Air conditioning is not good . Control box seems to have issues

We are delighted that the hotel's location, the welcome, the breakfast, and the quality of service met your expectations. However, we are sincerely sorry for the malfunction of the air conditioning. This issue does not meet our standards, and we have had our technician check the control unit of the room you occupied. Your comment allows us to take immediate action to prevent any recurrence. Comfortable, great environment in the room and in the lobby/ restaurant areas. But most importantly the staff - all of them - were so nice to stay with. They made the stay extremely welcoming, comfortable and were such a help on our questions about various things.

Ibis Styles Genève is in a great location close to many restaurants. It has a Tram/Bus stop directly outside. The staff are all great.
