Dear Juan, We are sorry to hear that your stay was disappointing. We would like to clarify that there is a clearly visible sign at reception indicating where parking is permitted on Saturday nights ahead of the Sunday market. Unfortunately, vehicles parked in restricted areas are subject to local enforcement, which is outside of the hotel’s responsibility and control. When ask for assistance, our team provides the available support by indicating the location of the police station, as we are not authorized to intervene in towing decisions or related fees. We regret the inconvenience caused, but we did communicate the parking information on-site and followed appropriate procedure. We once again apologise for the incovenience.
