Ibis Interlagos needs to improve their room, beds are not good, room is too small, space is not well used, there was no face towel in the room, the bathroom shower spills water every where, minibar too small, ar conditioning malfunction, one day the room was not cleaned, there was 3 fire alarms during my stay that was false alarm. The breakfast was good, despite the eggs, that was always too cold

This was my second stay at Ibis Interlagos. It is very well located, since it is the only good hotel at its neighbourhood. The chck-in was quick, and the room was clean. On the third day of my stay, however, the fire alarm went off at 3:15 am. I went downstairs, and two employees told me that it was and alarm failure. I went back to my room and the alarm went off again. On the fourth day there was no hot water at night. It only returned in the next day. I checked ou sunday ate 3:30 to catch my flight. That same afternoon I received a message from the hotel asking me for more money since I had not paid for all my charges. The strange thin is that the same thing happend in my first stay, 6 months ago. Overall it was a good stay, but it was not uneventfull as it should be.

The hotel need some maintenance. Things are broken and they don't fix them. Example: burnt bulbs, smoke detectors, tv control remote, shower doors.

I had a good stay but the mattress wasn't what I expected, it felt uncomfortable. The hotel was clean but I miss room service.
