The facility is old, bed for third person was not ready, facility in the bathroom not worthy of 4 star nor is the room interior. Noisy environment. I've been in other Novotel before and it was nothing like this one. Experience is not consistent but the price is still high.

Regarding the barrier code, we apologize for not mentioning it at check-in. However, please note that the code is displayed in three different places in the hotel lobby.
