From the moment we arrived staff provided excellent customer service, and continued to throughout our stay. The new Nest rooms are small but layed out well. Close to the tube to easily get around. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great location. Room is basic but clean and comfortable. Quiet. I feel for the price a kettle and coffee should be provided, £134 is a lot just for the room.
