Room was far too warm, and the duvet was too thick.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Location is perfect with tram and bus links right outside. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Free clean drinking tap provided- bring and empty bottle. Breakfast was delicious as worth the price. Highly recommend this hotel

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple, but good quality and very fresh. The location was great for us, 20 mins from the airport and 20mins to the city centre. Bus and tram stop located outside the hotel. Very easy to use and all free with a Geneve travel card. The only downside for us was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. But you could go down to the bar and get snacks and drinks. We would recommend the hotel for a short stay city break.

Excellent Stay – Outstanding Staff and Top Comfort! Great hospitality with outstanding, very helpful staff. The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout, including rooms and common areas. No carpet in the rooms is a big plus for allergy sufferers. Breakfast was very well served and constantly replenished, and the parking is very convenient with large spaces. Overall, a truly excellent experience - a huge thank you to the Staff!
