offer and service are in line with the rate. The sink is really too tight. the water falls on the floor and this is definitively inconvenient

The stay was pleasant, the staff extraordinary friendly and the room was clean and quiet. Also easy to reach with public transport. Few things would have made it better for me: - Temperature in the room was not that easy to get right (felt too warm in the morning) - No option to refill my water bottle, besides the bathroom faucet. In 2025, I feel hotels should offer this. - Coffee & tea in the room: no decafinated options. Otherwise good value for money for Genève 🙏🏻

Very warm welcome from the staff. Room simple but clean and functional. Breakfast simple as well, but food was fresh and with high quality. Very nice and fun to stay at the hall drinking a beer and playing pool.
