I only sleep in your hotel as such i did not have the time to use other accommodations or bar, but I noticed several areas for improvement: Parking: It would be helpful to inform guests during the reservation process that parking must be requested in advance if they are arriving by car. This was not clear to me, and I was surprised to learn that parking cost $20 per night, which I consider expensive. For comparison, it is $10 at Ramada La Praille, which is also very well located. Cleaning: My room was not cleaned despite my request. It was cleaned the following day, but the staff forgot to replace the water bottles. Overall, it seems that not much effort was made. Honestly, guests pay the same price whether cleaning is done or not. In addition, the breakfast area was dusty, including the plastic cover over the food. This was pretty bad. Reception: While some of your staff were very kind, one person criticized a customer in front of me. I would recommend avoiding this behavior. If they speak that way about a customer in front of others, it raises concerns about what might be said about guests in general. Overall, I believe these issues should be addressed to improve the guest experience.
