VERY BASIC room in a VERY BASIC hotel in a FANTASTIC LOCATION. Zero amenities- hotel room with built in bench and cheap towels and bedding reminded me of my dorm 40 years ago when in college. Room comes with adequate breakfast. Bills itself as a 3 star hotel - I would say 2 star. Clean and in Great location right next to all the action.

The hotel is really well located just a 5 minute walk from Marienplatz. It's well signposted and easy to find. I was greeted warmly on arrival, and was given a full explanation of all the hotel amenities and services. I booked a single room which wasn't massive, but it served me well as I was only really there at night. The bed was large, for a single, and was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in (apart from my own bed at home). The bathroom was small but functional, the shower easy to operate, nice and hot, and water pressure was good. My room had a minibar with a small selection of drinks - all of which were free. I liked the fact that the restaurant stayed open late so that you could help yourself to tea and coffee. Breakfast hours were generous - 6.30am to 10.30am - and there was a vast array of food available. I loved the orange juice machine that made juice from real oranges while you wait - nice touch! My only small peeve was the fact that while there was a kettle in the room there were very little items there with which to make a cup of tea or coffee, but it wasn't a big deal. I liked this hotel alot, would recommend, and would definitely stay again.

Very nice clean hotel, best reception staff all are smelling with great help. (Kristin, Sanja & others), best location for vacation and shopping ( in heart of shopping area, close to train station, and Bus stop). Wonderful open buffet breakfast. really its 4-5 star hotel not as written 3 star only. best for many rate value.
