My stay was excellent. The Front Desk was very helpful, which was very much appreciated! My only negative comment is that my “nonsmoking room” (605) smelled extremely like cigarettes 🚬. ☹️ Otherwise, the location, the room and breakfast were excellent. I hope to stay there again one day.

The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. The breakfast has a wide range of choice. The staff at the reception has an eye on who is entering.

Overpriced hotel with small bedrooms and even smaller bathrooms. Very very basic facilities.my room was as the front and as a consequence very noisy due to the tram line despite the window being closed. The cooling system was set at its lowest level but the room was still too hot at night. There are far better and cheaper hotels around just avoid weeks when Parliament is sitting. I would not stay here again.
