Our hotel was changed by yourselves as we didn’t want to stay in a city centre location. The room was fine and the general facilities good. But did not appreciate having to pay for parking.

Hello, we are pleased that you enjoyed the comfort of the room. Concerning the car park, we are only in partnership with the underground car park ‘indigo’, we take care of it from 11pm to 6am. Outside these hours you must pay for parking. Do not hesitate to ask for more information at reception next time you travel.

Good location. Reasonable sized room with a view of the canal. Great secure parking at the centre behind the hotel. Good breakfast but on day 2 the service team were having a break rather than replenishing breakfast.

It is simple and spotless. It is wonderful the staff is fantastic. I had just left a filthy hotel in London with bugs, plumbing problems horrible staff and this place was what made our trip.. If I could give it a 10/5 The decor is basic but the place is new updated and spotless clean... I would totally go back

We booked this hotel to overnight before meeting a cycling tour group. I am sorry that I should have arrived a few days earlier to enjoy more of Caen as this hotel is perfectly located. Close to the train station, close to great restaurants and shopping. Public transportation is easily accessible. The room has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was welcoming and very hospitable. I would certainly stay again.
