The room is big enough and practical for a weekend when you do only want to sleep there. The comfort level is OK, however the room was quite cold and the tram could be heard even with closed windows.

Very helpful staff. We had to accommodate our dog and there was absolutely no problem. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Check in was fast, food service was great, room was clean, and location was great with easy access to public transportation. The only negative about the stay was the smell from the bathroom.

Fair place, very convenient location, close to the office and the tram station. Clean and with all the basic requirements. Very appreciated the complimentary public transport ticket.

Liked: the cleanliness, location, rooms (not super comfortable but good). The bed down should be thicker and warmer (being winter...it was too thin and cold). Do not like: for some reasons the invoice via email does not arrive. Instead I receive very well all the Accor Hotels membership newsletters and Survey links...…. Still waiting for the invoice from my last staying at your hotel in fact (Dec 10th-11th!!!).

The new combined Ibis Geneva Petit lancy and Budget lancy is better than separate ones! Front office is LESS Friendly!

The rooms that my colleagues and I were staying in on the 2nd floor were extremely hot, and the air conditioning was not working. It was also impossible to open the windows. We had to leave for business meetings in the morning, but tried calling the hotel several times during the day. Unfortunately no-one ever picked up, even though there is supposedly 24/7 reception service. Of course, it does not help, if the receptionist also needs to do other work, like serving drinks at the bar. After an email was sent, hotel management finally agreed to provide a handle to open the window in our room. When I went to pick up my handle, I again had to engage in some level of negotiation before the receptionist finally handed over the window handle. Not a nice experience.
