Helpful reception staff comfortable rooms, good breakfast with local produce (U.K. hotels can’t manage this without fleecing its customers) underground car parking. Electric vehicle charging although some non electric cars hogged some of these - maybe bigger signs to warn off other vehicles would be helpful. The hotel is opposite a marina so an attractive setting for an inner city hotel. The centre of Caen is a mixture of old and new as it was subject to a lot of allied bombing. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Everyone in town was very friendly. I would definitely go back. I noticed some reviews complain about the colour of the paint in the rooms. Some people would complain about anything. We had a very enjoyable stay, the beds were comfortable, toiletries - Nuxe Rêve de Miel, which we tried to buy in town but the exact hair and body gel wasn’t available, room safe, large tv, lots of hot water. Lovely.

The second Accor marketed hotel in France. No welcome drink again, no Milk in room or power to make a white coffee. Room was comfortable, clean and tidy. Twin room with separate toilet and shower and would say the room could be better utilised. Breakfast good and very busy. Overall satisfied but not sure what is going on with status drinks in France!

In order to diminish food waste, we choose not to leave milk in the guest fridges. However, our reception desk is open 24/7 and we would be more than happy to provide you with a S. pitcher of milk to keep in your room. Please don't hesitate to bring a forgotten welcome drink to our attention as well! Error is human and we don't, by any means, wish by any means to deprive you of your welcome drink.
