Wonderful breakfast, comfortable beds. No AC offered on a hotter April stay was a bit difficult, as well as no ice machine, but the superb location and friendly staff more than made up for this.

The hotel is nice in a great location. While we were there, renovations were being done. With only one lift, there was sometimes a wait, while the construction people used the lift. Construction was a bit noisy and made the hallways dusty. Check in was fast and easy. Sonja, at the front desk was wonderful with her friendliness, directions and suggestions for eating and shopping.

The only reason I didn’t rate it a 10 is because during our stay there was construction on the same floor. Unfortunately our room was right next to the construction zone. In the day it did affect our stay at the hotel, however the nights were super comfy and quiet. We enjoyed the welcome drinks and the customer service skills of the front desk staff was top notch. We also managed to get late check out which was super nice.
