The staff were really helpful on check in but a fault in the television not working lead to my relocation to another room. I really appreciated that. It was disappointing that the breakfast wasn’t included for the price I paid for four nights. There were some small things they could do to improve. I stayed in room 109 and the door into the corridor had no slow close hinge which meant it banged every time someone went in or out. My room was just inside that door. It wouldn’t take much to fix that. The staff were the highlight here. The hotel is budget but functional it has everything you need. I would consider it if I was working in the area in the future.

Everything was fine. The only small issue was the lack of facilities to print some papers, even if for a fee. You should think perhaps on putting that big printer in the lobby at the service of customers as well (again, even if by a fee).

Thought the room was very dated, 2 plugs in room - one didn't work - signal for TV was awful so couldn't actually watch anything and the shower/toilet set up was very odd.

Room was dirty. Foul smell in the corridor. Didn’t feel safe. Lots of noise coming from adjacent rooms. Poor breakfast. Nice staff though
