I stayed in this hotel many times over the years. Short stays. General impression: the level dropped since last visit. Noticeable in breakfast area (disorganized). Coffee machine had a known issue to the staff but no signs to warn customers and use the other machine.

Everything was ok, except the breakfast. Really not great. A lot of dirty tables, a lot of missing items. We showed up at 10.30am, breakfast is supposed to end at 11am; we should have access to almost all items on the menu

Having stayed in Ibis Styles (Troyes and Beaune: both really good) this one was a huge let down really. Parking, access and staff all great. Room though; smelled badly of ‘toilet drain problems.’ It was extremely hot (28’) with no air conditioning or fans. By opening the window the allowable 10cm it eventually cooled by about 4am. The room was also overcrowded with three single beds. We had booked a simple double. The normally great breakfast was lacklustre with nothing hot in offer at all. So, after good times elsewhere, this was pretty bad.
