I cannot recommend this hotel due to a significant lack of communication regarding their parking. We parked in the 'private' area out front, only to have our car towed on Sunday for a local market that the hotel never mentioned. This 'oversight' cost us over 200€! When we sought assistance, the hotel staff was unprofessional and rude rather than apologetic. A very costly and unpleasant stay

We would like to clarify that there is a clearly visible sign at reception indicating where parking is permitted on Saturday nights ahead of the Sunday market. Unfortunately, vehicles parked in restricted areas are subject to local enforcement, which is outside of the hotel’s responsibility and control. When ask for assistance, our team provides the available support by indicating the location of the police station, as we are not authorized to intervene in towing decisions or related fees. We regret the inconvenience caused, but we did communicate the parking information on-site and followed appropriate procedure. We once again apologise for the incovenience. Very disappointing return visit

Third time at this hotel. First couple of times the stay was very pleasant. This time we decided to stay for longer to explore the area. A bit disappointed. We paid the rate for three nights. On arrival the room was perfect was presentable but no shampoo or body lotion. I thought they would notice the next morning. The shampoo and body lotion were still empty. The mini bar with complimentary soft drinks was half the day before. The next day on return it was a basic clean. No shampoo or lotion and a tin of 309ml of water left in the fridge and no tea!!!!
