À mon arrivée, j’avais réservé une chambre avec un lit double. On m’attribue une chambre avec deux lits simples. L’hôtel étant complet, la seule “solution” proposée a été de coller les deux lits pour en faire un double… Pas l’idéal, mais bon. Et ceci, après avoir quand même exprimé mon contentement à l’accueil. Le soir, impossible de manger à l’heure prévue : on m’a demandé de revenir plus tard à cause d’un groupe. Quand je reviens enfin, il ne reste qu’un demi coquelet (sec et sans goût), et un dessert à la texture plus proche d’un caillou. de plus, la porte de la cuisine, reste ouverte tout le long du service, et l’on peut entendre des bruits de gamelles d’assiette, ce qui n’est vraiment pas plaisant lorsqu’on veut manger tranquillement. Service clairement pas à la hauteur. Ce genre d’expérience laisse un goût amer, littéralement et figurativement. Je voudrais qu’on me rembourse ce séjour pour faire passer la pilule. Je dors quatre nuits par semaine à l’hôtel, et de moins en moins dans les ibis à cause de ce genre de problème.
