The room was not clean, there were spider webs everywhere, constant garbage at the bottom of the stairs on the ground, no room service and no lift

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mercure. I booked two rooms for my family and myself and the kids had a great time. A huge special mention to Casey who served us in The Green restaurant. He went out of his way to look after my dietary needs and accommodate our party just before restaurant closing time

Disappointing. Smoking rules not enforced. We couldn't walk anywhere without smelling it. And couldn't have our balcony door open. Breakfast wasn't the best. Raw mushrooms and chewy bacon.
