Firstly, can I start by saying the team were wonderful. From check in to check out, the breakfast team at Bistro on 3, absolutely first class. The hotel itself however is very tired and in no way a 5 star hotel in today’s market. The cold water tap in the shower just came off in your hand every time you turned it on and off. I’ve stayed here multiple times and each time I do I say it’ll be the last but this time it certainly will be. We left a toiletries bag behind, our fault, no question. Again the team were terrific in locating and actioning its return, but to charge $45 for postage is really poor. I would go as far to say I’m now questioning if I’ll continue with my Accor Plus annual subscription as the value isn’t there for me anymore.
