The location is excellent - a short walk from CGH. Checkin was perfect, the desk staff spoke excellent English, and was helpful and friendly. The only downside is that the room was a little run-down (in need of a refurbishment). Nevertheless, I would recommend this hotel for those needing to overnight at CGH.

We had a real issue getting the room we booked. Had booked an airport view but got allocated a different room on the back of hotel. At first the receptionist refused to move us saying hotel was full. However, we noticed the room opposite us was the type of room we booked and it was empty as cleaner was just finishing off cleaning it. Back to reception and eventually allocated the room. Not a good experience.

Good staff, but the rooms are in desperate need of a remodeling! Beds are uncomfortable, AC is old, noisy and smelly and the bathroom is incredible small.
