Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour la fermeture anticipée du petit-déjeuner ce samedi matin. Il est en effet prévu qu’il soit disponible jusqu’à 10h30 le week-end, et nous comprenons parfaitement votre frustration. Il ne devrait pas y avoir d’exception à cet horaire, même en cas de faible affluence. Nous avons rappelé à notre équipe l’importance de respecter les horaires annoncés et d’informer les clients avec clarté et courtoisie. Nous vous présentons toutes nos excuses pour ce désagrément et espérons que vous nous donnerez une nouvelle chance de vous accueillir dans de meilleures conditions.
