Nice hotel, good location and nice staff, only downside was I got an email on the morning I was due to leave saying I would be charged for 4 breakfasts which we didn’t have. I sorted it at reception but was told we always do that, not great.

Great staff from Tom on front of house, Laurine for enquiring numerous times if my stay was going well. The bar manager who was there in seconds to always serve and with a friendly approach. A great team at the hotel added to a superb stay.

Room comfortable and quiet; improvements would be a better chair in room & coffee/tea making facilities. Breakfast very good. Decor around the hotel really lovely. Nice bar. Very friendly staff.
