The room was nice and the facilities were clean. However, I think you should take a closer look at how some of your staff treat guests. One of the waiters was quite impolite and asked me to leave the dining room, even though I repeatedly explained that I was part of the tour group that had just arrived that evening. What I found frustrating was that only after another guest from the same group (an American man) confirmed that I was with them, I was finally allowed to stay. It gave me the impression that my word alone wasn’t enough, which was disappointing.

The facility is old, bed for third person was not ready, facility in the bathroom not worthy of 4 star nor is the room interior. Noisy environment. I've been in other Novotel before and it was nothing like this one. Experience is not consistent but the price is still high.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the third bed not being ready upon your arrival. Fortunately, our reception team was able to resolve this issue promptly. We are aware that our establishment could use some refreshing, and we are pleased to inform you that renovation plans are already underway. Regarding the barrier code, we apologize for not mentioning it at check-in. However, please note that the code is displayed in three different places in the hotel lobby.
