Advertised as well located, it is not far from the center of the city but the street is squatted by riffraff smoking weed. The closely surrounding area is dark and dirty. The establishment itself is not well maintained, some basic renovations were never made and it shows: pilling paint on doors and old appliance. The cleaning service is apparently also left aside :/ The breakfast is below average, even compared to other Ibis establishments. Still, they charge a premium for an aging establishment. It felt like paying the price of a 4 stars to stay in a 2 stars (and I'm being nice here).

The elevator was broken-down, and it was really tiring to climb the stairs at the end of the day up to the 5th floor. The breakfast is good.

Hello Club member, I prefer to stay at ibis for a long time, the room we stayed for the first time disappointed me. There was an intense odour, especially coming from the toilet. It was very disturbing especially in terms of hygiene and odour of the room. On the other hand, the staff was interested and friendly. Breakfast was adequate. I would not choose this hotel again when I come to Strasbourg.
