From entering the reception, the receptionists were very friendly, I didn’t know a word in Portuguese except olá, bom dia and obrigada but that didn’t stop the people from being kind to me, even with the language barrier, I had a great stay, very close to the mall, I went there everyday of the 5 days that I stayed because it was really close and when I had issues, they would be resolved the same day. Great staff, great environment. Treated with care and I was on a first time international solo trip very nervous however, being around people who were willing to go an extra mile and assist eased my anxiety.

My room wasn't with water inside minibar.
