As Platinum Member there is somes benefits like for exemple the 'Welcome Drink etc .. Normally some specials beers - like local beer in small bottles - are not included but accorded, and of course definitely appreciated. That in Ibis Petit Lancy as well. Anyway to coincide of my last stay the receptionist has me refused the lovely gesture by explaining me that was not allowed bla bla bla .. People, we talk about a selling price of 6-8 SFr (maybe ..) Good, after 10 hours on the road I didn't really want to respond any more but has been definitely annoying .. I mean not very 'welcoming' .. 2-0 for inflexibility!

The check in and check out process if very quick, room was very clean, temperature in the room was good. The minuses: no kettle to boil the water, no small fridge. Not to fancy design (but simple)

I know all the staff, it is my Geneva home away from home. Sometimes I miss a small fridge in the room. But the staff is always accompanying with a late night refreshment. What I also miss, is the ability to open the window and air the room out. They make you reliant on the air conditioning. Adnan always takes care of me, he is awesome. The other staff are all friendly and are quick. I can deal with the reception desk removed, but I can see newcomers are clearly confused after they walk in and most of the time try to get the attention of the bar staff, while they have to talk to the reception staff that is all over the place as the reception desk is gone.

I had the worst experience in your hotel starting from the aggressiveness of the stuff dealing with customers in addition to all the lack of support or help with lots of bags, very bad taste of food, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST I MY STUFF WAS STOLEN FROM MY ROOM (A FACE MAKEUP PALLETE FROM SEPHORA) I REQUEST AN INVESTIGATION TO BE DONE AND FEEDBACK TO BE SENT TO ME IN ADDITION I WILL MAKE SURE THAT MY COMPANY PROCTER & GAMBLE WILL NEVER LET ANY OF OUR EMPLOYEES STAY IN ANY OF ACCOR GROUP HOTELS

Nice, comfortable room with most amenities being taken care of. No way to make a hot drink in the room or on the floor, though. And the breakfast was incredibly expensive for a very basic buffet.

The room is big enough and practical for a weekend when you do only want to sleep there. The comfort level is OK, however the room was quite cold and the tram could be heard even with closed windows.
