Excellent stay from arrival to departure, superb quick and efficient staff immediately on hand, clean, tidy and very comfortable room. Friendly staff in Oscars bar. Special mention to Tom who immediately recognised me and greeted me upon arrival, a great welcome back. Also to the brilliant Laurine who also welcomed me back and checked me in at a super quick rate. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming to chat with.

Nobody at front desk. Room was tiny, barely enough room to get around. Not even a luggage stand. Bar was quite friendly. We stayed because they accept large dogs. That's it.

I booked this hotel because I wanted a central place to stay with my father where we could explore the city without needing a car. The room was clean and the staff friendly. They were kind to my father, who doesn't speak any French. We both enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated (from an ecological prospective) the fact that the sheets and towels weren't automatically washed everyday.
