Thank you very much for this lovely review and for the excellent rating! 😊 We are delighted that the adjoining rooms were perfect for your family stay and that you enjoyed our breakfast. As our reception is open 24/7, we are always happy to welcome our guests, even when they arrive late. Regarding the heat, we are sorry for this small inconvenience. Our hotel does not have air conditioning, but fans are available free of charge at reception upon request. With the high temperatures we are currently experiencing, we are doing our very best to keep the rooms as cool as possible. It's been a few years since we began to use this hotel before taking the ferry to Portsmouth then staying over again on our return journey. The bedding is comfortable and the room adequately fills our needs. The staff at reception whom we now recognise are always pleasant and helpful. In addition the breakfast is very good and we always find what we need. Thank you once again for a comfortable stay.
