I stayed here on two occasions while visiting my daughter who lives nearby. It was so friendly and comfortable! The room had everything I needed with an excellent shower. The bed was comfortable. All fairly basic but extremely clean and complete. Those behind the desk were helpful and approachable. Breakfast was very good with a friendly and helpful waitress. Tram stop outside the door takes you to central Geneva.

The hotel is very nicely decorated, the staff is quite helpful and friendly. It is very good that they have a restaurant directly on the hotel, so even if you can't order "room service" you can call them with your order and they will call you back when it is ready. The rooms are clean and comfortable as well and with a good amount of natural light.
