Friendly staff, great breakfast, ideally located for Ouistreham ferry. Hotel has a few family rooms that can accomodate 5 people, which is not often the case elsewhere, so this is good value for our family.

The room was basic but perfectly adequate for a night's stay. We have stayed in Ibis Budget hotels before and had the same problem here as in other establishments: it is very easy to hit your head on the bunk bed that is over the double bed. I managed to do this 3 times and my partner once.

I would recommend this hotel, especially for travellers like us. We were able to book easily online, check in late, it was easy to find and park, the area felt safe, the service was really friendly, The room was comfortable and clean, As well as quiet. The whole place had a refreshing feel and breakfast was delicious. The manager was very helpful, checking if there were any problems. Thank you

We've stayed 3 times, unfortunately last night the room was very cold. I had asked twice for the hearing to be turned up , but the radiator remained cold.
