it's the 2nd time I stayed at Mercure times square, and it was the 2nd time I had a great stay. Water pressure in the shower is perfect, room cleanliness and space are excellent, well stocked mini-bar, comfortable beds and good facilities, besides the great location.

Acoustics in the apartment are terrible, you can hear everything. The bed sheets are not good quality, they were torn from wear and tear. Cleanliness could also be improved.
