I am not happy at all since the hotel is under accor but the way they treated us as the member nothing different to the other normal guest. The attitude of the receptionist on the day we checked out (13 November 2024) was very bad and totally unacceptable

For one night is a good option to stay in London. Very poor breakfast- literally continental breakfast. Would not have it again. Yatis on reception is a very nice and professional!

ibis budget London Whitechapel - Brick Lane was well located for our purposes, ~30 minutes away from the main attractions. The room was fair enough to be London and good quality breakfast.

Room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the room smelt of drains. It is quite bizarre the way the shower and toilet have been separated, so the shower is in the bedroom, but there is space to make a small bathroom. The shower had two temperatures, freezing and scalding. The room itself was very dated, and there was no kettle or hairdryer. I had a long wait when checking in. That said, staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, and clearly doing their best.
