First class service from getting out of the car to reception, all team members were incredible.I absolutely love this hotel, the beds are super comfortable and the pillows are perfect. We love this place.

Great location set close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Hotel is clean and staff very friendly. I went as part of a business seminar which I appreciate makes life difficult from a hotel management point of view, however for the majority of our visit only two out of the four lifts seemed to be operating. This meant we spent a great deal of time simply waiting for a lift. One of the two operational lifts kept showing the wrong floor adding to the confusion. On occasion the other lifts were available, so this was not an out of service issue making it all the more puzzling. I would have liked to use the hotel restaurant for a quiet night when not on business however I could not justify the restaurant prices therefore chose to go out. As there are plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity, this was no big deal. Gym facilities, like most hotels, seems to be an afterthought.

Firstly, I am pleased to read your kind comments regarding our location, cleanliness and, most importantly, our team. To know that you found our staff friendly and attentive, and that the presentation of the hotel and rooms could not be faulted, is genuinely appreciated. That said, I must sincerely apologise for the frustration you experienced with the lifts. Waiting extended periods — particularly during a busy conference — is certainly not acceptable, and I completely understand how disruptive this would have been. I have addressed this directly with our Engineering and Operations teams to review system performance and programming, especially during peak group movements. This is being treated as a priority. I also appreciate your candid feedback regarding the gym facilities and your lunch experience during the seminar. I will be discussing your comments with both our Food & Beverage and Conference & Events teams to review service flow, food replenishment during peak periods, and overall value perception. Additionally, your feedback regarding the Fitness Centre has been noted as we continue evaluating areas for improvement and future investment with our owners. Mr D., I truly appreciate the constructive nature of your feedback. We value the opportunity to learn and improve, and I hope we may welcome you back in the future for a far more seamless experience. Very old, even the power sockets are loose. TV resolution is not sharp. The Broadbeach room was very warm during the day, after many requests to lower the temperature, it was still v warm and uncomfortable for long meetings. Good points-Bed is very comfortable. Service is excellent - especially Damian from Operations, Benel from Reception and the kind lady from the Bistro, I think her name is Tracey.
