I liked the central location, the room was good, clean. Needed charging plugs next to the bed but otherwise everything one needs was there. Kind and friendly staff at reception. Easy access to wifi.

The bunk bed was inaccessible by the ladder from any place in the room. Only way to get to the bunk bed was by jumping up from the lower bed which my son found OK but I did not. The bed sheets were tainted and dirty. I have pictures of both.
Convenient budget accommodation

Very convenient location right across the square from the central train station. My double room in the back of the building was very quiet. Pros: very comfortable bed, lots of power outlets; the bathroom was OK. Cons: no shelves to store things — you literally have to live out of your suitcase. However, for the price paid it was pe,rfectly OK.

I still remember what I booked is a double bed with a bunk bed, but the room that I got eventually is a double bed which is in a tiny room. The reception said there’s no my name in the list of today, even asked me to show the confirmation of booking. Even didn’t check my passport for identifying my personal information. Today i booked the room on ibis official website, not via other agents or booking websites. I don’t think the process is proper and I felt really bad for my first stay in Ibis from Accor.
