Great service by Fernanda at the reception desk! Excellent location, in front of the train station and close to the historic center. The shower stall door needs repair because water leaks onto the bathroom floor and floods it.

We had a very pleasant stay, very welcoming and accommodating staff, only breakfast could have had a little better flow logistically.

Hotel is in an excellent location, room was spacious and clean and there was even a tiny little balcony. Beds were comfortable, and staff were friendly. Overall no complaints and would recommend!

Staff was polite. Room was clean. A/C did not work properly, no wash cloths, no safe in room, no phone in room. Bare bones accommodation.

Sir, thank you for taking your time to leave your comments ! Normally, the ibis Budget hotels do not have phones in the room. Same goes for the cloths and safe. Regarding the wifi, you have to connect every 24h and not when you leave the hotel and come back, unless you have your data on. Otherwise, you can have a connection during the whole time of your stay if you create an Accor account. We would have been more than happy to explain all of that to you during your stay ! Hope to see you in Strasbourg again!
