I left my handbag and luggage at the reception for 2 minutes to go to the bathroom and my handbag was stolen. There were no cameras at the reception, only at the exit. I know it was my mistake but the reception room is too small and there were 2 receptionists at the lobby at the moment

My mother and i were in Munich for 2 days and were so happy at Mercure Hotel. It was very comfortable and quiet and walking distance to all the sites. The front desk were very professional and friendly.

Great location, clean rooms and restaurant area. Great breakfast and breakfast staff, especially Ms. Nikolina. Hotel corridors could use some touch ups as well as shower itself. Drainage problem and mould on silicone.

Have stayed at this location a couple times. The locaton is convernient and clean. I only wish that the smokers would smoke somewhere else.
