I am pleased to read that you appreciated the warm welcome and helpfulness of our receptionist. I will be sure to share your kind comments with her. However, I sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused by the closure of our restaurant during your stay. I completely understand your frustration, especially as the availability of an on-site restaurant was one of the reasons you chose our hotel. Please allow me to mention that our restaurant opening days and hours are indicated on our website and booking information. Nevertheless, your comments show us that this information may not always be sufficiently visible during the booking process, and we will review how we can make it clearer to help avoid this type of disappointment in the future. I also regret that you had to look elsewhere for dinner and that your evening did not meet your expectations. While our reception team did their best to recommend nearby restaurants, I understand this was not the experience you had planned. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
