I had high expectations when I booked this hotel, especially considering its brand and 5 stars, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the overall maintenance and experience. The carpets throughout the hotel are very old and give the property a dated appearance. The cleanliness of the room was average, and the amenities were quite basic. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better facilities, especially when compared with many 4-star hotels. One of the biggest inconveniences was the pool area, which does not have a shower or changing facility. After using the pool, we had to return to the hotel in our wet clothes just to shower and change, which was quite inconvenient.
