Room was too warm but noisy with the window open. Also the toilet cistern ran all night until I realised where the noise was coming from. Initially I thought it was the neighbours shower running being half asleep.

The excessive heat in the room, the noise, and the toilet flush running throughout the night clearly disrupted your rest, and I completely understand your frustration. Situations like these do not reflect the level of comfort we aim to provide to our guests. I would also like to clarify that our rooms are equipped with an individual thermostat, allowing the temperature to be adjusted directly in the room, even in winter, without needing to open the window. Of course, if the temperature does not feel comfortable or if assistance is needed, our reception team is available 24/7 to help with any adjustments. Had you been able to inform the reception during your stay, we could have acted immediately—by adjusting the heating for you, offering a room change, or finding the most comfortable solution for your night. We sincerely regret not having had the opportunity to assist you at that moment. Your feedback has been shared with our technical team, who are already checking the toilet flush and the temperature control system in the room to prevent this issue from happening again. Although we are pleased to know that your check‑in went smoothly and that you appreciated our team, we understand that this did not compensate for the inconveniences you experienced. It was good. It a normal hotel. Pretty affordable. Random early wake-up by the cleaning crew for no reason.

The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt very welcomed. If there could be a hairdryer in the room it would be perfect.

When we travel between Spain and Austria, we always try to stay here. The staff provide excellent service, the rooms are very clean, and it is exactly what we need to rest properly before getting back on the road the next day. The location is perfect, as it is a convenient midpoint between both countries, making our journey much easier and more comfortable.
