I needed to book a couple of rooms in a particular location for a weekend and actually thought that I was booking a different Ibis closeby, not realising that there was a different grade of hotel of the same brand within the vicinity. Having arrived, the greeting was friendly and helpful, the room, although not incredibly spacious, was well presented and clean. The bed was comfortable, but the shower extremely bijou. The staff were wonderful and for this grade of hotel I'm sure it is a little gem. No frills and inexpensive. I would thoroughly recommend if this is level of accommodation you are seeking.

We were greeted by an absolutely delightful lady (Annick?) (10.30pm Thursday 21.5) who represented the individual hotel, and the ALL group exceptionally well. Our stay was really good, considering the hotel is budget. Every need of the traveller has been considered, grounds very well kept, building and room spotless. As we frequently return to the UK via Caen we will most certainly stay again. Thank you!

A very good place to stay having just got off a late ferry from Portsmouth.

Well we did expect something better than a dark small room with no AC.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our rooms are standard size for a 2-star hotel and correspond to the description provided at the time of booking. Regarding air conditioning, it is not mentioned anywhere that the property is equipped with it. In Normandy, especially in May, air conditioning is generally not considered necessary given the typically mild temperatures. We are nevertheless sorry that you did not feel comfortable during your stay and wish you all the best for your future travels.
