The location of the hotel is very convenient a fes steps from Congonas airport. Many option for dining surroundings the hotel, and the breakfast has many options.

40 minutes for a check-in... which I had already done on their website. Service is not comparable with the one in Europe, where people know what they are doing. The lady who helped us had no clue at all of what she was doing... Asked for a room far away from lifts, got a room in front of a lift. I was not seeking luxury, not seeking amenities, just wanted a quiet night. Seems it's asking too much in this hotel. I reserved the room with my points, she did not know what to make me pay, I had to calculate the exchange rate for her... And yet she used the wrong credit card. A real disaster, really awful experience. Not coming back to this place anytime soon, for the price it costed us, it's not reasonable. Avoid this garbage.

Upon check in - we realized that our travel agent booked a reservation at an IBIS a few km away vs the rest of my group. The person checking me in was not able to help call that IBIS to transfer my reservation nor did she help in any way except that I will have to call the IBIS and cancel myself. anyway, after a few hours of attempting to call, no one answered the phone. I was able to get a room, but it was at a rate 4X the amount of my colleagues. In the middle of the night, a very loud fire alarm went off. I waited to head out from my 9th floor room but eventually did to be safe. In the lobby was about 100 people sitting and waiting. I saw a colleague and asked him what was going on and he said that the front desk told him it was not a real fire but a fault in the system and they cannot turn it off. Anyway, this was really disruptive for all guests. The other issue is that all guests were complaining that the front desk staff "hid" from all the guests not giving them updates. If you want a good night sleep, chose another hotel.

Location was the only positive aspect of my stay. Bedroom didn’t seem clean. Uncomfortable mattress and terrible quality bed sheets and towels. Breakfast was also not good. Too expensive for the poor quality offered.

I stayed at the hotel just for a few hours due my flight overlay. I was satisfied. The breakfast was a nice surprise! wish I had more time available to enjoy it. The check in was a little slow. There was a line. It was almost midnight and I was anxious to go to my room considering I had to leave at 4:15 am the next day. At the bar they didn’t change for a 50 reais bill, forcing me to use a credit card. I live in the USA and I have NEVER a problem like that here. The room was great! Clean which is something very important to me. The condition of the towels were deplorable though. They look like rugs to clean the floor. That needs 100 % of improvement. Thank you
