This was my fourth stay of the year at the Ibis Caen Centre. Immediately as I walked through the door I was given a warm welcome and reception by familiar faces of staff. Laurine greeted me and I was checked in within 30 seconds! The staff always make time to speak to you, friendly hello’s and waves. You are made to feel valued here as a guest. They cant do enough to help you.

Excellent stay from arrival to departure, superb quick and efficient staff immediately on hand, clean, tidy and very comfortable room. Friendly staff in Oscars bar. Special mention to Tom who immediately recognised me and greeted me upon arrival, a great welcome back. Also to the brilliant Laurine who also welcomed me back and checked me in at a super quick rate. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming to chat with.
