Front desk gave bad information x 2.

Front desk directed to the wrong bus stop which put us out of our destination by 30 minutes. Also misdirected us to the in proper covid location. Also two hours wasted. However after addressing a different team member, she was great and gave us the correct information.

The temperature in the room was too hot and there was no way to bring it down. The internet was unbelievably slow.
