The staff were great, I’ve got only positive feedback for them, but the room was so humid, everything felt so moist. The bed sheets and the blankets made me sweat every single night, although we kept the window open. Overall, the thermal insulation of the building combined with the mattresses were the worst part. Apart from that the personnel were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fine.

Great receptionist - thanks Kelsey. Minor issues: Bathroom could do with a couple of hooks for towels. Not enough lighting, but that seems to be compulsory in hotels these days.

Upon arrival the toilet was NOT flushed, …. the carton cup in the batroom was used. Not so nice experience
