The room is old and in dire need of a renovation as with the whole hotel - only the lobby seems well kept. The AC vents had at least 2mm of dust caked up, which of course would blow into the room and into our lungs. At first inspection I found a 1 cm2 blood stain on the (newly changed) sheets. Further, as I was trying to fasten a buzzing light bulb, the light bulb collapsed in my hand (it split in two - one half in my hand, the other half still in the lamp), leaving lead connections exposed. This was - mind you - the bedside lamp where my children bed was. I asked the hotel to have someone replace this and they say NOBODY WOULD BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. Like, changing a lightbulb or removing a half exposed one is not a risk to safety. The welcome drink was a vast assortment of - as per the waiter - anything on the menu. then I went and chose a glass of wine, which... wasn't available. in the end, the welcome drink was either soft drink or water. I won't be back again and will definitely reconsider my choices of hotel.
