As discussed with front desk on check out - staff at reception and at hotel venues had inconsistent and conflicting understanding of the "Explorer" deals on at the hotel. We had to check 4-5 times regarding the special deal the hotel was offering. This was frustrating. However the breakfast staff were excellent and the food service in the evening at the restaurant was excellent - they were by far made the stay

We couldn't get any heating in the room, the aircon even on the hottest setting, the best we could do was to leave it switched off. Although the overall staff were very good, when leaving after checkout a bell boy asked us what we were doing as we were waiting for our uber, when it was 2 mins away and we moved outside he asked us again what we were doing. He may have tried to helpful, but came over as creepy and nosey.

good location but only stayed two nights so don't have much to say. clean and comfortable. wish i could use the tv as a computer monitor.
