The hotel was clean, well located. Unfortunately the noise from the water flushing from other rooms was very loud and extremely disturbing. I was in room 237.

Excellent stay

The entire stay was excellent, especially the two front of house staff who were there both days we were there. Very welcoming and accommodating and really topped off the stay. The room was perfect for its purpose and they even decorated it as it was my other half's birthday with balloons and confetti. Breakfast was lovely, exactly what was needed, and you wasn't going to go hungry!

Booked based on the reviews. Really pleased with the whole stay. The staff were amazing and so helpful, and they really went above and beyond. My room was quiet, clean and housekeeping visited everyday. Its was basic, but it it all worked, was clean and functional. The breakfast was great and despite the Covid 19 restrictions the staff tried really heard to make it look well presented. The hotel is a short walk from the tube station and hospital with plenty of local places to eat out. The area isn't central London, but it had a really good vibe and the locals I found were friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again when I next visit.

Perfect service at short notice

We were let down by another hotel late in the evening and phoned Ibis as they were nearby. They could not have been more helpful. A room was confirmed for a 2 night stay and they even offered one which had the best view. On arrival the check-in process was quick and easy, and the room sparkling clean. We were very pleased by the ease and value of the accommodation, and every member of staff we encountered was cheerful. We would certainly stay here again.

Good for overnight stay

It was ok, clean but cosy! Didn’t like the fact you had to ask for shower gel & that there wasn’t a floor towel for after stepping out the shower but other than that it was ok. I guess it’s because it is a Budget hotel.

Confusing location

Seeing as there is another Ibis hotel nearby, it needs to be much clearer which hotel is which. I thought I had booked the other hotel as they both have Brick Lane in their address. Having said that, the hotels only downside was not having tea/coffee making facilities.
