A budget stay: basic good value and comfortable. The location is ideal making connectivity to the centre of London easy, but Whitechapel is an interesting area to explore in its own right. The room was comfy but found the breakfast choices limited.

Booked last minute as the original hotel was not fit for purpose. They then, somehow, made 2 bookings under my name and charged me for 1 night of the second room because I hadn't checked in to that one. Neither the secondary booking nor the charge were brought to my attention by staff during the time of checking in. I had only became aware when reviewing my account. Reception staff were less than helpful in trying to resolve what seems to be a clear booking error on their part and souly put the blame on me. I must have booked the second room, even though this second room was booked after I had already checked in to the room that I did actually book!
