Great location as we were travelling by train - close enough to station and Petite France. Staff were friendly and helped store our luggage when we checked out. We we really appreciated the air con during a hot summer.

Excellent location, room was small and aircon not effecient during heatwave which made the night uncomfortable. Beds comfy but pillows again pooor. Mixed feelings about this one.

The room was small but fine. Loud neighbors, didnt realize the lobby coffee wasn't included. Overall it was fine though.

You could hear all the noise from the guest in the room next door through the shut connecting door. Consider some noise isolation in the space between the doors

Very small room and located on a noisy street, which made it hard to rest. The biggest issue was the bathroom tap—there was no option for cold water, which is unacceptable

Everything worked well. Hotel was nice and clean, people were friendly. We bought breakfast to our son who studies in Strasbourg for all three mornings that we spent there. The price of a breakfast for a nonstaying person was extremely high although we didn't complain about it there. Otherwise we were really satisfied.

It was overall nice experience. Well located. Everything is nearby. Staff was helpful. Only issues I had smell of smoke in my room at night. Probably someone was smoking and it came through ventilation.

As I said above, the room was clean and the location was good but basic amenities like hand towels and tissues were missing. Also, the lightbulb in the bedside table lamp had burnt out. I asked for it to be replaced and that didn’t happen. Also, a safe would have been nice.
