For a 4 star hotel few things were missing - room service (everything you ask was a self service) - Sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable - Parking should have been free but wasn’t - Gym wasn’t great, lacked basic equipments - Lack of drinking water provided in the room

Your comments regarding the sofa bed comfort, gym equipment, room service concept and in-room water amenities have been carefully noted and will be shared with the relevant teams as part of our continuous improvement process. Regarding the parking, we would like to clarify that public parking spaces are available around the hotel and are free overnight from 7:00 pm until 9:00 am. We also offer a private underground parking for guests seeking additional convenience and security, at a rate of 16€ per night. Room too warm even with window open . Centrally controlled A/C not a good choice Plastic mattress protector noisy and made me sweaty
