We stayed 4 nights during Oktoberfest. Our room was cleaned daily, desk staff was friendly and helpful, great breakfast, and we were able to walk to many of the historical places we wanted to visit.

Yay for all the right reasons: 1. Mini bar is free, including beer and refreshed daily. 2. Front desk is helpful and friendly, the one we had was the morning shift lady named Angelica. 3. Breakfast is great. And the orange juicer is the best I have come across. And they take their spreads seriously. Much better than the ones we had in Italy. 4. Smack in the middle between two nearby S-Bahn, U-Bahn and trams (sendlinger tor and marien platz). This means that you could move around very easily. 5. Oktoberfest Saturday parade is less than 200m from the hotel. 6. The two great Michelin restaurants are within 10-15mins walk from the hotel. Les Deux (French) and Galleria (Italian). 7. Accessible by taxi as well. The front desk will call one for you. 8. Laundry works as well. Drop off before 9am and collect it in the pm on the same day. 9. Wifi works and the usb works for the older iPhones and the newer ones. 10. Aircon is cold and adjustable.

Room was spacious and clean. Had little extras like slippers and made use of the complimentary minibar. Hotel was well located for the old town and also the pick up point for our day trip to the castles. This is my fourth stay at an Accor hotel and would recommend each one I have stayed in. Breakfast offered a wide choice.

Showed up to an incredibly loud toilet that wouldn’t stop running. The hotel was full so they couldn’t move us and said maintenance was unavailable that night and we would have to deal. Pushed to move to a different Mercure which was also full. Only when we pushed to move to another Accor hotel was maintenance suddenly available that night. Room smelled a little like cigarettes too. Breakfast was good.

Hidden gem, very near the Marienplatz, not too far from 2 train stations - Sendlinger Tor, Marienplatz. Friendly Staff especially Angelina. The Room is very comfortable - not a huge size but good size for European standards. More importantly - modern room with many power sockets able to power devices. Good large room safe. Even better - fairly new bathroom with white decor (so you can see that it is really clean) with Strong Hot shower, Good toilet. The bed mattress was firm, yet very comfortable. Breakfast has a reasonable variety including hot food, cheese & ham, and pastries. Drinks are also good. It also has a Mini-bar of various beverages included in the price.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well located. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and well restocked. My only comment would be a second coffee machine would reduce the queue for coffee!

Breakfast excellent, room good, bed ok, duvet too small, not wide enough. We got in at about midnight, night porter was more interested in talking to someone on his phone than talking to us. When we asked if there was anywhere we could get anything to eat he just told us no and went back to his conversation, in fact ever time I saw him that week the phone seemed to be glued to his ear. I got the impression we were disturbing him. Apart from that a nice stay in a lovely city.
