Road block made it impossible to arrive to the hotel, and I couldn't find a new road. The hotel receptionist could not help on the phone either. I asked for gluten free breakfast when I arrived. The receptionist confirmed but in the morning the new receptionist said no.

Room was too warm but noisy with the window open. Also the toilet cistern ran all night until I realised where the noise was coming from. Initially I thought it was the neighbours shower running being half asleep.

The excessive heat in the room, the noise, and the toilet flush running throughout the night clearly disrupted your rest, and I completely understand your frustration. Situations like these do not reflect the level of comfort we aim to provide to our guests. I would also like to clarify that our rooms are equipped with an individual thermostat, allowing the temperature to be adjusted directly in the room, even in winter, without needing to open the window. Of course, if the temperature does not feel comfortable or if assistance is needed, our reception team is available 24/7 to help with any adjustments. Had you been able to inform the reception during your stay, we could have acted immediately—by adjusting the heating for you, offering a room change, or finding the most comfortable solution for your night. We sincerely regret not having had the opportunity to assist you at that moment. Your feedback has been shared with our technical team, who are already checking the toilet flush and the temperature control system in the room to prevent this issue from happening again. Although we are pleased to know that your check‑in went smoothly and that you appreciated our team, we understand that this did not compensate for the inconveniences you experienced. If you are willing to give us another chance in the future, we would be delighted to welcome you back in much better conditions and personally ensure your comfort. It was good. It a normal hotel. Pretty affordable. Random early wake-up by the cleaning crew for no reason.

An excellent location for us which means South of Geneva and easy access from the highways. The heating was not working but the hotel had acquired a large stock of electrical heaters for the rooms, so despite this our stay was ok. Breakfast is nothing spectacular but, for the reasonable price, it's good. We've stayed before and will do so again.
