The location is unbeatable, right in front of the main train station. Staff were accommodating and gave assistance that was more than what was expected. Room was clean, and just appropriate for a short stay, in our case, 3 nights.

Room smelled of smoke. TV didn't work. Shower leaked. Room key stopped working every single day.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. We are sorry to learn that certain aspects of your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the smell of smoke, we did address this matter together during your stay and confirmed that it was coming from a neighboring room. The situation was handled immediately: the guests concerned were reminded of our non-smoking policy and stopped smoking in their room, which resolved the issue. Concerning the television and the shower, we regret that these matters were not reported to the reception during your stay. A quick visit or call to our front desk would have allowed us to resolve both issues within minutes. As for the room key, it was being demagnetized due to its proximity to a mobile phone, which can indeed cause the card to deactivate. This explains why it needed to be reactivated daily, as it was unintentionally demagnetized again. We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with a more seamless experience. Kind regards, Yasser

Very convenient location close to the train station, making it easy to get around. The family room for three was spacious with a large bathroom, but the double room felt very small with almost no space to open luggage. A kettle can be borrowed from the hotel. We experienced an issue with the bathroom, as water leaked from the shower area and there was no proper drainage, leaving the bathroom floor wet. Luggage storage is available in a dedicated storage room, which is useful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing good information and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Many main attractions are within easy walking distance.

The toilet is leaking. And the breakfast really limited. Will not stay here again.

I had a balcony with view of the train station - amazing sunset. We spent 2 days there and we will return. Breakfast might get a bit busy and not the most diverse - but still did the job.
