Services are straightforward. Room was decent, not so spatious. Daily cleaning could improve and be aware of trash needed to be taken away. Lobby personnel should be more friendly and explain basic services in the hotel. Close to 2 tube stations but not sketchy neighborhood, not recomended to walk at night.

Daughter and I travelling from Australia, Booking was easy and the staff were really helpful. Check in reception staff member could do with some training in how to smile and be helpful. However, Anna ( from Hong Kong) sorry if name not correct. Was really helpful, she went above and beyond! To make us feel welcome and valued.
