Great location: perfect to arrive by train and then walk into "little Paris" within minutes clean and nice room: all you need and comfortable friendly staff: during checkin and the whole stay

Rooms are clean and a few mins walk from train station.Plenty of food options around. Especially like the water filter system at ground level so we can easily top up water and stay hydrated. But, Ard 15mins water to city centre. Not an issue if you love to walk and sightsee along the streets

I really like this hotel. The location is perfect for me, the rooms are spacious with lots of daylight, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is very competent and friendly. One small ting: I have noticed small coffee machines sometimes standing in the corridors and seen members of the staff carrying them around. I would really like to have one in my room, and maybe my Platinum status would entitle me to this.

The shower was broken right after opened but the staff wanted to change it and let us wait until they said they couldn't fix it. And then, they just let us change the room.
