We are delighted to read that you appreciated the friendliness of our team, the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of our rooms, and the quality of our restaurant. However, we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Regarding the noise you mentioned, after our technician checked, no malfunction or noise disturbance was found with the air conditioning units. Furthermore, the units are not located in the immediate vicinity of the room you occupied. Please note that our reception is open 24/7, and our staff remains available throughout your stay to assist you if needed and ensure your comfort. Regarding the e-cigarette in the restaurant, we apologize. We immediately reminded our staff of the importance of strictly enforcing the ban on vaping inside the hotel. Please be assured that we will be extra vigilant on this point to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
