A last minute booking with a reasonable price and good location for my family. We added breakfast during our booking, which could not be cancelled upon check-in after we changed our mind; not a huge issue. However, we asked for private parking for a high van in advance during our booking. It was only upon arrival that we were told all parking in Strasbourg is 1.9m. Unfortunately there was no solution (front desk did suggest something that was 15 minutes away by car) so we had to find our own parking.

I was very satisfied with your hotel. I had a wonderful view towards the center of Strasbourg, the bed was very good and there was hot water in the shower immediately. One small thing surprised me: Is it normal that there is no electric kettle and instant coffee and tea in the room? I am looking forward to staying with you in 2026 :-)

It was a really bad experience. The front desk was not helpful or kind at all. The room is tiny and was not properly cleaned. The bathroom lack the basic amenities, as there were only 2 towels that should have been replaced months ago. Overall, I was expecting something basic and this was lacking the minimum acceptable
