We arrived at the hotel to spend our last night in Brasil after 36 years of work. Our house was sold, we had nowhere to stay and selected your hotel. On arriving in the room, we found that there were no outlets of 110 volts for my wife's oxygen concentrator to plug in. The room had only 220 volt outlets--unheard of unless you live in the interior, and ridiculous in international hotel accomodations. We requested a transformer, but the person at the desk said they were all in guests' rooms. I talked to the onsite administrator, who kindly went to another hotel to get one. When he rrived with the transformer, the pins on the plug were too thick to plug into the outlets in our room. My wife resolved to try to sleep without supplemental oxygen. Neither of us slept well and such sleep can be harmful to her lungs. It was a disappoining way to say goodbye to Brasil after 36 years.

Good breakfast; bad stay.

First, it took 30 min to check in. On Dec 24th, there were two people in training in the hotel reception. I don’t blame the employees, this was a bad decision of the hotel management. Second, they gave us a room on the 8th floor. The noise was terrible, we could not sleep. When we asked to change the room (at 3 am), another employee (an experienced one) put us on the 2nd floor very quickly. Another person was there complaining about the noise as well. The employee said that the noise was likely from the machine room. If they knew about it, why put people on the 8th floor? Again, I don’t blame the employee (the employee in training probably didn’t know about the problem), but the managers certainly did.

Basic but decent rooms and breakfast

We were there for the Formula 1 GP 2024. The rooms are basic.....but clean and practical. The room could do with more clothes hooks. We were on the top floor so we had a nice view. The breakfast is basic, but decent. The nearby mall is convenient.....as it just a short walk away, mainly covered by a roof.

Hotel Staff very nice, food was good, had karaoke, pool and table, room had good A/C and was quite. Event hough the hotel is a non smoking there was a strong cigarette smell on the hallway and in our room. The smell in our room seemed to come from the bathroom ventilation. The towels were terrible. They had stains, they were worn out and with holes. Also, the room had no telephone.
