We had breakfast in this beautiful place , not even know about it. The food is very delicious and you have multiple choices.I was served by Rebeka , i request gluten free breakfast.She was very professional and she make sure i have everything ok. Also we was with our son , she was so kind she offer him paper to draw like that we can have an unforgettable breakfast.Thank you Rebeka for your kindness and very professional service.

Wow! Thank you so much for making mine and my partner (who's birthday it was) stay so special. She was blown away by the extra touches. As for the room, it was stunning. The city view rooms have the most incredible views! Thank you all once again.

Had a great visit, great location and overwhelmed by the number of spoons available at Breakfast. Special mention to the wonderful staff in the restaurant . Lovenrss was great and Antonella managed a very busy morning with aplomb.

I felt in the bathroom and broke my shoulder. The level of support from your staff was shamefull. They only helped me to get Uber on the machine at the lobby and asked me to fill the form like this was the most important thing for me in that moment, with a complete lack of humanity. I only got couple of things from Aid kit when I asked at the reception. After I spent all night at ER, nobody even asked me about my condition in the following 2 days of my stay. I am talking to my lawyer about this fall and possible charges. Your baths are very dangerous and you probably know it. Regards.

I can confirm that signage in the bathroom was in place, explaining that rubber bath mats are available upon request from reception. After investigating, I understand that help with emergency services was offered, but rejected at the time, therefore the team has recommended the nearest hospital and assisted in getting a taxi there. I further see from our report that you have returned to the hotel shortly after 11pm and the requested first aid equipment was provided. We take all feedback seriously and in order to address your concerns adequately, we kindly ask you to contact our General Manager at ja… She will be more than willing to discuss your experience in detail. Couldn't get breakfast on the first day as too busy. After 2 failed attempts I gave up and got something else where . I thought I will pay the £5 for the food to be delivered to my room the next day to stop this happening . It arrived 25mins late from the 30min window I gave , was freezing cold and was left as was awful . Bar staff didn't seem interested unless you were ordering a cocktail and a high seat to eat a meal after a long day at work just isn't ideal . This is the 4th time I have stayed and the fullest the hotel has ever been when I have stayed and this was shown . The only good thing about the stay was the member of staff who checked me in when I arrived .
