We use to go to Ibis Styles Carouge. The hotel is actually well managed continuously improving its offers to the customers. For some time now, the hotel has been serving lunch and dinner, offering a small but perfectly adequate selection of high-quality dishes. These are well presented and very reasonably priced, especially for a city like Geneva, which is the most expensive in Switzerland. The staff remain as efficient and friendly as ever.

offer and service are in line with the rate. The sink is really too tight. the water falls on the floor and this is definitively inconvenient

The stay was pleasant, the staff extraordinary friendly and the room was clean and quiet. Also easy to reach with public transport. Few things would have made it better for me: - Temperature in the room was not that easy to get right (felt too warm in the morning) - No option to refill my water bottle, besides the bathroom faucet. In 2025, I feel hotels should offer this. - Coffee & tea in the room: no decafinated options. Otherwise good value for money for Genève 🙏🏻

Staff need to be able to add loyalty scheme numbers to a booking without contacting a manager when the booking name and loyalty card name obviously match
