Dear Accor Customer Relations Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the lack of a proper response to my previous customer care complaint. Despite clearly explaining the issue with my 7-day prepaid booking and the unsuitable accommodation provided for 2 adults and 1 child, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I was forced to check out after the first day due to the room being inappropriate for my family, yet no refund, room change, or alternative arrangement was offered. Additionally, after spending nearly two hours speaking with customer care and escalating the matter to hotel management, I still have not received a meaningful response addressing my concerns. This level of service is extremely disappointing and does not reflect the standards expected from the Accor group. I kindly request a formal review of my case and a clear written response explaining: * Why the room provided did not match the booking suitability. * Why no alternative accommodation or upgrade was offered. Perfect location, very helpful staff, hot showers and nice coffee at breakfast time. Room was cleaned spontaneously. 2 tube stations near and many budget options to eat around the hotel.

Seemed a lot like staying in a hostel, but staff very friendly, rooms clean but very, very basic. Toilet squeaked when neighbour (!) used theirs with no separate toilet/shower room (so you had to shower in the room). Pillows very small, no carpet so lots of room noise. Great location and quite inexpensive. Lovely shared space on the first floor with meals offered and general lounge area.
