Very disappointing return visit

Third time at this hotel. First couple of times the stay was very pleasant. This time we decided to stay for longer to explore the area. A bit disappointed. We paid the rate for three nights. On arrival the room was perfect was presentable but no shampoo or body lotion. I thought they would notice the next morning. The shampoo and body lotion were still empty. The mini bar with complimentary soft drinks was half the day before. The next day on return it was a basic clean. No shampoo or lotion and a tin of 309ml of water left in the fridge and no tea!!!!

Another warm welcome and easy check-in Spacious bedroom with lots of electrical points - although could have done with one in the bathroom. Copious breakfast served until 10.30 at the weekend. Easy parking with simple entry and exit whenever taking the car out. Lots and lots of restaurants - even on a Sunday night - within walking distance of the hotel. Have stayed here before and look forward to returning in the future. Sorry I had to go!!!

Sensible on-line check-in. A little disappointed with reception desk - a couple of staff present, was clearly standing waiting but they chose to greet two different clients before attending to us. Perhaps there is a priority system for French nationals? Declined breakfast but was still invoiced along with on-line receipt. This was speedily rectified at check-out, thank you.
