Everything was as good if not better than I would expect. I was given a high room with airport view as requested. The buffet was very good . The bar was good, but it was a bit open plan for me as it was bar entrance check in all in one. The room was excellent with very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and professional. All in all a very satisfying stay.

The shower head is being held up by plastic zip ties, the misdirection of the shower caused the water to leak onto the floor which compounded to a shower door where the bottom has a huge gap. This property is liable should someone slip and fall in the bathroom. 2, The thinnest and roughest towels - felt like sandpaper 3. One trash can for the room 4. Smelly carpet, dingy walls 5. no iron, no ironing board The only redeeming quality- location

Overall very cheap ! The seems unfinished , no fridge , no water . It was a cold week and i have to add a blanket myself for two nights . Water wc pressure almost nothing , i have to use the extra mini shower to wash it out .. .. breakfast to have a cappuccino it took a lot of time , someone was filling up the machine ,(it took forever ) and the cappuccino has the taste of a hot chocolate … huge line on the counter to check in and to check out .

First the site announced a room for 4 people for 850,00. When I got there it was for 2 people only so I had to pay double. The room was not worthy at all. There wasn’t a cover for the bed. The pillows were a nightmare. For this price I could have gone for a 4-5 star hotel.

The location is excellent - a short walk from CGH. Checkin was perfect, the desk staff spoke excellent English, and was helpful and friendly. The only downside is that the room was a little run-down (in need of a refurbishment). Nevertheless, I would recommend this hotel for those needing to overnight at CGH.

We had a real issue getting the room we booked. Had booked an airport view but got allocated a different room on the back of hotel. At first the receptionist refused to move us saying hotel was full. However, we noticed the room opposite us was the type of room we booked and it was empty as cleaner was just finishing off cleaning it. Back to reception and eventually allocated the room. Not a good experience.
