Regarding the shower cubicle, it meets the standards of a 2-star economy hotel. We understand, however, that you may find it small. We are sorry that you were disturbed by noise from other guests. We would nevertheless like to clarify your comment about our staff and the yoghurt. We had explained to you that we were waiting for a delivery. As soon as it arrived, our staff were happy to bring you the yoghurt you had requested. This was therefore in no way due to a lack of experience on the part of our staff — quite the contrary. Our team always does its utmost to respond to our guests’ requests, even when circumstances beyond our control may cause a delay. Regarding breakfast, it is available for €9.50 and is all-you-can-eat. It includes: Coffee, tea and hot drinks Orange juice and apple juice Croissants and pain au chocolat Waffles Cake Sliced bread and brioche Turkey slices 2 varieties of cheese, including one organic option Salted and unsalted butter Cold milk and oat milk Fruit salad Apple compote Fromage blanc Orange segments and fresh fruit Cereals, including one organic and one gluten-free option Gluten-free bread on request Strawberry and apricot jams Chocolate spread Speculoos spread Honey and agave syrup Hard-boiled eggs Regarding mugs, it is true that at ibis budget hotels we do not provide mugs at breakfast, in line with the usual facilities of our hotel category. However, please do not hesitate to let us know during your next stay with us. We will be delighted to put one aside for you so that you can have one ready each time you visit us. We are sorry that our breakfast did not meet your expectations, but we hope these explanations provide a better understanding of how we operate. We are sorry that the heat in the room made it difficult for you to sleep, particularly before your ferry departure. Our hotel is not equipped with air conditioning and, at no point during the booking process, is it stated that the hotel has air conditioning. However, fans are available free of charge at reception upon request. We are nevertheless pleased that you appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as well as the easy check-in and check-out process.
