Fantastic stay once again. Comfortable hotel with everything you need. Straight across from the station, bus stops and the trams. Restaurants, bakeries, shops, all close by as is a mini supermarket. Our 3rd stay, won't be our last.

Poor value for money. The breakfast selection was quite limited. I would suggest that staff on breakfast wait until guests have moved away before restocking, rather than rushing people and asking them to move. The elevators could also be better programmed, as the waiting time is quite long despite the hotel having two elevators.

We got a family suite with nothing inside. No fridge no water heater no coffee nor drinking glasses. No hand towels even. The user experience or target market was not thought through and didn’t really consider the overnight needs of a family with a baby. We had to go down to reception to ask to use the fridge to cool or warm the milk.

I chose this hotel for the quality to price ratio. As well as the location. Right in front of the train station and 5 min walk into the town.

There is a problem with Accor group hotels across Europe - no English language channels on the TV. The list has a number of news channels but all show "no signal". This problem has been around for many years.
