Outstanding! They allowed us to check in early. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a water bottle refill station in the lobby. However, my wife needed a hair dryer and the room did not have one.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The tram to the lake is across the street which only takes 10 min to reach the lake. Lots of restaurants around the hotel as well. Nice rooms and very clean. Parking is great downstairs under the hotel.

This was the only hotel in the region available with room accomodating 2 + 1 child. however, beds were not too confortable, and limited info on parking. we only slept there less than 6 hours, so no opinion.
