My stay was satisfactory - nothing was too bad. The location within Caen is not great if you want to walk - but the hotel is very nicely connected to the public transport network. The highway is a little loud with the window open, but the windows are nicely soundproofed when closed. There is a vent under the window, which was making the room quite cold. Luckily there is a regulated space heater which was quite adequate. The staff was very nice, cleanliness was OK for an Ibis brand hotel and overall it was a satisfactory stay. I slightly missed a proper wardrobe, since there is just a bar for hangers. Would make unpacking and dressing a little easier.

We had travelled 10 hours. Chose this hotel as it had a restaurant. Restaurant was open but they wouldn't accommodate us as had a group in. Despite saying they were too busy they were cleaning at 9pm. Very poor.
