Positive: The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which is convenient and central. Room: The room design and furniture were satisfactory at best, but nothing special or memorable. Overall, the room did not meet expectations for comfort or attention to detail. Service & Experience (Negative): Unfortunately, the overall experience was very poor and disappointing. At check-in, no information was provided whatsoever. There was no explanation of the hotel amenities, services, or any guidance for guests. We were not informed about complimentary offerings, including free coffee and water, which were apparently available around the corner from the reception desk but not visible or clearly marked. As first-time guests, we had no way of knowing this and ended up purchasing coffee and water outside the hotel every day—something that could have been easily avoided with basic communication at check-in. We were also told nothing about a complimentary seasonal welcome hot wine, which we later learned existed but was never offered or mentioned. A simple welcome gesture would have made a difference, especially during the holiday season. Housekeeping was another major issue. The room was not properly cleaned, even after requesting cleaning twice. We wasted an entire day waiting for housekeeping to arrive. To make matters worse, large piles of dirty sheets and towels were left outside our room door for the entire day, creating an unpleasant and unhygienic hallway environment. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of category. The check-in staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which set the tone for the stay. There was no sense of hospitality, warmth, or guest care throughout our visit. Overall: This was a terrible experience overall. Aside from the location, nothing justified staying at this hotel. With so many beautiful hotels offering professional service and genuine hospitality, there is simply no reason to choose a property with such poor service standards. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
