I was hosted in a very comfortable and clean bedroom. The hotel is very well located and check-in and check-out experiences were very agile. An improvement point would be the pillows, that are not very good.

Well located and safe area

The location was excellent. The room is well isolated to the others, but it is noisy with the outside and the corridor.

I am also an Accor Heartist, overall I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Moema Time Square. The location is a gem, relatively safe to walk around, very strategic, near the metro, shops and restaurants. The room was clean, all were functioned well, just need additional complimentary water bottled, tea, coffee amenities as basic standard of 4 stars hotel. The heartists were also nice and assisted my queries. Just a bit of language barriers which was not that a big of deal. I really recommend this hotel for Solo Traveler in Sao Paolo.

1. The cleaning crew should respect my "do not disturb" sign on the door! After a long flight, I was trying to sleep and rest when my door was knocked on twice: once by someone who returned my passport (this could be done later!) and 30 minutes later, the cleaner knocked on the door again! And they both knocked very loudly and very persistently! Of course they didn't understand any English so despite me shouting: NO thank you, they continued to knock. This annoyed me a lot. 2. The room condition was awful. The bathroom was clean but needs a total renovation, especially in the shower. 3. I was also surprised that we had to share the gym and breakfast with Adagio - which is a lower-priced hotel! 4. Breakfast options were terrible. Honestly, I expected some local breakfast in Brazil, but there was only continental breakfast! The only local option was the "cheese bread" which I could not eat due to dietary restrictions. I expected more fruit but every day there were only a few options: banana, papaya and watermelon. Why was there no avocadoes? And no vegetables?
