We had a real issue getting the room we booked. Had booked an airport view but got allocated a different room on the back of hotel. At first the receptionist refused to move us saying hotel was full. However, we noticed the room opposite us was the type of room we booked and it was empty as cleaner was just finishing off cleaning it. Back to reception and eventually allocated the room. Not a good experience.

overall stay experience was ok, but I forgot my silver bracelet in the room and nobody found it afterwards.
