Staff extremely helpful and professional. Room was spot on, spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious and continuously topped up. Location of hotel was perfect.

Love all the staff at the Carouge Ibis! We stay a few times a year but they always treat us like they see us every week! Great job guys! Hotel is always clean and breakfast is wonderful !

Reception staff were amazing and gave loads information about hotel and transport and any questions we had. Room was nice size, we asked for kettle and were given one asked for help with airport transfer as trams were off that day (no 12) staff couldn't have been any better.
