Já tinha me hospedado várias vezes e gostava do hotel. Mas dessa vez encontrei elevadores com defeito (tive que usar escadas duas vezes), alarmes disparando indevidamente no meio da noite (2 vezes), fechadura da porta do quarto com defeito (tive que descer 2 vezes para ser socorrido por um funcionário e conseguir entrar no quarto) e porta do banheiro com fechadura despencando. Fiquei impressionado com a quantidade de problemas.
