Was a bit worried on arrival when a homeless man wandered into the lobby in front of me but the staff dealt with him.with kindness and sympathy. So knew all was going to be fine. Room was clean and a good size. Toilet not one of the lBIS pods so even better. Bed comfy shower good. Breakfast ok but then Unexpected that. Only slight niggles? Hotel is a bit out of the main city centre so a short stroll and not that easy to find. Not a lot locally so a short walk into town for best bars eateries etc. Not the greatest range of drinks at the bar either, but solid stay so will be back

The hotel was easy to find and close to New Street Station, the Centre of Birmingham, Museums and the Jewellery Quarter. The twin room had good size comfortable beds , and there was plenty of room for two people and their luggage in the room. The shower was very good. The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. We did not eat at the hotel as we had made other arrangements.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from New Street and Snow Hill stations and 5 minutes from a tram stop. Check in staff very friendly and went out of their way to honour my request for a high floor. Room was ok and the bar of chocolate much appreciated after a long day.
