Everything was great, but you can hear almost everything from the rooms around you. The service at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Everything was super clean.

Location is a very important factor when traveling and staying close to your workplace. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager was especially welcoming, and the trainee, Hiba, always had a smile on her face. The room was quite small and dark, but overall, I had a satisfactory stay at ibis budget Strasbourg.

Large party of school children running about the corridor slamming doors most of the night

We understand how disruptive the noise in the corridors and the slamming of doors must have been, and we regret that this negatively impacted your comfort and overall experience. We always try our best to make sure groups respect the hotel rules and other guests, but unfortunately the situation was more disruptive than it should have been that night. I was very pleased with the hotel. It was clean and very tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was fantastic. You're in the center after a 5-10 minute walk. I'm sure I'll choose it again when I return.
