An amazing location in a very well maintained property. Clean rooms, plenty of hot water, an amazing location. Breakfast had a nice variety and was kept well stocked through the morning. The minimal staff interaction we had was excellent; staff on check in in particular was helpful. Very satisfied; will absolutely there again.

Room clean and well appointed. Unfortunately after unpacking found that the sink was leaking on towels underneath. Reported to reception who said it would be looked at in the morning. We were offered another room but were prepared to wait for the fix. Next day the plumber had attended but it still leaked. Plumber came again and fitted new part but after he left it still leaked albeit less. The first evening we went to have our showers. The shower gel ran out whilst my husband was showering so he had to use the hand soap. Reported to reception who said it would be sorted. Went to shower the next morning and could not dispense the soap so we both showered with hand soap. Reported again. a new dispenser was fitted so that evening we were able to shower properly. Wish we had changed rooms. this does not reflect at all on reception staff who were most helpful.

All the basics were supplied and worked and the aircon was appreciated and the breakfast excellent. However the room did not have adequate storage space, there was no hair conditioner and the washbasin was a strange design, useless for wet shaving, and time consuming to clean after use. A small washbasin in the toilet would be more hygienic.
