Dear Eileen L., Thank you for your feedback. We understand that finding the hotel was challenging, but please note that the local roadworks in Caen are unfortunately beyond our control. Regarding the Wi-Fi, we offer two types of connections: the first provides uninterrupted access for 24 hours, which you chose during your stay.
