Novotel did everything in there power to make our stay special as we had major air BnB issues which led us to book a room off the cuff at Novotel. They helped us no end and as it was my GF’s bday they really pulled it out the hat. Louise on the reception was exceptionally good and helped us so much. As well as Neil on reception this morning who helped us in the morning too! Excellent

Excellent service at the reception by TeeJay. Went out of his way to make sure I was checked in and all was in order including fixing my dinner reservation. Set the tone for a very nice stay. View from room very nice, Restaurant view and food very good.

To be honest, Novotel provided one of the best services in terms of customer proposition! My stay was booked in Canary wharf. The rooms was neat and clean, breakfast was amazing (given the quality of food was fresh). That said, Teejay in particular at the reception was very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Novotel for bookings in London.

Rebecca in the cafe was very friendly and kind. She greeted me with a smile as I walked through the door. She made an amazing yogurt parfait and cafe Americano which I enjoyed very much! The banana bread was splendid as well. I would recommend the cafe at the Novotel and hope to return soon.
