As usual access late from the ferry was simplicity itself using code provided. The beds are generous in size and exceptionally comfortable for a good night's sleep. The property is always " tout propre" with unlimited super hot water. Always enjoy our stays at this well placed hotel (large supermarket within walking distance).

Have used this hotel before which is well located and easy together to from the ferry.

Ideal for a one night stay before catching the ferry to England. The room was spotlessly clean.Beds are comfortable.Very good value for money. Ideally placed for the commercial center where can eat drink,shop and refuel the car.

When we arrived we used the booking-in machine to find out we were in room 304. My wife is 73 and I am 72. Stairs without a lift.....not a good idea. I went and talked to reception and eventually was moved to room 104 (disabled room). Suggest your booking format includes a 'date of birth' so that you can appoint a suitable room to stay. There was a thunderstorm on the night we stayed. The roof leaked just at the base of the bed. My wife nearly slipped right over on the water, she only saved herself by grabbing the bed end! The washbasin tap was not even half tight into the basin. Poor room check? I know it is termed a budget hotel but the standard was poor. We won't be staying at this paticular Accor hotel again but hope we get a better deal at our next one.

Very comfortable with TV, French door onto car park. Very pleasant accommodating staff. Clean and convenient

Excellently located hotel adjacent to a large hypermarket and local shops and restaurants. Tidy clean and great value for money. Very good location for ferry travelers from or to Ouistraham. Good reception greeting and excellent vending facilities for late arrivals

Good Basic well run Hotel very convient for overnight stay prior or post ferry crossing. Quite busy, very quiet, large shopping centere very near. Relatively easy to find using satnav though location could be improved. This was my second visit. Will use again.

Helpful staff clean and tidy premises and good value for money

... however isn't value for money, everything is of very poor quality, the bathroom fan was filthy and didn't stop making a noise all night, only 2 towels provided for 2 people- no hand towel nor shower mat given. I wouldn't recommend. I wasted a lot of time on several phone calls to confirm this room as we were arriving late at night- should have been an easy process but it wasn't :(

After a gruelling 7 hour journey to reach Caen, a fabulous comfortable night spent in Herouville. Facilities are just what was needed, a very comfortable bed, and spacious room close to Ouisterheme ready for the very early morning boat home. Great, easy location. Our second stay there and we will book again next summer.

We have stayed here before and been very satisfied - it's a very convenient location if you are getting the Caen ferry the next day. However on this occasion it was spoiled by the excessive noise from other occupants, which lasted until 2am. (I think they may have been long-term occupants rather than regular guests).

Have stayed here many times. 15 minutes from Ouistreham ferry terminal.

Fair. Shower too small. Not keen on leaving door window open at night for ventilation on ground level. Breakfast adequate. Still awaiting refund of the cancelled booking made in July

Very poor maintanance, lights not working, lock on door not working, no handle of lock on bathroom door, floor worn out. The bed was clean and that is the only positive.
