Very convenient location close to the train station, making it easy to get around. The family room for three was spacious with a large bathroom, but the double room felt very small with almost no space to open luggage. A kettle can be borrowed from the hotel. We experienced an issue with the bathroom, as water leaked from the shower area and there was no proper drainage, leaving the bathroom floor wet. Luggage storage is available in a dedicated storage room, which is useful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing good information and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Many main attractions are within easy walking distance.

I found the location convenient, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. I found the beds and pillows comfortable. They provided plenty of towels. I would definitely stay there again and would try other Ibis Hotels.

the cafe service started very early (about 5 am to my guess) and was extremely loud, keeping me up all morning. they were yelling, stomping, and clanking a lot. there was also mold around the shower.

Our breakfast service starts early in order to accommodate guests with very early departures. That said, we regret that the activity created excessive noise and disturbed your rest this is not the experience we aim to provide. We will remind our team of the importance of remaining as quiet as possible during early hours. Regarding the shower, we are very sorry for this oversight. This has been reported to our housekeeping team so it can be addressed promptly. Great location, very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the room had no wardrobe for clothes, and the shower cabin leaked a little. Overall, still a pleasant stay.
