Room & Stay great, but no hand soap!

I regularly stay at Ibis Style Carouge to visit family. This time I asked for a room with a nice view and I had an amazing view from my room, I wish I could have spent more time there! However, there was NO hand soap in the room, I made management aware and requested hand soap after my check in; however, I was told that they ration it due to the COVID-19! I argued that this is exactly the reason why I really want hand soap in my room (and it is not convenient to reach into the shower to use showergel...). Anyhow, I was not given hand soap and suggested that I just use the disinfectant provided in the lobby - it was just bizarre, so I had to keep reaching into the shower to use the shower gel dispenser....

In corona times

If somebody does a Pre-Payment, you have to provide an invoice at the same time. Where is the soap to wash your hands in the bad room..... In the shower. In these time it is a no go..... You can definitely improve processes.

OK. There was a nice aroma in the hotel, some kind of perfume. But there was extremely dry air in the hotel room. My nose was bleeding in the morning because of such dry air.

It is a really nice hotel. Clear and stylish. It seems to have been recently renovated. The room was quite large, convenient. Nice and modern decoration. Basic, ibis-style furnuiture. The buffet breakfast was good. The tram stop is located opposite to the hotel. Easy to move to the east or west side of Geneve.
