We stayed One Night for my wife's Birthday, and we were so impressed with the standard of service we received from ALL Sofitel Broadbeach Team Members. We were personally freeted by Lucas Evans (Front Office Manager) upon arrival, who is quite possibly, the most hospitable individual I've ever encountered. A genuinely good bloke, and a man who expresses himself in an extremely professional manner. He made our stay incredibly memorable, and exceeded our expectations on all levels. The receptionist/guest service agents were fantastic. Both Bandy and Nanami were kind and polite and checked us in swiftly without delay. At breakfast, the only aspect that we enjoyed more than the food, was the service (with a smile of course). I can't remember his name, but a Tall, Handsome, European Lad (tall enough to play in the NBA, and good looking enough to appear on the front cover of Muscle Magazine) explained the breakfast procedure in detail, and it was a great start to our day. From my family to yours, I say Thank You! Or as we say in French, Merci Beaucoup!
