All bed and pillow sheets were containing blood stains and drops. I asked room service to change them, and they replaced for new ones, also with blood stains on it!

Comfortable stay - gets the basics right - its a simple room, TV very limited in channels ( retro to have so few channels ). In the morning not hot water from the shower but didn't raise the issue with the local team as in a hurry. Staff were great and would still choose to stay again if in London.

It was very comftable bed, small room but that is expected for the very reasonable price point. Provide iron and ironing board, hairdryer aswell. Reception staff were great, especially Mei and Jay. Breakfast was great, nice variety and not too busy if you get the right times. Breakfast staff was extremely friendly and hard working especially the bearded young man cleaning the tables (didn’t get his name, be) He was very friendly and very helpful :)

The shower was slippery as ice. Very dangerous. As an American I found it silly I couldn’t be trusted to dry my hair in the bathroom but the shower was ok to be like a sheet of ice. The room was clean but VERY cramped and nowhere to put your things.

We spent two nights in the Ibis Whitechapel, and had a great time. The staff were helpful and very welcoming. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is in a wonderful neighbourhood; lots of choice for restaurants, near the Cable Street mural, near the Whitechapel Gallery, and convenient for the Barbican, the City, and Bethnal Green. Really good bus, overground, and underground connections.

The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I really appreciated their kindness in storing my luggage for the day after checking out. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is convenient, situated between Aldgate East and Whitechapel stations, making it easy to reach different parts of London. That said, I felt the hotel was somewhat worn and could benefit from refurbishment. The lighting was quite dark, and the room itself was very small. The bathroom was particularly compact, while the shape of the sink made it difficult to place my personal toiletries. I was also surprised that there was no hairdryer provided in the room. The elevator arrangement was slightly inconvenient, as I had to change elevators to reach my room - first to the reception area and then to the room floors. Although the location offers good transport connections, I found the surrounding area somewhat rough and did not always feel particularly comfortable walking around. Overall, the hotel has several positive aspects, especially the friendly team, comfortable bed, cleanliness and convenient location. However, considering the price, I expected a slightly higher level of comfort and facilities, even for a budget property. Some improvements to the rooms, bathrooms, lighting and general condition would make a meaningful difference to the guest experience.

Although the space was small, it was a nice room in a very convenient area with such helpful front staff. Vivian was so kind when we checked in, allowing us to view another room to see if we wanted to switch. The location was ideal as we were between two tube stations allowing us to get around the city very easily.

For a family of 3 with small built, the space is too small and should not be set up for 3 people. There’s no place to put the luggage. We survived 3 days but I would not recommend.
