Our room , 125, was very clean and comfortable with an excellent tv screen for the rugby. Good parking. Very dissapointed that the restaurant was closed on a Saturday night. The staff who greeted us on arrival and departure were charming, friendly and professional. We have stayed here before and will stay again but would appreciate on site restarant/bistro facilities.

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel. People were very nice and very helpful. Hotel in itself is nice and clean. Rooms are large. Very good restaurant. However, my room was just behind air conditioner engines, resulting in a terrible noise all night. Also, employees must enforce rules regarding e-cigarette in the restaurant, this is not acceptable to eat next to smoking people...

Regarding the noise you mentioned, after our technician checked, no malfunction or noise disturbance was found with the air conditioning units. Furthermore, the units are not located in the immediate vicinity of the room you occupied. Please note that our reception is open 24/7, and our staff remains available throughout your stay to assist you if needed and ensure your comfort. Regarding the e-cigarette in the restaurant, we apologize. We immediately reminded our staff of the importance of strictly enforcing the ban on vaping inside the hotel. Please be assured that we will be extra vigilant on this point to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
