to rectify the information, saying "the financial team will do that and send to you in a hour". Apparently not true. Now I formally request the ACCOR customer service to issue me a new invoice, stating: Name: MAHLE GmbH, Chen H. Address: Pragstr 26-46, 70376 Stuttgart, Germany email: ch…, or ch… Thanks. --- The room was good.

Very disappointed for a Mercure level Hotel. We asked the bed sheets to be CHANGED on the two mornings of the 3 night stay and they were NOT changed. The bed was ONLY made. This was despite us requesting personally at the reception on both mornings. This was also, despite that we had placed very clearly the card provided in the room, requesting the change of sheets. In addition, the sheets were very bad quality probably with a very low thread rating because they were extremely rough. This is not usual in the Mercure style hotel. To add to the unfortunate bed situation there was no mattress cover between the mattress and the sheets, and this is generally not accepted for hygiene purposes. I require Management to make contact with me and if not, I will elevate this to ACCOR.

I was given an old room. Had water coming from AC units in both bedroom. Mattress was wet. Finally later in the evening had a room change into a newer one.

I arrived at the hotel and presented myself as a Platinum client. Despite everything, I was directed to the Apart Hotel Tower, not the hotel tower. Upon arriving at the room, it was terrible, old, with an old refrigerator – awful. I refused to stay in the room and only then was I directed to the correct tower. It was the worst stay I've had in years.

My stay was very good. The room was clean and spacious, and the blackout curtains were excellent. The shower had strong water pressure, and despite the hotel being close to a busy avenue, it was very quiet inside. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options and delicious food. The staff were very pleasant and polite, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
