I really like this hotel. The location is perfect for me, the rooms are spacious with lots of daylight, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is very competent and friendly. One small ting: I have noticed small coffee machines sometimes standing in the corridors and seen members of the staff carrying them around. I would really like to have one in my room, and maybe my Platinum status would entitle me to this.

The shower was broken right after opened but the staff wanted to change it and let us wait until they said they couldn't fix it. And then, they just let us change the room.

The hotel is just a few metres from the train station and within comfortable walking distance of the old town and tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly.

We quite like our stay there, the stuff is friendly and attentive, specially with my daughter and considering that it was Easter, the hotel was full, they were super kind. We had a bottle of water and a chocolate (chicken shaped 🥰) in the room, my daughter loved it! The room was clean, the bathroom had a decent size. At the reception they have a kids corner where the little ones can make some painting, what get them distracted for a few minutes. They also have a water machine, with cold and sparkling water for free. We could fill our bottles every day. The only downside is that I booked a room at this hotel chain because of an offer for a room on a high floor. It was written in the room description when I made the reservation. Upon arrival, they offered us a room on the second floor; the hotel had six floors of accommodations.
