a feeling of threatening while I am pushed to give out the proof of family & friends evidence while check in. I was told to email to send the proof right away even I show the evidence to the staff. I never experienced this procedure even several Stay in Accor group of hotels in different countries. The attitudes from her is very rude and commanding. The bath floor was v slippery while bath mat are provided by request only, I think it's essential material in the slippery floor. I was provided with 2 set towel as bath mat that is ridiculous too. it's not safe while it's become wet. this has to be improved.
