we had a room for 3 adults and it was very good. It featured one large bed and a separate twin bed. The bathroom was a bit small tho.

We stayed for 2 nights in family room. Aircondition didn’t work and we stayed during heat wave. We all didn’t sleep at all since the room temperature was around 30 degrees. We couldn’t opet the windows because our room was on a the first floor and the noise coming from the outside was unbearably loud. The bathroom was so tiny that you could barely move. Only positive thing were receptionists who were really polite and in a good mood. Would not recommend.

During a heat wave my daughter wife and I transferred from an AirBnB to Ibis Budget because they said I was air conditioned. The air conditioning was ineffective and the room was so hot it was nearly impossible to sleep

The hotel was centrally located. When we arrived, we saw that a large group of schoolchildren were checking in, so we were worried that it would be noisy in the evening. However, from our room, we couldn't hear a thing. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. It's not luxury accommodation, but it does the job perfectly.

Location is a very important factor when traveling and staying close to your workplace. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager was especially welcoming, and the trainee, Hiba, always had a smile on her face. The room was quite small and dark, but overall, I had a satisfactory stay at ibis budget Strasbourg.

Large party of school children running about the corridor slamming doors most of the night

We understand how disruptive the noise in the corridors and the slamming of doors must have been, and we regret that this negatively impacted your comfort and overall experience. Great service by Fernanda at the reception desk! Excellent location, in front of the train station and close to the historic center. The shower stall door needs repair because water leaks onto the bathroom floor and floods it.
